skin, bone, and arrogance
You might say that I have something of a history among Star Wars roleplaying boards. But the interesting thing about history is that you don't make any without leaving little bits of stuff scattered about. I was looking through some of my old signatures/images/whatever and I found the nostalgia nearly overwhelming and I thought I would share in case anyone else is, like me, endlessly fascinated by Avadreia Lacroix our storied past.
The Imperial Civil War
One of my favorite plots was the Imperial Civil War during (I believe) Summer of 2010 (?). [member="Avicus DuSang"] was off living a life somewhere and the Imperial faction at the craftshop was flagging. Something had to be done! An intriguing story of betrayal and deception and clones and murder and war sounded like just the ticket. We did several threads in a story arc before the faction owner at the time returned from inactivity and put the kibosh on the whole thing.
Look, Dusang, I made you Emperor and by damn I can unmake you!
Episode VII and Descension
This I just can't even talk about. Look at the pictures:

Hell is getting old. See, e.g.:

I think this is when I was at Episode VII and the craftshop at the same time. One Avadreia was older, wiser, more fabulous. The other was younger, clonier, and hotter. I loved them both.

Old Old Old Stuff
So there. I might dig up more stuff later.
I don't know how many of you know this but a long time ago when I was still relatively newish at RPing I had a rather horrible family tragedy occur. Writing about Star Wars with a lot of remarkable people really helped me get through it - all of whom are now here, which makes this all relevant. I should hope to continue making neat memories (and terrible signatures) with old friends and new for time immemorial.
