Prophet of Bogan
OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
Auspex Hugo Stiwal - The highest ranking starfighter officer and commander of the Tolus-Laime, Hugo is an ace pilot and one of the First Generation Wonosans with himself having been born just days before their exodus from Dromund Kaas. He is a devout and at times overzealous follower of the Order of Wonosa as it is all that he's ever known. His assignment to the expeditionary fleet was made following an incident where he led his squadron, Tenet Squadron, to a handful of Sith Order vessels and jeopardized what had been a tense standoff between the two sides. Normally such a failure to restrain oneself would have resulted in his demotion and severe punishment, however the intervention of Darth Strosius ensured a "promotion" of sorts where the pilot would be tasked with spreading their Order's influence far away from any future incidents. He is a harsh yet fair leader who knows the value of the forces under his command and wouldn't dare spend them recklessly, although the same cannot be said for his own attitude when in the cockpit of his Tyro Interceptor. There is still a prideful ace buried within the stalwart commander.
Kometes Utri Vask - The second-in-command of the Tolus-Laime and highest ranking naval officer as well as the captain of the Hallowed Scripture, Utri serves as the main point of interaction between the fleet and the wider galaxy. She is the one that accepts the contracts from their patrons, negotiates deals with stations and worlds when they have need of docks and repairs, and maintains discipline within the fleet overall. She was once merely another Nikto enforcer of a gangster that the Order of Wonosa put down, bartering her service in exchange for her life. Her adherence to the Order is a matter of duty and survival rather than ideological or religious loyalty however she doesn't hesitate to inspire such sentiments in her crew and subordinates in order to encourage them to operate more efficiently. She is clipped and direct in her interactions yet she never comes across as disrespectful, a lasting echo of her life of crime.
Procaelus Mell Vaarro - Leader of Phantom Squadron, Mell was an enslaved Twi'lek spice miner that was freed and eagerly joined the Order of Wonosa in order to get revenge on the spice trade as he views it responsible for not only the enslavement of his family but also a key component in the long history of Twi'lek enslavement in general. Primarily he and his squadron work closely with the ground forces of the expeditionary fleet, providing transport and close-air support, however he doesn't hesitate to sign up for any space engagements either. He keeps a running tally on his own Shyrack Gunshi of the criminals that he's personally shot down, claiming that once he hits one hundred total kills he'll retire and return to Ryloth. Members of his squadron note with either concern or resignation however that he only seems to make the marks when he believes the criminal worthy enough of it, resulting in a very slow increase of the marks to the point that it seems rather unlikely that he will ever indeed retire of his own volition.
Praesul Dage Siel - Leader of Hex Squadron and the second highest ranking starfighter officer, Dage is one of the more experienced and senior starfighter pilots within the fleet which has resulted in him often being the head of whatever assignments they embark on. He is a Pamarthen and true to their reputation he is a fearless and exceptionally capable pilot, often undertaking the more dangerous tasks on a mission or diverting to personally rescue those under his command. An attitude that he had developed during his former career as a smuggler before his recruitment into the Order of Wonosa. This care for his subordinates is perhaps his greatest flaw and strength in one as he has endangered himself and even whole missions at times purely to save a single life, though this nature also endears him greatly to the rest of his squadron and peers. He is typically the one running the drills and training sessions of the other pilots.
Procaelus Trova Runeth - Leader of Pious Squadron, Trova is one of the few outsiders hired into the expeditionary fleet. A Zabrak mercenary who they had crossed paths with early on in their operations and who would go on to work with them on a couple of missions before being taken in by their noble goals and rhetoric. She doesn't talk much about her past and out of respect no one asks her all that much either, but she was apparently a bounty hunter from what little she does share. She is somewhat callous but has been trying to ingratiate herself with the Wonosan communal lifestyle and sensibilities to varying degrees of success. She also helps establish contracts and deals with some of the underworld elements that the fleet interacts with, albeit reluctantly.
