STRENGTHS

Cat Got Your Force: Incorporating void stone in their design, Lockedown gloves dampen the wearer’s connection to the Force and make it extremely difficult for them to access even the most basic of abilities.
Impawssibly Tough: Between the cortosis lined covering and the phrik used in their construction, these gloves are highly resistant to intentional damage in addition to general wear and tear.

WEAKNESSES

Impurrfect Design: While useful, Void Stone does not completely block the users ability to access the force, merely making it extremely difficult to access and dramatically reduced in effectiveness.

DESCRIPTION

While designed to both contain and borderline humiliate a known and nefarious doublecrossing spy, much to the disappointment of the Workhshop, the aptly named Lockedown gloves are sadly relatively simple in specification. A rare example of the analogue in an ever increasingly holo-digital galaxy, Locke’s slicer prowess necessitated that not even an ounce of tech be included in their construction, instead being…
Depressingly mundane, really.
Maybe that’s why a cat covering (patent pending removable and washable armorweave design - please refer to label for washing instructions) was made just to spice them up a little, although officially it was to hamper the wearer’s manual dexterity. Or something to that effect. The gloves themselves are cortosis plated and phrik lined, making them surprisingly durable and capable of withstanding most tampering attempts. For everything else, there's a fine coil of flex-5 detonite tape worked into the gloves at the wrist that is more than capable of disarming (or handing) more serious approaches.
