| Personality Assessment |

In a word, hedonist. Notable observations of Rundas has given us only a surface glance into whatever type of character he seems to be. Nearly always surrounded by a crowd, he is decadence personified in his drug use, sexual activity, and cruel bloodthirst. Murders have been witnessed on a number of occasions, most often associated to dominance being asserted over a victim if not outright sexual frustration; though without an indepth phsychological profile of the subject, we can not be sure. After the dissappearence of Agent [Redacted], any further approaches of the subject are hereby barred.

Most notably, the subject is extremely violent when faced with conflict. [Redacted] reported a [Redacted] following the subject, often launching itself out to opposing forces when they became confrontational; however further confirmation is required to adequetly verify their claims. Secondly, the cruel, calculating, and catalystic behavior he exhibits creates an extremely unstable enviroment around him; with an extreme casulity rate being observed for all those that follow him.

| Physical Description |
Rundas is a subject of interesting and gaunt features. Considers attractive in most regards, his looks appear to play highly into his ability to coerce and otherwise subvert those around him. Some reports even declaring his ability for charisma on par with many Zeltros, though there has never been a noted instance of pheramone production. It is also noted that while he is tall, he is relatively short considering heritage.

With hair of white, and eyes of golden corruption, he is easily found in a crowd no matter the diversity. In addition, Rundas is notable for broad shoulders and an extremely toned body, though with recent reports pointing to a fully armored and cloaked instance of him appearing, further investigation will be required.

Force Sense │ { ││││││││││││-│ }
As most force sensitives are well versed in this practice, it is not unreasonable to suspect Subject Rundas is proficient at this. Being able to attune his senses to the flucuations that come in the force allows him a nearly omnipotent sensory capacity that should never be under estimated. Notable instances of this power being used was in Agent [Redacted]'s report, and in the [Redacted] Overview. Other instances should be presumed, and any further knowledge of this ability should be noted quickly.

Force Empathy │ { ││││││││││││-│ }
Rundas is a notable empath, and with it we believe him to have a natural affinity to the power of Force Empathy. To be able to read emotions has been demostrated a number of times, and although no force sensitives have been able to witness the action; all reports suggest he is entirely able to read the emotions of stressed agents. Agent [Redacted] learned this the hard way, when he was found out to be a spy after approaching him in a tavern enviroment.

Precognition │ { ││││││││││││-│ }
Being able to sense the future, a controversial subject amongst NFU's, but something entirely natural to those sensitive in the force. Rundas has shown this capacity in a number of live fire situations, each of which ended in the loss of at least [Redacted] lives. Future investigation into the matter should be performed by Class A individuals or higher.

Force Dim │ { ││││││││││││-│ }
Certain agenst in the vicinity of Rundas have noted a 'dimming' of their senses. Most notably sight, hearing, and smell; though we have yet to confirm this as being apart of his force affinity rather than internal stimulations faced by our agents from far too long in the field. Further investigations must be comitted, but a primary note should be added that all medical reviews following the event have found nothing wrong with the individuals in question.

Following the incident on the [Redacted] Space Station, agents should know that Rundas has been noted to use this ability with extreme prejudice. After a number of deaths, medical professionals found each to have no physical signs of damage; only after Master [Redacted] looked over the corpses did they realize they were drained of their life energy. Extreme warning is noted to those pursuing Rundas.

Drain Knowledge │ { ││││││││││││-│ }
While still being investigated, agents are adviced to be wary of falling captive to Rundas. After a number of ambushes and interference, and no intelligence leaks being noted, it is believed that Rundas is capable of 'draining' knowledge from those he takes captive. This being noted, only trained individuals able to resist such attempts are from hereby allowed to track the target.

After Master [Redacted] had an altercation with Rundas, it should be noted that he is very much so able to not only hide his presence within the force, but also change things on a molecular level through thought alone. Extreme caution is advised, as this is thought to be used in the creation of [Redacted]; something Rundas has released on a number of population centers.

Telekinesis │ { ││││││││││││-│ }
A basic ability amongst most FU's, using the ability to change the world about them should be assumed. However, it has not been witnessed in Rundas as of yet, but should be assumed regardless. Being able to alter his enviroment is an extremely potent ability that none should not prepare for before seeking to meet the target.

Force Barrier │ { ││││││││││││-│ }
With this ability being witnessed on three seperate occassions, [Redacted] has demanded this be amended into the document. Being able to use this as both offensive and defensive, Rundas has been seen to use this against blaster bolts and debris. Teams are warned before hand that the limits of this ability are not known as of yet, and should be handled with extreme care.

Force Lighting │ { ││││││││││││-│ }
Utilizing lightning is a known feature of many a Sith, almost becoming their iconic power. Rundas is no different, able to create such a weapon with ease; and all approaching agents should keep this in mind should they face him in combat. After [Redacted]'s injury, there should also be the note that Rundas's power with such seems to fluctuate greatly.

After the behavior exhibited by [Redacted], teams should be aware of odd behaviors amongst companions. Should anyone in the team begin to act at all astray, perform a complete psychological evaluation on the field before pressing forward; lest teams risk outright mutiny later on in the mission.

Rundas is a potent practitioner of Sith Alchemy, having created a number of odd creations and weaponry. [Redacted] have been seen on Malachor, and should be added to the terrorist acts Rundas has committed, while the weapon known as [Redacted] has spread fear through the ranks of Dominion forces. Discussion of it shall be hereby banned, to not let moral degrade further.

With the report added to the dossier of [Redacted], it should be heavily implied that Rundas is able to perform this ability in full comfortability. Despite the damage sustained, Rundas continued to fight with little regard for himself; likely a result of years of torture and a natural affinity to handle such stresses.

Force Reflex │ { ││││││││││││-│ }
With extreme speed, Rundas has been known to react almost instantly to things that would be otherwise impossible if he did not possess this ability. After speaking to the Council of [Redacted], the only option they seem to consider is being able to slow time itself. This in combination with precognition should leave all agents on their toes when facing him.

Force Augmentation │ { ││││││││││││-│ }
Augemented speed. There is little more to say about this than that; and after the [Redacted] incident, should be taken at face value. Rundas is able to posess speed impossibly fast for mortal comprehension, and should never be under estimated in combat. Should he begin this maneuver, retreat is recommended.
