Cheers strider, She replied as she told her, a sith was on her tail she began to maneuver. She was dodging fire from the enemy, and weaving in out buildings trying to lose them. As she was Michael, got comms and told her he got my six. She taken couple of hits from the other fighter, but her shields where holding. She span high, to avoid incoming fire from ground forces. This was her taste of war was she nervous anymore, NO she was loving it. She more in these five seconds than she lived on the farm, she know new why her people where warriors, they loved it.

The Mandalorians began to kill one another, which caused Mierin to cast a quick glance towards him. So he played mind games, how nice.

The screams of men and women pierced into the hotel finally, amplified by the helmet emitters built into their armor. The Sith Pureblood simply let out a long fleeting sigh and raised her palm. She waited for a moment, then the glass pulsed. It wobbled and waved for a second, then broke into millions of individual shards, each sharp as a knife. She gripped each individual shard, wrapping it in tiny unnoticeable flows of the force.

Then she pushed.

Thousands of pieces of glass shattered upon armor, striking and breaking in an instant, yet others found weakspots. Between the segmented plates and the chins of the Mandalorians helmets the glass pieces found their hold. The Mandalorians that had been fighting each other were pierced with dozens of pieces of glass, blood began to spill from cuts, deep through and through wounds, and dozens of other wounds.

Within minutes, the screams were silenced.

“I suppose there will be more.” Mierin said flatly as she stepped through one of the now broken windows and entered the city streets.

The one thing that always chilled Kad to the bone was how lonely the void was. He could see his brothers and sisters all falling with them, some of them burning up in the atmosphere or taken out by flak, but all grimly resolute in their descent. He knew his comm was buzzing with battle and death cries of the battle being fought below him.

but all he could hear was the sound of his own heavy breath. His heart beating in his chest.

Let them try and take it.

Suddenly, everything was alive. His Bassilisk war-droid slammed into the ground, hissing and screaming. Salvos of missiles flew from its flanks to take decimate fortified positions while the droid's laser cannons and Kad's own SAR repeater tore apart infantry. Kad looked to his right to see his Mand'alor, fighting along side him.

They will sing about this moment in the halls of Mandalore.

Neskar A'toll

Hail to the King, baby
<< Gotcha, Az. Keep that thing off us!>>

Neskar tapped in further commands into his basilisk, and already some of his squad who had luckily activated their jetpacks had landed on the great wardroid. The metal monster manoeuvered a swift path, circling around the great... whale... or whatever it was. Locking in the target, the four pulse cannons on the sides of the wardroid released barrages onto the top of the whale. Surely, they would have less of a chance of violent contact from the colossus.

These cannons were not exceptionally accurate, however, despite their power, Neskar doubted they would cause the Sith atop the beast much concern. They had to get closer.

Neskar grunted, glaring at the Sith at the helm. He needed something with a little more... punch than his assault rifle. Dropping his pack and kneeling, he unsheathed his AST-1, dropping incendiary grenades into the receptacle, ready to be fired. Pumping the launcher, Neskar stood back up and aimed carefully.

The basilisk was constantly moving, an elusive target. This would be a difficult shot. He had to aim ahead, get the trajectory spot on, or risk losing the element of surprise. "Heh. Too easy." he muttered. Hauling the rather hefty launcher up so he could properly use the sights, he aimed far in front of the whale, hoping the momentum gained from the moving basilisk. With fury in his heart, he squeezed the trigger. A half-dozen grenades erupted from the barrel, careening towards the helm of the beast. He grinned. Spot on. Almost all of the grenades were on target, threatening to explode molten fire on the rider.

Neskar just hoped it could have any effect.

Staying on the rooftops for as long as possible, Darth Veles silently rushed to greet the one of the smaller groups he could see moving down on the streets. He stalked them as his prey, not daring to come down yet as he suspected them of wearing some sort of lightsaber resistant armors. That was a popular choice among the Mandalorians, but having nearly indestructible armor also resulted in many of them completely forgetting to take cover. Not like they had to most of the time; their armor was fully capable of taking seemingly endless amount of punishment. The Mandalorians still had one glaring weakness; their bodies did not possess the same capabilities as the armor they wore. Maybe there was no way for him to destroy the armor, but he could always find a way to deliver nasty injuries to their bodies... and make them regret wearing armor that made it impossible for him to grant them swift and painless death.

