Crash Landing
It had happened rather quickly. One moment he was giving a test flight for his new tie, the next, he was hurtling through the atmosphere of Belkadan. The ground was rushing up at him, alarms blaring in his cockpit, and he had little choice but to eject; his father would not be happy to hear about this. Then again, what choice did he have. Smashing onto the eject, Kaidan felt himself being thrown through the air, being tossed about by the violent winds, icy cold stinging at his face, as he flipped end over end, and waited for the safety chute to deploy. Only, it never came. Chit. He called upon the force, pulling it around himself. He encapsulated himself in a barrier of force energy, watching as his tie smashed into the ground in an explosion down below.
He closed his eyes as he felt the ground near, flames from his tie acting as a form of signal for the Sith Apprentice, before he slammed into a snow bank hard. A small eruption of snow flew up into the sky, though compared to the flaming torrent that was left of his tie fighter, it was nothing to take note of.
He blacked out on the impact, the force smashing into him hard and knocking him senseless, though he remained buried in the snowbank.
He would need the time to rest, as whoever had fired upon him would be here soon.
He was already at a disadvantage as it was.

JVL7KRs.png

A shared disadvantage however. The cold wrapped around her, and while she had some understanding of how Tapas worked, it wasn't one of her mot solid abilities; her skillset focused on the offensive, and defensive natures of the Force. Utility took a backseat. Still, she thudded forward; leaving the ShyRan Basilisk she had used to get her cloaked on the ground. She would find her prey and be down with it. The Sith should've known better than to go anywhere near her home; or at least, he would learn first. Perhaps she would only cripple him, and send him back to his people. She was done letting the Sith muddle with her brain. One of their people had taught her, but those ties had been broken; she owed them no allegiance. Only the Force.

The smoke billowing a little away was the point where she needed to get too, and she would pick up her pace; knowing he was ready for her, or at least taking this moment to recuperate. Eventually, she hit that clearing, and looked out to see the crashed TIE, and the pilot sprawled out into the snow. She pulled the furs over her body, breathing out a billow of steam from her huge form. And she began to walk down on him... Menacing, projecting her own immense hatred through the Force in his direction.

"I have no interesssst in khil a man who cannot sssstand... Risssse!" Her (literally) venomous voice rasped across the rapidly shortening way. It should be most noted, that this weapon did not wield a saber; and was approaching him on her own merit. Also important to note was that her pace towards him was quickening, he would need to get himself together, and fast; though she was still deciding on whether she would destroy him or not.

INTO THE FRYING PAN
He was groggy as he was forced awake, pain striking all over his body, but he found himself still alive and conscious. It was the 'whoosh' of the near by ship engine that finally snapped him awake, adrenaline prompting him to shoot up, his vision blury at first as he heard a woman call out to him, though there was a slur with her voice that sounded reptilian. Trandoshan? Perhaps. His hands found the saber on his belt, his flight suit slightly damaged from the crash, though he was well enough to fight. Pain went hand in hand with how he fought, a gift of his master.
He would stand, and the hate she pushed towards him, merely revitalized him. Rage slipped in, his muscles tense, as his blade ignited, the blue saber flared up against the snowy downpour. "I don't know who you are, but you've made a grave error." He snarled, extending a hand, letting his hate funnel into the tips, sparking at the edge as he prepared to loose the blast, before realizing that she was rushing towards him. There was no time to debate. He forced the power out, lightning pinging off his finger tips and firing towards the unknown hostile, before he went into a defensive posture. The woman was large, far taller than he, and of an impressive form.
He would have his work cut out for him it seemed.
Why the hell did she have to blow up his ship of all things?

