- Tucano Gunnay is approximately 5'9" in height and weighing around 100 pounds with a slim and almost bony shape to his body. His light green skin highlights the almost fly like eyes that most neimoidians have that separates them from the duros. Small wrinkles have begun to form around his face due to his advancing age of 55 years old. He is typically seen with either black or blue robes with a symbol silk band around them. A large hat sits on top of his head following the neimoidian custom. He is never seen without a datapad within his possession.

- Tucano Gunnay can be described as a typical neimoidian being both constantly paranoid and devoutly greedy. However he is cautious in many ways and avoids playing all his cards at once to avoid being trapped in a non-profitable arrangement. Due to the downfall of the Neimoidian Species due to the clone wars and subsequent rise of the Galactic Empire; he is pessimistic of dealing with Imperials and Force Users. Seeing them as the cause for the neimoidians loss of power. He is always provides credible advice due to his experience and that has helped to steer the Association away from making a bad agreement disguised as a good one.

- Tucano Gunnay has no actual combat experience and will try and flee if a battle does occur. Making him pretty much a liability on any battlefield.

- Business Management: Like almost all neimoidians are; Tucano Gunnay has excellent business skills to help things run smoothly without the need for direct oversight by the Association.
- Loyalty to One: Unusual for a neimoidian; Gunnay is exclusively loyal to his employer and will not even think about betrayal. Making him the perfect aide for the Chairman of the Association to rely upon.
- No Combat Ability: Tucano Gunnay has virtually no experience in combat situations; meaning without his droid protection detail offering some defense. He is pretty much vulnerable to being killed with no effort.
- Coward through Coward: Like most neimoidians; Gunnay is extremely cowardice and will likely run if there is even a hint of danger. Meaning he is not reliable on more criminal worlds that lack a considerable law enforcement agency.
Tucano Gunnay was born approximately fifty five years ago on Neimoidia. Originally born as a tiny grub called a Maggot he was forced to fight other maggots for food as only the most self centered neimoidians would survive. Hoarding the most food within the hive; Tucano Gunnay was aloud to survive and grew up within the hive. Having left the hive around his teen age and entering into one of the various Neimoidian Trade Guilds on the planet. Gunnay would learn several business skills to help him survive such as how to make the most money and what area of the galactic economy was a profitable enough investment for first time businessmen. Eventually becoming a ruthless small time business owner on his homeworld until a dispute occurred between himself and another more influential neimoidian called Tampo Duna that reached the palace of the Trade Monarch.
Tampo Duna having made a friendly relationship with the Trade Monarch allowed him to blame the dispute on Tucano Gunnay without him having a chance to defend himself. Forced to leave the homeworld of Neimoidia and never return. Tucano would set up shop within one of the bridge cities on Cato Neimoidia. Using his learned business skills to operate a small time eatery on the planet offering exotic meat such as rancor and akalay. The Small Eatery would gain a regular consumer base which allowed it to stay in business for a few years. Gunnay's knack for business operation eventually reached the ears of the Milvayne Commercial Association whose chairman paid a visit personally to him on the world.
Convinced by Kaspar Biermann that he could gain enough influence and power to take revenge against his rival. Tucano Gunnay would become the Chief Assessment Officer and Loyal Lieutenant to the Chairman. Following him to all his business meetings and making sure that all the deals were profitable enough for the association.