Veles did know particularly nasty power that could literally make their blood boil, armor or not... but he viewed it as unethical and thus never really used it on living beings. He had practiced it on bottles of water and inanimate objects instead. Would this be the time to use it on a sentient being? Hopefully not, as he still remembered what his Master did to her enemies by using Combustion on their bodies. Gross!

For now the amphibious Sith seemed determined not to participate in directly attacking the Mandos in any way, waiting for the group beneath him to walk into a trap. Knowing several locations of those, he realized when the invaders finally neared their resting place. Six men marched through the streets, covering each other, their coordination near perfect, until they stopped upon noticing a badly hidden grenade by one side of the street, attached to the wall of the building, and a thin string pulled across the ground. Veles could hear their laugh muffled under the helmets as they joked about the stupid Sith unable to do something as simple as hiding an explosive properly. All six stepped over the string and continued until their leader stepped on a mine. Boom. Immediately after hearing the explosion, the Mon Cal waved his hand and set off the grenade behind them, scattering the Mandos around and finally breaking their coordination. Two remained motionless on the dirty ground while two moved to help and the remaining took cover. That was the moment Veles waited for.

Descending from above, his invisible body landed on one of those covering the Mandalorians treating the wounded. Basically standing on the man's shoulders, Veles pinned him to the ground. Reaching down and grabbing the man under his jaw, Veles swiftly jerked with his head up and broke the first Mando's neck. By this time, the young Sith was no longer cloaked, meaning the other Mandalorian standing guard immediately aimed the barrel of the weapon on the amphibious Sith, only to be tossed against a wall by Veles' telekinesis. Two steps and the Sith closed their distance, the tip of his lightsaber burning through the man's visor and head, followed by telekinetically raising his body and using it as a shield to protect himself against the last two and their weapons. The levitating body of their comrade twitched as the projectiles impacted it, but luckily, the great Mandalorian armor let nothing through.

Slughtrowers, while good choice against Force sensitives, also carried the weakness in the form of need to constantly reload after emptying a magazine. Once Veles heard one of his opponents reloading his weapon, the Mon Cal tossed the body on the other one and moved to deal with them. One flick of his lightsaber and the freshly reloaded weapon was useless, just as its owner after delivering a cut across his throat. A similar fate awaited the lost one, whom Veles swiftly decapitated.

Glancing at the men who have been injured by the grenade and mine, Veles also ensured those would never move on their own again - by burning holes into their necks as he jammed his lightsaber into the unprotected area between their helmet and armor protecting their torso.

With all six enemies dead, he took off again, jumping on the roofs and cloaking himself.

This was Anastasia's first war however she wasn't scared. The young seer had seen this battle coming however it was not thanks to her ability but from common sense. In her short time here she had learned a lot from the Mando's. She knew what had happened wouldn't be tolerated for long and the Sith would know this too and be prepared.

She knew her inexperience and lack of knowledge of the Force made her a sitting duck. Anastasia didn't see it that way of course and wouldn't allow them to sense any of that nonsense within her. She was quite confident in herself and what she had learned. Staying behind had never been an option to begin with.

Her aim was not what Neskar's was but that didn't keep her from trying to aim and shoot at the moving target with her Assault Rifle. Most of her shots would either completely miss or hit the beast instead. There was a 1% chance that she could get lucky and that was what she was banking on.

Fire. It was raining fire. The Mandalorians had been unopposed, for the most part, as the convoy had systematically been largely unopposed. Preliat smiled with Koyi took over the MT-40G, and watched as she began to rain fire onto the enemy. 40mm grenades in rapid succession could do a lot of damage to a force. Preliat grabbed the radio from inside the vehicle.

"I need emplaced machine guns and fabrications on my position! I'm establishing a FOB in the center of the city!"He said to any of the pilots or starships above. Channel switching was a queen, especially in combat. But establishing a FOB in the middle of the city would give them a defensive edge. Preliat also established it on hard ground- he knew all too well what a sinking city could do to a force of infantry. However, air superiority in an engagement- that would most likely mean victory.

The Sith forces were dying in droves, Sith and Vong troops becoming swiss cheese to the well-positioned and elite troops of Preliat's forces. He had trained them well, and he had done wonders in marskmanship training as well. A Field Marshal in every way. His archaic style of armor made him stand out, and in a good way. Preliat reached into the vehicle, grabbing the Heavy Ripper cannon that the traitor Ordo had designed, and stood next to the vehicle, and began to suppress the advancing Sith troops.

"I'm gonna need backup soon!"