JVL7KRs.png

Who? She had made a mistake? That almost made her giggle. The only mistake she had made was not ashing his ship in orbit. If she wanted to be gracious, she could say the second was shooting him down in such a cold environment. As she approached, her forked tongue flicked at him, quite literally tasting the air around her; tasting his flesh within it. She wanted to taste him... Her head canted, body straightening as he loosed his electrical attack. She caught it on the Warden's Teeth; growling aloud from the pain, but not allowing it to affect the rest of her body. Instead her head rose, using her right hand to manipulate those energies that he had so graciously gifted her. Eyes resting on him, and releasing it in kind; His attack was redoubled; a centralized wave of Lightning that immediately lit fires to the ground, and would further destroy any loose electrical equipment that was in the way.

She had loosed shrill shriek of what seemed to be pleasure, or ecstasy as she did this, body shivering as some of his attack did indeed hit her; she simply tanked it out. Stomping towards him again and glancing to her right. She pulled a regular stick from the ground, though it was weight enough that it could have been a club; it was clear this woman had feral tendencies; this may not have been a fight he was ready for fully. She wouldn't hesitate to do what she needed to do attain victory over the pup. For now, she would observe how he handled a taste of his own medicine.

"Who issss irrelevant... Will you let me tassste you, or will you khil to sssurvive?" She rasped again, licking at the air as her footsteps again slowly moved in his direction; her body shivering lightly. She would have to do something about this cold soon.

.
TAKES TWO TO TANGO
This woman was tough, perhaps as tough as he. There was only one way to find out; though he couldn't believe she was flickering her tongue out at him. Who in the hell was he fighting? He had to know. He stepped slower to her, wincing as there was pain in his ankle. He took it in stride, pulled it into his own power, and increased his strength for what he was sure would be a rather brutal battle. He nearly couldn't believe the woman took up a stick as a weapon, something that Kadan felt was an insult to his warrior status. She didn't think him a threat? Well, he'd see to that. "If you wish to devour my flesh, you'll have to kill me first."
Throwing his saber to the ground, he found a branch of his own, preparing to use it as an improvised weapon, as this woman had just shrugged off his lightning like it was nothing, redirected it, and was asking if she could taste his flesh. Yea, no, he wasn't having this at all. The dark side flowed through him, and the icy cold seeped into his veins. He began to rush towards her, his eyes pulsing a yellowish glow, his muscles straining as he took his newly made club, and aimed to strike her with powerful blows, hoping to match her strength with a mix of his genetic engineered muscles, and dark side fueled rage. This was what he had fought for. Trained for. He would not let this...creature be the end of him.
Not until his father was pleased with him.

JVL7KRs.png

She would smile at his dedication, head snapping to his hand as he threw that saber. He could've kept it... She seemed a little wounded, perhaps she should have brought a saber of her own. Instead, she would slow not answering, but listening to his warning. If that was how she had to do it, she would. She hadn't had man flesh in a long time. There was a few pirates they had captured in their territories, boiled alive with herbs and spices, They had particularly tender meat. Some pieces more tender than others. She should've taught him a lesson, and recalled his own saber to use against him; but his intent to meet her on equal ground was enticing. It was getting her excited.

Barefu moved to hold her own club-like weapon with both hands, easily fending off his power strikes with deft blocks of her own. Then broke form, twisted out of one to sweep his legs out from under him. He would likely notice that the amount of muscle mass she had belied her lithe form, nor how she could contort, and tense herself. While charge, if she was allowed to tense, her movements were extremely fast, and strong. Likely he was strong indeed, but her physiology was superior. Depending on how he took that attack to his legs, she would into a standing position, raising that club high into the air;

If he stayed in that position, she would attempt to splatter his brains on the ground with a heavy attack aimed at his head.

Though that was only if her counter attack had landed in the first place.

