  • System Name: Veylora
  • System Features: Single yellow star named Veylora, Velari, and a large asteroid belt much further out from the star then Velari is
  • Location: Here
  • Major Imports: Supplies such as technology, building resources. Ship, weapons for the small military and settlement defense.
  • Major Exports: None
  • Unexploited Resources: Metals, wood, stone, Carnium, gemstones, Dedlanite, Priorite, Thorilide, Zeka quartz, Amethyst, Lothalite, Permafrost crystal
GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
  • Gravity: Standard
  • Climate: Temperate
  • Primary Terrain: Forest(wooden and mushroom), desert/canyons, valley, icey fields at both poles
  • Atmosphere: Type I
LOCATION INFORMATION
  • Capital City: Koatadar
  • Planetary Features: no artificial features other then the single settlement
  • Major Locations: Koatadar: The planet's only permanent settlement. Built within a network of massive white crystal caves, it serves as a refuge for droids and other peaceful settlers.

  • The Great Forest: A vast woodland covering a large portion of the planet. Home to countless species and largely unexplored. Towering trees, dense undergrowth, and winding waterways make travel difficult in many regions, leaving much of the forest unmapped unless by probe droid.

The Mycel Forests: Massive mushroom forests found in humid regions of the planet. Known for their glowing spores that drift through the air and light up at night.

The World Scar: A huge canyon system stretching across much of Velari's desert. Filled with cliffs, caves, and riverx. Its steep walls are filled with small caves that are home to the wildlife in the area.

The Endless Desert: A large desert region of dunes, rocky formations, and the World Scar. Much of the area's life exists beneath the sands, emerging primarily during cooler hours.

The Hollow Deep: An enormous underground cave network beneath the planet's surface. Many areas remain completely unexplored. Underground rivers, crystal chambers, and vast caverns are found throughout the network. A section of this cave system that opens naturally to the surface is where Koatadar resides.

The Polar Expanse: The frozen regions surrounding the poles, consisting of glaciers, ice fields, frozen seas, and ice caverns.

POPULATION
  • Native Species: Zero fully sentient life.
  • Immigrated Species: Droids
  • Populatiion: Previously uninhabited by sentients, now insignificant on a planet scale
  • Demographics: Primarily droids, other species can of course stay on the planet if they wish, but as of now it is just droids and Novac
  • Primary Languages: Galactic Basic, droid languages, many others due to many droids being able to speak many different languages
  • Culture: Koatadar's culture is centered around freedom, individuality, and peaceful coexistence. Most residents are droids who came to Velari seeking a life free from conflict or servitude. Daily life is generally quiet, with residents focusing on exploration, maintenance, personal projects, and community support. The settlement values curiosity, self-determination, and preservation of Velari's natural beauty.
GOVERNMENT & ECONOMY
  • Government: direct democracy. While Novac Lyrikal serves as the settlement's founder, protector, and primary representative to outside powers, decisions regarding local laws, development projects, and community matters are voted on directly by Koatadar's residents. Novac rarely intervenes except in matters concerning planetary defense, emergency response, or external diplomacy.
  • Affiliation: Under Novac Lyrikals "control", more so watch and protection. Allied with the Farwolds Alliance
  • Wealth: Low. Due to the settlement being a refuge settlement it's not very wealthly. The droid refugees often bring whatever they have, be it credit, weapons, ships, tool, or nothing at all.
  • Stability: High. Visiting the world outside of it's single settlement is essentially just going out into the wild. Inside the settlement however is very peaceful due to it being a home for droid refugees who for the most part, just what to go about their lives like your average citizen.
  • Freedom & Oppression: While the planet is almost entirely uninhabited by sentient life, The settlement of koatadar Is under Novac's care and protection, serving as it's mayor more or less. The world itself is fully free.
MILITARY & TECHNOLOGY
  • Military:Velari has no formal planetary military, only a small defensive force based in Koatadar. Local security personnel, defensive emplacements, sensor networks, shields, and a handful of starfighters provide protection for the settlement. Most security efforts focus on rescue operations, wildlife incidents, and maintaining public safety. The planet's greatest defenses remain its remote location, difficult navigation routes, vast wilderness, and Novac Lyrikal himself.
  • Technology: Galactic Standard
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Velari remained undiscovered for thousands of years due to its location deep within the Unknown Regions. The world existed largely untouched by galactic civilization, its ecosystems developing in isolation across vast forests, deserts, crystal caverns, frozen polar regions, and immense underground networks.

The planet was eventually discovered by Novac Lyrikal during his travels through the Unknown Regions.

What he found was a remarkably pristine wilderness world. No evidence of native civilizations, ancient ruins, or prior settlements could be found despite extensive exploration. Instead, Velari was home to countless animal species, unique mineral deposits, and enormous interconnected ecosystems stretching across much of the planet.

During his exploration, Novac discovered a massive crystal cave system connected to a section of the Hollow Deep that opened naturally to the surface. Recognizing its potential as a defensible and environmentally sustainable settlement site, he established a small outpost within the caverns.

Initially intended as a temporary base of operations, the outpost soon attracted a handful of independent droids seeking refuge from conflict, abandonment, and servitude elsewhere in the galaxy. Some arrived aboard damaged vessels, others were brought by travelers who had heard of the remote sanctuary developing within the Unknown Regions.

As more residents arrived, the outpost gradually expanded into the settlement now known as Koatadar. Construction was deliberately limited to preserve the surrounding environment, with much of the settlement being integrated directly into the existing crystal caverns rather than replacing them.

Over time Koatadar developed a reputation among travelers as a rare place where droids could live freely and determine their own futures. Workshops, communal facilities, landing pads, and residential districts were gradually added as the population increased.

Despite this growth, Velari itself remains overwhelmingly untouched. Only a tiny fraction of the planet has been explored in detail, and large portions of the wilderness remain completely unmapped. Expeditions into the Great Forest, the World Scar, the Polar Expanse, and the deeper regions of the Hollow Deep continue to uncover new species and wonders.

Today, Koatadar serves as a peaceful refuge settlement under the protection of Novac Lyrikal. While small by galactic standards, it continues to attract settlers seeking freedom, exploration, and a life removed from the conflicts of the wider galaxy. The vast majority of Velari remains exactly as it was when Novac first discovered it: wild, unexplored, and largely untouched by civilization.

Hi there! So only a couple of things here.

One:

Government: [ Federal Republic would describe a government such as the United States. Other general terms can be used. ]

You forgot to fill out the government type for your world, please select what is the closest approximation.

Second:

The planet is fine as is, and once you give me your government type, I can get things approved - however, it is a little bit sparse and if you want to sit with it a little bit longer and flesh it out more, I'd advise you to do so before we move on to approvals. But, if you're happy with how it is, we can move it along.
