Beliefs:

The Ashen Guard is a Mandate of Selflessness and flies in the face of the natural teachings of the Sith. It is a Mandate that requires one serve rather than seek political power or amasses wealth to see to an individual's personal desires. Its members are selected not for their power in the Force; but rather, for their lack of the Force - as only those that are deemed Force Dead may join the ranks - as a means to further ensure that political power and wealth of self are not driving forces for the individual.

Individuals of the Ashen Guard place themselves within the service of the Dread Empress Srina Talon and are loyal solely to the Dread Empress and her family - though not necessarily the Emperor. The Ashen Guard does not seek to claim the throne of the Sith or place any one individual upon it; rather they seek to ensure the life and prosperity of the Dread Empress, her progeny, and those that she personally protects.