DIRTY FIGHTING
He was used to using brute force to overcome his foes. It had always worked in the past. It hadn't failed him in training, though the only one he couldn't overwhelm was his father. That changed here as he began to strike, only to find the woman able to not only fend off his blows, but push back against him. Not possible. It shouldn't have been. He was surprised, certainly, as he found himself unable to break her defenses as he had been so used to doing in past battles.
His rage blinded him from the hidden danger however, as his legs were swept out from under him, smashing into the snow, hardly registering what she had done before his danger sense flared a warning. He rolled to the side, and caught the blow to his shoulder, shattering the right collarbone, and forcing him to holler in pain as his right arm went entirely limp. His combat potential ended, though he had a sweeling ball of pain to tap into for one last attack.
Fothing atthe mouth, and nearly unconscious from the blistering pain, he focused his remaining arm to her, his breathing strained, only his deep dive into the dark side kept him conscious as his finger tips erupted into a torrent of lighting. The blast was intense, far more powerful than what he had conjured before, as the display actually propelled him back as he had nothing to plant his feet upon.
When his body had stopped moving, he had fallen unconscious, his body slumped against the husk of a tree trunk.
He was powerless in this moment, everything he had given was expended. He could only hope that what he had struck her with was enough to at least frighten this one away.

JVL7KRs.png

As he screamed out in pain, she hissed in pleasure. Those little sounds humans man when they were close to passing, they were almost pleasurable; she wanted to hear more, and pressed forward in pursuit of them. His sudden outburst caught her off guard. The club she was holding catching fire immediately. The Lightning sending her huge frame back about twelve feet, and solidly into the snow. She rolled in it, which was a huge mistake for her. It was then she felt it. Her body slowing down; getting ready for hibernation. She screeched aloud, rolling out of the pain into a crouch, and patting the excess snow off of her like it was lava. Her body shivering uncontrollably, from the cold; and the Lightning still firing off her nerve synapses.

She crouched for a moment, trying to find herself in the Tapas again. It was too late though, that cold had settled on her. She needed to warm up now, or she would fall asleep here; and if she did that... Her eyes snapped to the TIE fighter. There were flames wisping about the crash site, and she took labored steps in that direction; a single breeze causing her to gasp out in discomfort. It was then something hit her... Her serpentine hues shifted over to the knocked out individual. She shivered once, and moved in his direction; Grabbing him by his foot, and dragging him back to his TIE; she would maneuver him underneath, then cast a shaky right hand out to crush a nearby tree; splintering it into a hundred pieces. A few of these, she would pull in their direction, spattering to the ground haphazardlt around them.

She put a few together, then looked left, where was his saber? Visually finding it, she reached out her hand; intent on recalling it; but she couldn't focus properly. Her eyes were getting heavy. Why was it happening so quick? Of course rolling around in snow didn't help. She shrieked in panic, moving and falling into more snow inadvertantly. Salivating lightly as she tried to fight through it. But there was nothing to fight here, her physiology couldn't be bargained with. Grabing the saber she would hold a moment, feeling sparse memories from it, but shrugged it off; she didn't have to to figure out about him.

She turned crawling back, and turned the saber around to find its igniter; right at that point however, was when she just stopped moving... It was like she had gotten hit in the diaphragm; immediately moving to a fetal position, and beginning to snore lightly. Without help, she would stay there, getting more and more cold; her vitals signs would slow to a crawl, and some time after that they would stop. Without external stimuli she could probably live on in that suspended state for a week or two before a lack of nutrients would cause slowed to become non-existent. It was a common way for her people to die.

She shouldn't have been so bold as to fight him in this environment. She was relatively unwounded, but in the end the same physiology that had brought her what she considered a victory, had left her a shivering ball on the ground; her skin felt like ice.

