Biography:

Triss was raised by pirates, with no memories of her parents. Her first recollections go back to the tender age of four, when she first met Keelu Quorrom, a Faleen captain of pirate ship La Utoya which robbed ships along the Hydian way. Keelu had told the girl she had hatched from an egg of a dragon-bird he stole from the Queen of Onderon, but the truth was she found the girl hiding behind a crate on another pirate ship they have raided. Triss had spent her formative years on board Quorrom's ship, learning tricks of trade of pirate's life. At the age of seven, she accidentally severed her right arm whilst playing with a lightsaber Keelu purchased from a smuggler. The Faleen wanted the girl to have a bionic arm installed, but she instead made a mechanic prosthetic made out of metal. Her career as a pirate ended when she was sixteen, when Keelu decided to raid the wrong ship - the Mandalorian ship Firebird, a corvette belonging to clan Vizsla.

The Mandalorians fended off the attack, killing the entire crew in the process, save for Triss who was the only female on board. She was taken captive by the seventeen year old Vuk Vizsla, younger brother of (now) Aliit'buir Grim Vizsla, who took her back to moon of Concordia to be a servant in their household. For year and a half, she lived with members of clan Vizsla. As Vuk became of age, he became fond of Triss, mainly because of her wild spirit and passion for life. Upon noticing he was getting a bit to close to the staff, younger of Vizsla brothers was warned he should not engage in romantic relationship with a non-Mandalorian born woman. All warnings fell to deaf ears and Triss became pregnant with a baby boy at age of seventeen. Afraid of the reaction of his family, she escaped the moon of Concordia one night and fled into total uncertainty, pregnant and penniless.

Vrim Vizsla was born in an dark alley in the underworld of Taris, unbefitting of the heir of clan of Vizsla. Too unsightly to be a lady of the night, Triss had to come up with a way to earn money to feed her son. While begging in the streets of Taris, she saw an advertisment for Taris dueling ring. With nothing to lose but her life, she enrolled and almost got killed in her first fight. She was then spotted by a hand-to-hand combat trainer, a military veteran named Sflork, who decided to train her if she would give him a share in the prize if she won. After months of sparring, Triss developed a deadly personal style which was a combination of several martial arts, with a devious twist aimed at inflicting serious injuries. Triss' fighting career picked up rapidly, with her earning enough money to buy a small smuggling ship over the course of three years. When Vrim turned four, Triss left Taris with her son in tow to smuggle glitterstim for a local Hutt. Wanting to give her boy a better life than she had, Triss contacted Vuk to tell him about his son. She arranged a meeting, hoping Vuk would agree to take the boy and train him in Mandalorian ways. Vuk, who was now working as a mercenary alongside his older brother, had very different plans. He appeared at the rendes-vouz point with the intention of collecting both his son and his mother. Drawn by the prospect of finally having a family, Triss sold her ship and joined Vizsla brothers as a mercenary. After much deliberation, she agreed to marry Vuk.

When the boy turned fourteen, Grim had sent his brother Vuk and his son Vrim on an errand in GR space, from which they never returned. As time passes, numerous rumors can be heard; from them being captured by Galactic Republic patrol and imprisoned on Chazwa, to them being executed by Deathwatch or other members of clan Vizsla who contest Grim's claim as Aliit'buir. Either way, Triss blames Grim for sending her son on the errand in the first place, deeming him too young to be already working as a mercenary.

Today Triss is a broken woman, ripped between the increasing probability that her husband and son are not among the living any more and last remains of hope they are alive, waiting to be found. As a sign of mourning, she shaves her head and uses all possible resources at her disposal to try and find out what happened to them. Her main focus now is to train in the Force, which she believes will help her in locating her only family, or in the worst case, avenge them.
