Do you mean Ali getting pulled into the events of my other characters? If so, that's an easy one. It's just the nature of an open writing environment. Other writers are free to craft their characters' perceptions however they choose, as influenced by that characters' design or the situation at hand. There just happened to be a few characters involved that saw it that way. I tried to do a decent job of keeping Ali out of it, but you can only account for so much without completely nerfing yourself as a writer. lol
At the end of the day, I'm getting a good story out of it all, and that's what matters most.