SURVIVE
He came to, the second time this day he had been knocked unconscious, and screamed out in agony as he attempted to move his arm; entirely forgetting he had broken his collar bone. The fury swelled into power, though his energy was depleted, too tired from his expenditure, though he used that rage to push past the pain. His father had shown him how to heal himself through the pain, how to turn it into power, and continue on.
He rose to his feet, and found his foe at his feet, laid low, and unmoving. How odd. She had fought so viciously before, and her injuries seemed trivial. He grimaced as he inched towards her, his hand placed at the upper portion of her back, and felt as if he was touching a dead body. She was still living in the force however, though in a deep hibernation. She was reptilian of some sort, though he was left with a choice as he spotted his lightsaber. Kill her and be done with it, or spare her.
She was dangerous, exceptionally so. But her strength, it couldn't be ignored. Never before had another, let alone a woman, match him blow for blow. It would be an insult on her honor to let her freeze to death, especially after she had nearly killed him. The flames of the TIE were the only real source of warmth he could think to use, though, given the size of the woman...well, it wasn't going to be easy to move her. Still, he would try. Stowing his saber back into it's place, he reached out with the force, and took hold of her. Raising his hand upwards, he struggled to move her, practically dragging her large form through the wreckage, until he could place her within what remained of his TIE piloting chair. The pain licked up and down his arm, indicating that his training wasn't holding as well as he hoped.
He was still cold, and his....whatever the hell she was, wasn't doing so well either. They needed to stay warm, else risk dying of the cold; and given his flight suit had been torn in half by their little battle, yes, he needed the warmth. It took several long moments, but in the end, he constructed a rough shelter using the wings of his tie to form a roof, and moving the fiery wreckage to act as a heat source. The roofing worked, as the heat was trapped under the structure, ideally, keeping the pair from freezing to death so long as he kept the fire going. He sat across from the still sleeping woman now, the sleeve of his suit torn and wrapped around his arm in an attempt to keep his injured limb immobile.
Seriously though, who was this woman? And why was she obsessed with eating him?

JVL7KRs.png

There were usually dreams in that state, though she wasn't there long enough to enjoy, or fear them. Her head rolled, eyes also rolling as they opened; focusing on the environment blandly, her senses rapidly coming too. Her eyes moved from the environment, to focus on him. The trapped heat did enough to raise her body temperature to pull her out of her induced hibernation. She said nothing initially, looking down at herself for bindings, or wounds. She found neither. And yet, with his broken arm he had saved her life? Barefu slid from that chair, moving into a crouch and immediately inched as close as possible to the fire. Her eyes not leaving the other; she would yawn however, shuddering and looking around them at the environment. Also, looking to see where his saber was. It was always good to have an option...

She would've killed him of course... Had she not entered her hibernation state. Gotten her warmth back, and ate him raw down to the bone. Even now, she wondered about how his meat would taste. Certainly, it would warm her up, but she sufficed with the fire. Even crouched, she was hulking. Peering across the flames at the man with curiosity.

"The khil whould hhave been easssy... Why do you ssstay your hand?" She questioned him plainly, shivering and rubbing at herself.

While they engaged in banter, if he was interested; she would continue warming herself in case they had something to finish, or in another scenario; for her walk back to her spacecraft. It felt dishonorable to kill him after he had saved her life, but she still wanted to taste him... Run her tongue across some part of his flesh for the taste of him. It wasn't a sexual thing... Simply to assert her dominance; simply to lock in his scent and taste in case they ran into each other again. For now however, she just watched, and warmed. Hands in the fire until they felt hot, then rubbing at the exposed pieces of flesh she had.

Periodically, her tongue would flick out in his direction; something that she did without much reason, or intent; she just couldn't help it. Her kind were hunters by nature. She would never stop hunting others. Hunting the weak.

STAND OFF
She began to stir after a moment, though, she was wise enough to stay by the flames. His saber was still held tightly in his hand, motioning the weapon towards her as a warning. He wouldn't put up with any more of her nonsense. "This is a peace offering, take it, and learn." He muttered, now realizing that he was stranded on this world, while she still had her starfighter. How unfortunate for him. He had no idea what her species could be, but if nothing else, he knew of a weakness; she couldn't handle the cold. Sadly, he had no real power to manipulate such elements. Frankly, if she wished to overpower him, the only thing to stop her was the lightsaber. Needless to say, he was in a bit of a rough spot. Again, she was doing that weird tongue flicking thing.
Seriously, what was she? "The kill would not have been honorable. You were defenseless, and made a good foe. The galaxy would be lesser should I slay you." He spoke, watching her wearily, though his eyelids were heavy from the cold, and energy expended in making this small dwelling. "Besides, I need to know just what or who are you. You attacked me for little to no reason. I'm confused by why you do this." He said pointedly, sitting up before the pain in his shoulder forced him back into his initial position. "I am Kaidan Ordo, a Mandalorian warrior." He doubted she'd care.
Though if Barefu was as perceptive as one was to believe, she would notice that his scent was off. It wasn't of a normal human, no, there was something artificial to this one, it was a more refined body, one that had been enhanced by sciences; though Kaidan had no idea of this. Regardless, he fought off fatigue, though he felt it to be a losing battle in this moment.
JVL7KRs.png

