"You're doing it on purpose now..." She muttered as the wine arrived and she took it in her hands, drinking from it and smiling at him. "Maybe i should start talking about Zeltros, im sure everyone here would love that story." So that was pretty much her only way to embarrass him, but if it worked it would be worth repeating it.

He grinned and poured himself a glass of the drink. "Maybe I am." Despite his bravado, his grin was quickly wiped from his face as she mentioned zeltros and while nowhere near as red as her, there was certainly a noticeable change in his complexion. "Ok, now that's just not fair." He lifted the glass up and took a sip of the wine after he finished speaking.

She grinned at him and turned her head. "By what ever do you mean, its perfectly fair you fox face." She looked off to the side and watched the others here as she leaned back against the chair herself, though her back remained straight as she did. "I dont think i could get used to this..."

He rolled his eyes and continued to drink his wine. "What? All's fair in love and war?" He watched her as she leaned back and rose a brow as she spoke about being unable to get used to "this". "What do you mean? Us 'this'? Or places like this 'this'."

"Both, i can't get used to this loving you and being around you all the time. I mean i love it and i love you, but its still so... different to have such things, such happiness. And this place is just never a normality."

He grinned and looked at her as she spoke. "I know what you mean. Its strange to actually relax and feel close to someone. Of course, I wouldn't trade it for the galaxy and I'm sure if we just go with the flow it'll work out. I think the force is with us on this." He ook another sip and set his glass aside, saving i for when their meal actually arrived.

She smiled and drank from her own glass again, letting the taste sit in her mouth though something behind it was there, thinking to herself on his words and wondering if what she was doing was the right thing or now. She wasn't so sure any more, but now was not the time to think about it, incase she should break down and fall apart.

As she elected for silence, Vulpesen simply watched her, his golden eyes shiny as he relaxed in the chair. While not slouching and lounging, he certainly wasn't straight backed and it was easy to see that he was completely at ease. He enjoyed being in various circumstances and switching from one environment to the other was something that often came easily to him.

She noticed he had stopped talking too an d looked up before reddening again. "You know, you dont have to just stare, you could keep talking if you wanted too." She smiled at him, pushing the thoughts out of her mind once they were gone. "Hey, after this, do you just want to walk back to the home, i mean its a few dozen miles south, but i think the walk will be good. And im sure you can tell Ace and Daeda we will be a day or two behind schedule."

He let out a small laugh and gave his head a shake. "Sorry, just ran out of things to say. I think I can enjoy a walk. As for Ace and Daeda, I don't think they'll mind too much. Actually, I haven't felt physically exhausted since I had the transformation, so I think that this might actually give me a feeling of what its like to be a bit tired."

"You realize this might take a day or two to get back there, i dont want to run the whole time if its ok with you too... i have my old workshop nearby, it should have supplies for camping and all for when i was still homeless so to speak and you first found me on Alderaan... im uh... out of a change of clothes though... so you will be seeing me in this for the next few days... well this or... you know." She kept her voice so low, only he could ever hear her with his new sense of hearing.

He nodded as he listened to her speak, hanging onto every word. Of course he didn't mind a little dirt and he let the speech about her clothes go... until she trailed off.Immediately his ears flicked forward o make sure he was hearing right and he couldn't help the smile that formed on his lips. "I've no problem with that, what so ever."

"Stop that..." She reddened again as he had spoken, her face turned to look at the ground as she made a mock frown, though inside she was more nervous than mad at him. She did look up once though, a smile on her face as she looked at the suit. "Atleast i can modify my dress a little. You have to walk in that all the way back."

He shrugged and his ears flicked back to a normal position. "I'd be a shame to tear it though. Its really nice on you. As for my clothes, I'll take them off when you wish of course, but I think I can manage. The advantage of being a man is that my formal wear actually includes pants and I'm rather particular with what I wear. Even a formal events, I prefer the option to make a hasty retreat... not to say I have any reason or inclination to run from this."

"It doesn't look that that great on me, i..." She looked down at herself and then at him before just hiding her face again. She had nothing more to say, simply embarrassed as being complimented so much by the one she loved. It was funny though, the one thing that embarrassed her was the simple thing that he was someone she loved and loved her.

He smiled at her and rested his arms on the table to lean forward a bit. "You look amazing. Nothing else to it, you are simply fantastic." He smiled and turned his head as his ears picked up a set of footsteps. Just as he had hoped, it was their waiter, coming forward with the food.

"I... oh the food." She diverted the topic and smiled wide at his comment about how she looked, redder though it melted with the sight of the waiter coming, mostly by forcing it to. "Oh, thank you." She said as the plate came down on the table, looking at it and breathing in as she took in hand the eating ware.

Vulpesen nodded politely at the man as he set the food in front of him, allowing him to leave before taking his own silver wear and taking the knife to the steak. After the first bite, he took a moment to enjoy the taste. "I should come to these places more often. They may not serve big, but the food is delicious."

"Your eating problem could put you in danger you know, i think it would make starvation a bit easier..." She had spoken without... or rather with thinking that she didn't quite stop as it came out. A useless bit of information about the dangers of his new body's maintaining of food and how odd it was. None the less she shocked herself by saying that. "Sorry, wasn't thinking."

He lifted his eyes to her as her took another bite. An unexpected dark turn, but it rang with truth and he didn't exactly feel any malice in the words. "True, but I'm sure I can find some way to keep myself from that. I guess I'll just have to double the number of ration bars I carry with me. Yeah I get hungrier, but I think its only about twice as hungry, nothing so dramatic as needed food ever moment. The main part is just remembering that I don't need to eat jedi sized portions anymore. As for not thinking, I think its nice that you show a bit of concern. Granted, don't lock me in a house away fromt he galaxy, but there's no harm in having a beautiful voice of reason."
