He is a devout and at times overzealous follower of the Order of Wonosa as it is all that he's ever known. His assignment to the expeditionary fleet was made following an incident where he led his squadron, Tenet Squadron, to a handful of Sith Order vessels and jeopardized what had been a tense standoff between the two sides. Normally such a failure to restrain oneself would have resulted in his demotion and severe punishment, however the intervention of Darth Strosius ensured a "promotion" of sorts where the pilot would be tasked with spreading their Order's influence far away from any future incidents. He is a harsh yet fair leader who knows the value of the forces under his command and wouldn't dare spend them recklessly, although the same cannot be said for his own attitude when in the cockpit of his Tyro Interceptor. There is still a prideful ace buried within the stalwart commander.

She was once merely another Nikto enforcer of a gangster that the Order of Wonosa put down, bartering her service in exchange for her life. Her adherence to the Order is a matter of duty and survival rather than ideological or religious loyalty however she doesn't hesitate to inspire such sentiments in her crew and subordinates in order to encourage them to operate more efficiently. She is clipped and direct in her interactions yet she never comes across as disrespectful, a lasting echo of her life of crime.
Procaelus Mell Vaarro - Leader of Phantom Squadron, Mell was an enslaved Twi'lek spice miner that was freed and eagerly joined the Order of Wonosa in order to get revenge on the spice trade as he views it responsible for not only the enslavement of his family but also a key component in the long history of Twi'lek enslavement in general. Primarily he and his squadron work closely with the ground forces of the expeditionary fleet, providing transport and close-air support, however he doesn't hesitate to sign up for any space engagements either. He keeps a running tally on his own Shyrack Gunshi of the criminals that he's personally shot down, claiming that once he hits one hundred total kills he'll retire and return to Ryloth. Members of his squadron note with either concern or resignation however that he only seems to make the marks when he believes the criminal worthy enough of it, resulting in a very slow increase of the marks to the point that it seems rather unlikely that he will ever indeed retire of his own volition.