Peace offering? What did he have to offer? Did he really believe that by sparing her life he... Well, he had spared her life hadn't he. Barefu's head canted, staring at him like any reptile watched something that came into its view. She still hadn't said anything, and watched him with curiosity. She was only getting warmer, and could've waited till he fell asleep; killing him. Though, that seemed so wrong now that he had saved her life. If this place didn't thaw she would've stayed there indefinitely. Sure she was a grow up, and could last a long time, but a long time wasn't forever. There were limitations.

"You need tu know?"

She said simply, tongue flicking between her lips at a slower pace than earlier; more deliberate. As such, she moved on all fours, eyes still locked on him. She would move uncomfortably close, almost at a range that should have prompted him skewering her, considering her cryptic response.

"I am Barefu Ssshyssssa, firsssst of her name; Ssscale Modha' Warden of the the firssst landsss... And you do not ssssmell like Mando to me." She said, leaning further in to him, sniffing, and licking at him, and his clothes.

"You sssmell of Clone..."

She said, giving him information he may or may not have had. Also, he would not that with her size, and at this proximity; she could've easily overpowered him, had she gotten control of that saber hand. That being said, she didn't seem interested in that, more so keeping closer to the fire, and warmth. That included his body, that was radiating it.

SNAKE IN THE SNOW
He was almost certain that she knew the tongue flickering was getting on his nerves, given she kept doing it. If not for his current status, he'd be half tempted to throw her as far away from here as possible. Though, he recalled that she was rather difficult to move to begin with; so that wasn't going to happen even on a good day.
Right, Barefu. Regardless of whatever she intended to do, he didn't take well to her crawling up towards him. Reminded him of how his father's hounds would torment their meals before killing them. He swallowed hard, his eyes fluttering back and forth, fighting off the urge to sleep, knowing it very well could be the last thing he did.
She said he had the scent of a clone, not a Mandalorian, something that angered him enough he could push past his fatigue. He wasn't a clone. How the hell would she even know what those things smelled like? She couldn't. She was just trying to get into his head, still trying to play the predator in this situation. He wouldn't let her in that easily. "Do you just go around smelling people?" He grunted, his finger tightening around the ignition switch for the blade. Though he didn't ignite it, not wanting to start a fight he had no hope of winning. She kept flicking her tongue at him, and that more than anything was unnerving.
It was like she was toying with him.
"If you come any closer, it won't be pretty." He warned, grimacing as he tried to appear more aware, his back straightening at the cost of his shoulder causing him rather severe agony. But he wouldn't allow this place, nor this woman to be the death of him. There was far too much he had yet to do.

JVL7KRs.png

Of course she was toying with him. It was her prerogative considering he had left her breathing. Though, she had also left him breathing. Force Lightning was strong to the uninitiated, but she had tasted the attack many times in the past, and in the end his final stand had left him finished. He'd sacrificed his footing for what he purported as a killing blow; or so she had thought, anyway... He didn't like her sniffing at him? Was that why he was being so uptight? She was just curious... Oh wait, she had tried to kill him twice today; silly her, the little things could slip ones mind so quickly.

She would fight her nature then, reeling back at the last moment; instead turning and letting herself warm by the fire.

