Unarmed combat tournament?

I've run tournaments before and they were fun. Some friends and I were discussing a potential unarmed combat tournament - no toys, no Force, just characters and good solid fight writing. Would anyone else be interested in competing in something like this?

How we doing, folks? Most of our fights look like they're chugging along great. If any of you need to bow out/drop out, we do have one or two alternates set up just in case, but now would be the time to let me know.
