FINAL DAWN
NAJRA-VA, UNKNOWN REGIONS

A Single Battlecruiser emerged from hyperspace arriving at the barren world of Najra-Va. Upon arrival, it deployed a single Sith Infiltrator Shuttle which descended towards a heavily fortified military installation known as the Sissiri Command Center headed towards one of the primary hangars of the Facility. After landing in the hangar, High RegentMarlon Sularen emerged from the shuttle accompanied by his Aide Colonel Rackham, both of whom were greeted by a Squad of Commandos. “Welcome sir. The others have already arrived and await your presence in the Conference Room.” the lead Commando said.

After a short walk through the Command Center, Sularen and Rackham soon arrived at the Conference Room, where a Trio of Neo-Imperial officers (High Admiral Kaine Hamilton Kaine Hamilton , Overseer Pryce and Major Polinsky) were already seated in their chairs, patiently waiting for their arrival. “I see that everyone is here.” Sularen said as he took a seat. “Now, we can begin our summit” the High Regent proclaimed. “Colonel if you would.” Sularen said motioning to his Aide. Rackham pressed a button which activated a large holographic display of the map of the Unknown Regions, with various worlds being highlighted with the insignias of the New Jedi Order, the Maw and the Final Dawn.

Since the Battle of Exegol, we have detected an increase in Jedi activity across Mawite Space.” Rackham began, taking a brief pause before continuing. “Our intel suggests that they have begun mopping up a few minor Mawite Holdouts while also providing relief to worlds devastated by the Maw during their initial conquest. While our territories remain largely unaffected by their actions, the Politorate has reason to suspect that they might begin operating within Final Dawn Space, especially given the previous incursion by the Zero Corporation, which remains unresolved to-date.” Rackham finished.

After Rackham finished, Sularen took the floor as he proceeded to speak. “The New Jedi Order represents the greatest threat to our operations, and this has always been the case,” he began. “Except that during the War, we had the New Sith Order as well as powerful Darksiders, Sorcerers and Exceptionally Skilled Marauders to counteract the threat they posed while we focused on the Galactic Alliance’s Military.” Sularen added. “Now that we can no longer rely on them, we are vulnerable to the Jedi. We lack proper counter-measures to ensure that we can effectively repel any Jedi-led incursion into our territory, which is why we must address the issue immediately.

High Admiral Hamilton was quick to interject speaking as soon as the High Regent finished speaking. “Don’t we already have a countermeasure in place? Project Starkiller?” Hamilton asked, referring to the top-secret project envisioned by both Sularen and Onrai which aimed at infusing regular people with the Anti-Force in order to combat the Jedi. Only a few select senior officers of the Final Dawn knew of Project Starkiller including everyone in this room, as secrecy was necessary to prevent the Jedi from uncovering, and while it had a lot of potential it was still in the early stages of development.

Given the limited resources at our disposal it will take time before Project Starkiller can be perfected, which is why we must devise a strategy to keep the threat of the New Jedi Order at bay.” Sularen responded “If they or any other organization are allowed to roam the Unknown Regions freely, then it will only be a matter of time before we are ousted from our own core territories.” he proclaimed. “I’m sorry, sir. But didn’t you previously state that we would be moving out of the Unknown Regions to reconsider our power within the former Imperial Space?” Hamilton responded abruptly. “Indeed, and that is still what I envision as part of our Long-Term Strategy” Sularen responded.

However, recent events have shown that the New Jedi Order intends to thoroughly dismantle everything remotely associated with the former Maw which includes us. If we are to immediately abandon the worlds that have been under our control for decades, we can see a repetition of Byss or Kuat. Decades of progress undone within a matter of months by the corruption and decadence of the Galactic Alliance.” Sularen proclaimed. “If we are to advance to the next stage of our plans beyond the Unknown Regions we must first secure our current position to ensure that we maintain an everlasting presence even as the Galactic Alliance swallows up our territories, similar to how we ruled over Epoch prior to the Uprising sponsored by Auteme.” Sularen explained.

It was clear that Sularen did not want to abandon the worlds he held dominion over. After all he had spent decades fighting the Alliance and knew what would happen should these worlds fall into their hands. All his hard work, everything he’d achieve on these worlds, would be wiped clean by the Alliance through martial law and de-imperialization. It had already happened to Byss, and Sularen wasn’t going to let history repeat itself on a larger scale. Even if he could not directly control these worlds for long he had the tools to maintain some degree of clout over local economic, military and political spheres, and in order to do so he'd first need to ensure that the Galactic Alliance could not interfere with his Operations in the Core Worlds.