"Only who I likhe"

Barefu informed him, not looking at him any further. She had never actually been rejected by a man. It was an interesting feeling, one which she was an adult enough to quickly let pass. After all, he wasn't one of her subjects; she held no dominion over him. She would have killed one of her subjects for what he had just done, and said though.

"You will sssleep, I will watch over you... Then I leave you here"

She told him plainly, seemingly not interested in fixing the wrong she had committed in shooting him down, but content to wait until he was fine enough for travel on his own. He was a Sith after all, she was sure he could handle himself that much

FIGHTING FATIGUE
Oh, she only smelled people she liked. Funny. He wasn't a fan of how she showed her affection. "You have an odd way of showing it." He muttered, feeling his fingers loosen their grip on his weapon, his breathing slowing, as his anger could only deny his humanity for so long. Perhaps he would pay for following his code, sparing her like this was more than likely going to spell his death. How unfortunate, he would meet his death in his sleep. Not an honorable death what so ever. Then, she turned away, seemingly more interested in the fire, rather than tormenting him further. He wasn't sure if that meant he was safe, or she had tired with playing with him. Truthfully, he hadn't encountered someone as strong as her before, the only other being his father. It didn't scare him, though, it did make him rather curious as to how she had amassed such power. Not to mention she never explained how she felt so certain about what he was.
She spoke, her words being the only time in their conversation where she didn't out right threaten him. There were several things on his mind that he had no idea of how it would pan out. His eyelids finally slide closed, too heavy for his tired and injured body to withstand, though he clung desperately to consciousness in spite of it all. "I...don't think I'll sleep just...yet...." He began to trail off, his breathing slowing, as he began to drift off, much against his own desires.
Within several moments, he would be fast asleep, the saber that had served as his only equalizer, slipped from his hands and clanked against a piece of metal. His life hung in her hands, as the 'clone' was out of commission.

JVL7KRs.png

She wasn't asking him that, but she was sure he would figure it out in a second. As she continued getting more wood for the fire, she particularly ignored him; glancing over eventually and noticing he had gone out. She moved closer, taking his saber and putting it in more mutually beneficial location next to the fire; then looked over his sleeping form. Tongue lashing out again, and licking at his cheek. Getting the taste of him. Savoring it... He would have been a nice meal, but perhaps eating him was truly off the menu, considering he had saved her life. Instead, she would make her way back to her craft; jumping aboard and getting a field survival kit.

Taking it back to him, she would manuever his his shirt, not worried about if he woke or not, if he acted up she would just knock him out for sure so she could work in peace. With her organic hand, she briefly ran her fingers across his chest, shuddering as her multi-colored eyes took in his form... She was busy though; and he wasn't interested. She had almost forgotten; plus she was sure that was illegal... Somewhere in the galaxy. Not like she cared. She prepared the Bacta Injector, and gingerly touched at his shoulder.

It seemed fine, even though that was where she had hit him; or so she thought. She noted it then, the anomaly across his chest. She had broken his collar bone... For such a strong man, he had weak tendencies didn't he? She pushed the Bacta Injector into his chest lightly, injecting at the same time; emptying the vial, and tossing it haphazardly to the side. Then, she would turn, sitting beside him; leaning back until she was laying down; propping her head up on her hand and peering at him curiously.

She wondered how he would react to see her like this when he woke up. Not to mention how long it would take him to do so... She was patient; she had nothing but time.

