It’s just tequila and the beach
Regardless how the world was going for the blonde, there were two things that Token Waters always needed. Vacations and some dancing. Nights out were important to her. Sure, she was living with what happened to her family. What she did, but there was a part of her that knew she was trying her best. Or a part of her that knew there was one way to get over it. Yes, she was working on that. She needed to, right? So that she could defend others with what she was going to learn from the Sith?
She figured that was probably accurate.
But, it wasn’t what was on her mind for the evening. She took a trip away from the Temple planet and to the nearest civilized world, to get herself some distance and find a bit of the city. Token Waters, after all, was a country girl with big city dreams, as her parents used to say. As much as she was all for the heavy nightclub scene, it was sometimes a bit better to get a little more rustic and to her roots.
That was what brought her to the honky-tonk she was at that evening. The folky-rock string based music was just what she wanted to see. And after a bit of some organized dancing, she figured it was time for a drink. Coming out alone wasn’t always fun, but when it was for the dance? That meant something to her.
Saddling up to the bar, she waited for the ‘tender to come over before ordering a whiskey on the rocks. She really wasn’t too proud as to not order her own drinks. Fixing her hat, she trained her eyes on the crowd.