He said on the 'ALL' channel, letting any Mandalorian who wanted a big fight to come and get their glory. The shield generators didn't bother him much- especially when it went overhead. He turned to one of the Captains around him, throwing his hands towards the beam of light. That shield generator would not last long. And even still, the terrifying might of the Mandalorian infantry and vehicles could go straight through it. He grimaced, though. Air superiority was limited. Maybe the air forces could disable it with ion blasts or something. Didn't matter.

Preliat adjusted the tomahawk on his bicep, the Beskad on his back, and the Ori'ramikad knife on his boots. The Sith would not be getting to him anytime soon. Especially with the HEAVY RIPPER IN HIS HANDS.

Grozurra stared at the crates of ammo and weapons as he waiting for the dropship to land. He was actually feeling a little anxious. He had never been to a core world before and was looking forward to exploring the place after the battle was over. The wookiee took a deep breath and tried to listen to the music playing through the transport. He was beginning to get a little annoyed that the dropship was taking so long to deploy them.

Giving up on the music as a means of biding his time, Grozurra turned and looked at Shaw. "So... I hear you're actually a Jedi." Grozurra said to the soulless faceplate staring back at his own, his helmet translator converting the shyriiwook he spoke into Galactic Basic. "Doesn't their culture conflict with our own?" He asked with more than a hint of curiosity. It had been nearly a hundred years since he had been by the side of a Jedi, and the Manda had been his sole cultural beacon in all those years.

The transport shuttered violently for a moment, then continued as it was. Grozurra glanced around the passenger compartment of the transport. It seemed fine... The dropship had likely just had a near-miss with anti-air weaponry or had encountered a little turbulence. The wookiee was instantly glad that their transport was a speeder instead of a tracked vehicle. That would give them a shebbing chance at simply driving out the back of the dropship and gliding their way to the surface if worst came to be. It also made him feel reassured knowing that their transport was plated in Beskar. Even if the dropship blew up around them, they would likely remain functional.

The overwatch squad broke away from the main ground forces, pistols and rifles ripping through opposing forces until they reach a tall apartment block. Once inside they moved for the higher floors, setting light traps and motion sensors at regular intervals. No one was sneaking up on them any time soon. It was surprisingly easy to fall into a rhythm of the fight, and whatever nerves she'#d first felt she'd somehow detached herself from them. This is what she had trained for.

Inside the apartment block was deathly still. Nothing greeted them save for the occasional scarhead, there were no civilians. "Anyone else think its weird how they've evacuated the city?"

"Quiet." snapped the Rally Master in charge. Ava scowled at the back of his helmet. The spread out the top floor, their height giving them a good view of the forward operations base and the incoming horde. Shooting the window out in front of her, Ava set to work setting up the anti material rifle and pulling off her helmet. Resting on one knee, the bipod resting on the window ledge she peered through the scope.

"Ground team, this is Overwatch. We are in position and engaging."

She found her self starting down her sights at the biggest and ugliest Scarhead she could find. The warmaster was too good a target to pass up. Finger squeezed the trigger as his face came into view.

The battle raged on, Sith and Mandalorian forces fought and died in a bloody dance. What was the huntsman doing this battle? He had been delegated to Bral duty.

Babysitting.

Was it because he was of clan Ordo? No, only a fool would believe that. Bral duty was reserved for people the Mand'alor trusted, vode who the Field Marshals trusted...And who better to trust than a member of the Ori'ramikade? With his arms crossed as the prefabricated base that would act as the Mandalorian's base of operations flew down through the space battle that was only just beginning to die down as focus shifted to the ground, Jaden whistled a song to himself, tapping his helmet between his legs to the beat of a drum.

The Red Legionnaires and Red Force Commandos watched their commanding officer, their faces hidden behind T-shaped visors and helmets. The pod slowed, computers compensating for the fall. With a hiss and a shudder they landed, the base deployed just outside the city and the Bral rolled out. Though he felt awkward about it, they didn't need to announce the entry of the Bral anymore...With both of their Force users gone...The Bral entered the battlefield uncloaked and tumbled toward the city, two decoy, empty brals following suit. Jaden was close behind the true threat, riding his own Bes'uliik war droid.

That flight was exhilarating. It made Vilaz hold onto the war droid even more since he was wearing a ysalamir nutrient pack and not his jetpack which would just make it be used against him due to the chemicals in the jetpack which could explode from any mistreatment or hit. Besides, the ysalamir nutrient pack would bring an even level with him and any Sith that he would encounter on the battlefield. After the war droid touched the ground from the ride the Mandolorian jumped off of the machine and landed on ground zero. first weapon he would use was the Vornskr scattergun which would be useful against Force User in close quarters.