SIGHT FOR SORE EYES
He slept disturbing well, her movements of his body didn't break him out of his sleep, nor did placing the injector into his shoulder. He seemed quite the heavy sleeper. The parting of his shirt would reveal a plethora of scar tissue, all of which looked relatively fresh. Several marks seemed to bare a mark similar to lightning bolts, others were made by cutting tools. Sith or no, he had seen many battles, this one however, he would be leaving without such a mark. Regardless, he seemed to have a somewhat restful sleep ahead of him.
But for Kaidan, his sleep was anything but restful.
He awoke on a medical table, strapped, chained, stripped bare and surrounded by many tools and medical devices. He attempted to rise, only feeling chains dig into his skin. There was a jolt of electricity, as his body convulsed on the table, the faint smell of burnt flesh reached his nostrils, phantom pain crossed across his body. He spent several moments trying to assert he was in a dream. It didn't alleviate the discomfort, but it did make it somewhat bearable. Until he heard that voice. "Proceed with the dissection." It was that of his father, there was no doubt. He craned his neck, trying to confirm it was him; only to remain trapped on the surgical table.
He attempted to shout, but no words came, he couldn't speak. He could hardly move as was. The tools about him whirled into motion, inching towards him, razor sharp instruments drew closer, panic seized his mind, and his struggle intensified. A mining laser ignited over head, slowly moving over head, as he could practically feel it's warmth washing over his face. He kicked, thrashed about as if his life depended on it. So hard was his fight, that he woke himself, kicking about as if in a struggle, and being rewarded by a dull pain in his formerly broken collarbone.
His breathing was elevated, and his body felt exceptionally warm. His eyes slowly opened as he tried to piece together what had unfolded. Then realized, he was still alive. The serpentine woman hadn't killed him? In spite of all her bluster she-was right beside him. He didn't flinch, rather his eyes snapped onto her, as if aware of the danger he was in. He rubbed at the aching body part, and raised an eyebrow. He couldn't have fixed all this damage by himself, in fact, he wasn't even sure how long he had been out. "I will assume this is your work?" He inquired, struggling to recall the woman's name, but it came to him shortly after. "I do hope this isn't a ploy to make me a more savoring kill, Barefu." Honestly, he had no idea what to even expect from this woman. He was getting mixed signals truthfully, and from his encounters with Constance Constance , he knew that he was rather terrible at reading people.
"Regardless, I appreciate you not gutting me in my sleep." He would remark, moving so that both were sitting to face another. "Though, you had told me you were leaving. Surprised that you remained here, it's rather cold after all." She wanted something from him. That was all there was to it, but it wasn't to kill him. No. Definitely not that.
Why the hell did everyone have to be so cryptic?
JVL7KRs.png

She would have remained calm as he woke, not even moving defend against a mistaken swing on her person. She wouldn't like it, but it certainly wouldn't kill her. Her left hand did recoil however, clawed digits pulling with the movement of someone who seemed caught in some action. Scratching against one another as her gaze darted from point to point on his face. When Kaidan asked whether or not she was responsible for his recently un-shattered appendages she would simply glance at the area, then back up to lock on his eyes. When he made his comment about her savoring the kill, it took a conscious effort of person to not lick her tongue out at him. The result being her face contorting lightly, offering a borderline evil grin at him. He would note her canines flex lightly if he was paying attention; shifting ever so lightly with her action.

Though, her face softened, a dull smile still remaining. Pressing her right hand down to the ground; she maneuvered her form effortlessly; moving to a crouch with more upper body, than lower. He seemed okay. And she had been gone for some time. The fire would have seen a serious uptick since he was asleep, not to mention she had pressed herself up against him; her core temperature was warm enough to operate for some time; she had after-all landed some ways away. He must have thought her a coward, to cut his throat in his sleep, and not standing on two feet.

"I would cut your throat now... You will not feel it asssleep"

She snapped at him, seeming to mirror his movement at times, when she was staring too intently. Calming her motions, she canted her head at him again... No great deal of emotion had found her face the entire time, but her earlier grin. Though sensing she would leave him soon, she did offer her own thanks. Whoever he was, he had... Changed her mind, about the nature of other Dark Siders... Her right fist would be thudded across her metallic breastplate.

"And you did not let me freeze... I sssaid, you will sssleep... I will watch over you, then I will leave you here. Mandalorian..."

She corrected him, though hadn't made any motion to leave. Of course there was no rush; she was fairly certain she had one of the baddest vessels in the system at the moment; if he did by some chance kill her. The Wraith was in orbit with a clear line of sight of the area, and he would be ash before he had a chance to wonder why everything was red.

