PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Tiecia is a Chiss patriot, even though she was born a refugee from her people’s homeworld. She had natural instincts for espionage, but has not found the proper channel for her talents. Until receiving the message from Dr. Alisilamiurani, she has been a transient mercenary agent. Now she has renewed purpose and will do anything to restore the prominence of her people.

HISTORY
Tiecia is a refugee child of the Chiss Ascendancy. Her mother was an esteemed officer in CEDF, and her father was a prominent banker in Chiss society. Her parents drifted among Chiss refugees for a time. Tiecia and her sister Tiaza were born nearly a decade apart in this time of uncertainty. Tiecia grew up on stories of the greatness of the Chiss society preached to her mostly by her mother. When Tiaza was quite young she displayed a talent for art and music. At this time their mother had latched on with one of the Imperial factions that ebbed and flowed in the galaxy. Their father felt Tiaza would be stifled in an Imperial Chiss family and took Tiaza to a more “free” society. Tiecia stayed with her mother and strived to be the next Chiss hero in the Imperial military machine.
Tiecia was intended to attend the Imperial Academy as the Second Hyperspace War was coming to a close. Tensions between the Empire and the Chiss remnants rose and there were several battles. Tiecia’s mother was killed during this campaign. Tiecia in her teens and without a support system to encourage her continued development attempted to find her father. It seemed that he was not as successful in the Galactic business world as he had been in the Chiss corner. Taking a few shortcuts had resulted in him falling out of contact with anyone that Tiecia could track down. Tiaza had been taken in by a foster family, so Tiecia decided to get out into the galaxy on her own.
Honing her skills over the next decade or so as a mercenary, Tiecia learned that she was quite a capable shooter and was also good at getting into secure sites and subtly dismantling target tech. While she was able to make a decent living in her work, she did not feel fulfilled in the least. That was when a message was received from one of the Chiss ruling families. There was a resurgence of Chiss brewing in the Outer Rim. Tiecia made her way to Theartarra to answer the call of her people. To become what she had always thought she was destined to become. She would be part of the new hope of the Chiss.