Rushing through the streets of the city he saw battle already starting and saw casualties and fights on both sides of the battle. A group of three Sith were the first enemies that Vilaz encountered from the invasion. One of the Sith did a movement of a force push and then looked confused to see Vilaz still standing there. "Surprise, mother markers!" The Mandolorian said and with his scattergun began firing and mowing down the with two shots from the weapon. "One hundred, two hundred, three hundred, you guys are gonna make me rich," he would collect some of the corpses and deliver them to the Republic just to earn some credits.

As he finished the short fight he continued to run and then turned a corner on the street. As he turned the corner he saw a few Mandalorians getting shot at, but not from visible hostiles. Which leads him to knowing that there were snipers inbound and picking out targets from their hidden positions. Using the HUD that was a component for his helmet he picked up two signatures that were on the other side where he was. A fifty meter distance from what he estimated. Vilaz then sprinted towards a nearby building which he would use to take cover and walked towards the snipers' position.

"Better than getting picked up by bullets," he said. He wasn't stupid and he wasn't going to pull out a heroic action just to get to the snipers.

“Probably.”

It had been a pretty impressive sight to behold, her usage of telekinesis combined with the glass. Didn’t mean I was going to tell her that, something told me the woman was already smug enough without anyone reaffirming that simple fact. Following her out of the building, I stepped through the former window and took a look around.

The remainders of the Mandalorian Warriors were… well… they were something to say the least, a few were still twitching in a struggle to survive. Didn’t matter much though, with what Mierin just had done.. ain’t a soul who can walk away from that in mid-fight.

Somewhere in the direction of the center… of the center I heard loud noises, which usually equaled to more fighting. Which meant we had a job to do.

‘I can hear a struggle there.’

This was the kind of flying that he enjoyed he kept glancing around seeing if the Sith had sent up any fighters to way lay him. With a shrug he came about and shot a quick flurry of shots into a mass of Sith Troopers before yanking away as flak exploded around him.

This would not be a fair fight. Oh in no way would it be so for the Mandalorians. Yes, they were strong, in numbers, skills, and simple weapons. However, we had accumulated many different kinds of people and races to a point where the One Sith were almost if not as much or more diverse than the Mando'ade. One of those many, was myself. A human, a Shaper of Kro Var, a part Sithspawn, and all one hundred percent behind the One Sith's cause. Taking a hold of my tri-barrel pistol I loaded up the weapon as others around me did the same.

Standing almost shoulder to shoulder with the Vong on my right, the Blackblades on my left, and some Graug behind me. I could hear the sounds of those preparing themselves for a battle that would cause this world to almost literally shake. I holstered the weapon and patted myself down. Feeling the two lightsabers on my hip, as well as the shotgun, a F-10 Enforcer, that was slung over my back. There was no need for my sniper rifle as this would all be mostly in close quarters combat, or at least under one hundred meters or under. Clear enough for me.

I breathed in one last time before I would have to come with the rallying party and block the Mandos in. This is where they would fall.

Ordo spiraled up through the rain of steel that had dropped toward the surface. Shatter missiles and beskar claws tore through enemy war droids and fighters alike as Mya clung to the droid. A heavy hand lifted the Beskar axe and tore at a war droid of his own design ripping out a rider as he passed. He climbed until he knew he had gained enough altitude and turn nose over tail.

"Hold on Ad'ika." he said as he turned back toward the field of battle and activated the boost engines. His axe was returned to its place as he grabbed his boom stick handle and began to spin up the rotating fighter cannon as they dove. The barrels flashed after a moment and again the shock rods fired as he aimed down onto the field before spotting his main target. Ordo cut the boost as the air screamed from his droid and finally reactivated the repulsors to cushion the drop as 4 meter tall droid slammed into the ground 100 meters in front of the aged Mand'alor.

"Aeden, take your wing and support the Sith fighters against the Mandalorian fighters." he said before looking back at Mya.

"I will take Mand'alor, Mya." he said as he turned his head and activated his external his external speakers and bellowed to Gilamar.

The Filth King tittered excitedly when The Hydra Queen addressed him. She was one of the few amongst the One Sith who didn't regularly kick him, or trod upon his half-tail, and even though he was rather stupid, he could still gather the wits to appreciate it. Although the amorous gazes that he often found himself giving the Vongshaped creature was at best gross.

“BRUVVAZ AN' SISTAZ!”