LAYING WITH SNAKES
She was doing that word play thing, trying to back out of things with-what were they- technicalities. "Yet, you haven't." He said calmly, feeling her words were empty. No, she wouldn't see harm done to him until she had what she wanted. Their eyes remained locked, though he wouldn't flinch away from her. There was no fear, only wonder in his yellow pupils, because he truly did not understand how she was as powerful as she was, nor where she had come from.
She said she was going to leave him here, and yet made no effort to try such a maneuver. She merely remained there, staring at him. He broke the contact to look for his weapon, and found it not far from his current location. Not that it meant anything. He would make no move against her, to do so would be foolish and imprudent. They were at a stalemate. Their reason for staying had evolved over some urge to kill one another, rather, they wanted to know more; unfortunately, their nature would allow either to merely ask what they wanted. No, it was a test, warriors bravado, who was the strongest between them; unfortunately for Kaidan, it seemed Barefu was superior to him on that front. He clearly required more training. "Yet here you remain." He added, feeling the bruised portion of his skin, and realizing that she had removed part of his shirt to administer whatever treatment she had given him. His eyes narrowed to an expression of annoyance, but he let it go. He could not have woken up at all. "I should be grateful you aren't taking me as prisoner." He smiled, easing back, feeling that though the situation wasn't entire in his control, he didn't feel in danger in the slightest.
Though, he did wonder how exactly he was going to get home after this. His distress beacon was probably destroyed in the crash, or used as fuel for the fire.
Either way, it was a troubling thought.

Of course she was sizing him up still. She indeed wanted to ask questions, and learn about him; but she had tried to kill him. And wasn't sure if she would have to anyway. As such, she was comfortable in that tense standoff of personality. Not particularly liking his tone when he called her out on not leaving yet. As he leaned back, she inched forward, looming somewhat laying beside him; eyes wildly darting about his frame. When his eyes narrowed at her, she simply soured her face, head canting lightly as if she was expecting an attack. When his gaze softened, she leaned closer; just a tense ball of hyperreactivity. It was almost like watching a cat hunt...

"Maybe I take you asz prisssoner?"

She would respond to him flatly, not at all joking either. Simply taking his words at what she assumed as face value, and giving him her perspective. She didn't have time to waste if he wasn't interesting. And luckily for him, he was interesting. And she had destroyed his ship... He eased back again, and she eased right beside him.

Only when he was in a position of complete submission did her own mannerisms calm, and she seem to be actually approachable. Even child-like in her observations of the other. Eventually she would use that left arm, with its sharp fingers and scrape along his shirt. Seemingly content with just bothering him. He seemed to hate that, and she loved the fact that she hated it. Depending on his reaction, she would suddenly move to a crouch, grinning at him.

"You are my prisssoner... Or... I leave you here... No... Break your legsss, then I leave you here..."

She stated, then revamped; not truly interested in keeping him for any wild amount of time. Though, if he got aboard the Wraith, she could offer him some transportation to somewhere closer to where-ever home was for him... Or maybe he could come stay with her on Sacrelli for a time. In truth, the most interesting thing about him was the fact that he had thrown that saber down. Her Master died clutching onto it for his dear life. She had to break his fingers to retrieve it... And yet he tossed it to the side like it wasn't anything important.

The Mandalorian was intriguing... Mandalorian with a lightsaber. With that, she did something even more perplexing. Getting up, and stepping over him, she left him there in close proximity to his saber, and began thudding away. He was left to wonder if she was joking about breaking his legs, or waiting to see if he would follow....

It was also important to note that if he didn't move directly, she would have glanced about herself until she found a small boulder, moving it with a hand, and lightly thudding it on the ground once; crouching again as she watched him from a distance...

She wasn't joking about breaking his legs.. Even a seven foot four snake lady had feelings. Refusing hers could have particularly violent outcomes.