Procaelus Wodâm Siel - Leader of Mystic Squadron and one of the youngest members of the fleet, Wodâm is a Delphoan produced by the Order of Wonosa and proudly wears his Inductii heritage. His valor and bravery have secured him a spot amongst the officers of the starfighter corps in spite of his youth, being not only a skilled pilot but possessing a tactical if brazen mind. He has a lot to prove but has no qualms about working and fighting for his fair share of glory and success, hoping that one day his squadron will be counted amongst the Order of Wonosa's finest. Like most of the Inductii he has no family or relatives beyond his cloned siblings and cousins, however he has been adopted by Dage Siel who sees him as his eventual successor.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
There is no shortage of disparate fleets and groups of vessels within the ranks of the Order of Wonosa, their naval command and operations are relatively decentralized after all. The Tolus-Laime fleet is something of an exception however as it operates far and away from other Wonosan forces and doesn't typically espouse the rhetoric of their Order like most other groups within their ranks do. It has been essentially a prototype model for their expedition fleets, the first and thus far most successful of them.
Commissioned by the Council of Bogan as a means to expand the reach and operations of their corporate front Sanguine Defense Works and their intelligence apparatus Penumbra, the Tolus-Laime expeditionary fleet would set off under the guise of a private security force that could be contracted by the customers of SDW. They mainly operated within the Slice at first however once Hugo Stiwal was selected as the commander of the fleet, at the orders of Darth Strosius, their ventures began to carry them farther away from the more familiar Outer Rim systems as a matter of necessity and reconnaissance.
Necessity as Stiwal kept wanting to forgo their contracts in favor of hunting Hutt vessels and reconnaissance at the behest of Penumbra operatives that were starting to spread out from the Outer Rim and were in need of transportation. Thus they moved North beyond the Kessel Sector which typically served as a sort of boundary for Wonosan operations, having to take and negotiate contracts for their services more personally now that they were entering into systems and markets that had little to no knowledge of Sanguine Defense Works prior to their arrival. A task that they, while admittedly not the best suited for, nevertheless performed diligently.
They became more self-reliant as they moved farther beyond the reach of the Order of Wonosa, even having to start recruiting from outside of the Wonosan ranks at times when they were in dire need between their returns to familiar space. A practice which by now has become a regulated yet regular part of their operations and affairs. At present the Tolus-Laime is still roaming the galaxy, spreading the name of Sanguine Defense Works with each contract they take and attempting to sew the seeds of the Order of Wonosa far beyond the Outer Rim.

- Description: The Tolus-Laime Fleet operates as a professional, if eager, "mercenary" force. Their vessels work well in conjunction with one another and whilst at times their starfighter pilots can be a bit too fervent and bloodthirsty overall they maintain this official streamlined approach to all of their operations. Operating far from familiar ports of call and friendly forces they don't hesitate to scavenge and salvage what they can, although not to the extent of incorporating external equipment into their service in any significant degree. They maintain their small yet effective fleet of vessels with a religious passion and they utilize every advantage at their disposal against any foe that crosses their path.
- Headquarters: Wrea
- Ports of Call: Wild Space, The Slice, Outer Rim, Tingel Arm, Outer Mid-Rim
- Goals: Their official assignment is a mixture of reconnaissance, intel gathering, threat identification and elimination, and of course spreading the influence of the Order of Wonosa. Their perceived assignments are far more simple jobs from whoever contracts their services through their "employer" Sanguine Defense Works however, often working to protect and escort civilian and mercantile fleets and assets or simply annihilate pirate presences in whatever region they find themselves in.
- Reputation: Typically the Tolus-Laime have a very standoffish approach to the wider galaxy, choosing their interactions carefully and largely limiting them to sheer necessity. By and large those that they aid on their contracts will regard them as these efficient and professional mercenaries whilst their enemies see them as deadly and pitiless foes. They strike with contempt and precision due to their limited resources and this has marked them with fear and respect alike by most that see them in action. For those that they have more engaging interactions with however, those that intend to recruit into the Order of Wonosa, they are seen as far more warm and honorable. As valiant defenders of the common people and righteous hunters of the wicked and vile that threaten them. This is a sentiment shared by the wider Wonosans as a whole, although there is no small number of them that regard the Tolus-Laime as a means of making use of more rambunctious and wild elements far away from where they could potentially endanger the fragile territories of the Order.