This was not going to be a speech for the ages. In fact, as far as speeches go it was pretty ineffectual, there was nothing amplifying his voice, to bring it out to the vast sea of rodents that filled the sewer system. So his words were to be lost upon the vast majority. Good old King Smeggy just wanted to play General for five minutes.

“DER IS MOAR OV UZ THAN DER IZ OV DEM!”

“Moar! Moar! Moar!”

That was enough to pacify half of the cowardice that lurked among the hordes.

“DA LIGHT KAN'T HURT YOO!”

“Da light?”

“Not da light!”

“Wat'z da light?”

“DA LIGHT WON'T HURT YOO!”

Smeg of course, was strutting his fat arse at the front of this party. Drawing his coufee out from the small sheath he had been given and waving it about in the thick putrid air. Sure, it was as slave blade in terms of Yuuzhan Vong culture, but it was nicer than any he had ever held before, besides, the amphistaffs tried to eat him. Alongside his sheath sat three vials of...concerning liquid. Shades of brown, green and yellow glinted menacingly...and was that chunks? Upon his fur sat what seemed to be several very large, very round ticks, either green or brown. The King of Filth enjoyed them, they made him feel distinguished in comparison to the common rabble.

“AN' WEN WE WIN. DERE WILL BE CHEEZE!”

That was the only word needed.

The notion of cheese after battle sent the army of vermin into a frenzy that moved from the front who could hear all the way to the very back, those who couldn't even smell Smeg's glory, let alone see it.

“FOR CHEEEEEZE!”
"FOR CHEEEEEZE!"
"FOR CHEEEEEZE!"

This was the war cry that the Skraal of Cinnagar Sewers as they began to climb up every ladder and access point to the surface. They held no consideration for each other as the uncountable mass of black, brown and grey clambered over one another in a frenzy for that delicious yellow substance. Manhole covers popped open and from within them came the flood of Skraal, the tide of vermin. Out onto the streets they poured like a liquid frenzy, hunting as a gigantic pack for that Mandalorian prey.

Aedan sighed as he finally activated his com on Sith Channels letting his voice ring out coldly. "This is Shrike lead to all Sith forces the switch has been made happy hunting." He leaned back as the affirmatives started to roll in from his squad. First was Makin his voice cool and calm. "Copy that Shrike Lead Shrike Two call sign designated and IFF changed." And thus, with the herald and promise of cheese bright GREEN eyes would dart from under the sewers, and the thundering of millions of claws would scrap the ground as the HORDE OF SKRAAL and Yuuzhan Vong critters would mass the streets,

Hailing above from the ruins of the city, Umrach, large reptilian bipeds came bursting out as well. The umrach had two muscular hind limbs and two spindly forelimbs which were used to catch prey. The creature hunted by ambushing its victims from above, killing them with its razor-tipped mouth tentacles. These tentacles could reach up to four meters.

The first two targets were [member="Neskar A'toll"] and [member="Ava Lok"], as the woman standing in a perch in sniper position would suddenly see a shot of tentacles coming at her, intending to trap her with its ambush. The same would be said of Neskar, as the tentacles would rush forward to catch him off guard.

Among the Horde of Skraal and vong, were several Implanter, used to enslave people by implanting surge coral. There were also another rodent type horde, the Yargh'un, which were used for a humiliating death, these are tooth rodents that are dangerous in large quantities.

And deep down below, as the Vongsense would bloom and stretch out from the Hydra Queen's mind, she would encourage a Chrom-Vrone to come forth, a large worm used as a drill by the Yuuzhan Vong. They were shaped like cylinders, a hundred meters high and nearly that many wide, made of yorik coral.

The ground would rumble... and shake, as the Hydra Queen would give a savage cry,

Spreading her wings wide just as the massive Chrom-Vrone would tear up right under [member="Preliat Mantis"] attempt at a forward Operating base. The woman took flight, her massive wing span beating just as chunks of duracrete would come tearing asunder from under that base, every intention of landing on top of the worm to ride it out. Over head, the shadows of squadrons of coral skippers would streak the skies within the shelter of the shield, strafing plasma globs at the Mandalorians on the ground, while firebreathers would position to blast fire in entrenches.

The Chom-Vrone would start to digest rock, turning it into a semi-plasmatic state in a process that was similar to that carried out by Yaret-Kor cannons on coralskippers. Once her Chom-Vrone had a full load, hundreds of meter-wide tubes would extend from the top of the Chom-Vrone, and it would soon start spewing the plasma out onto the surrounding ground.
