The Precursor.

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
"It feels like a dream you never want to wake up from? Ive felt the same, the very moment i began my own path and that is why i love the garden at my home, the calmness is addicting... this is better though." She smiled and looked up the sky darkening, it wouldn't be much longer till the sky was full of the small blips that were distant balls of fire.

He smiled and listened to her words, somewhat amazed at the way she spoke. "I've always enjoyed the fast lane, running from place to place, dodging blaster after blaster, but now I can see why people take it easy. It seems I went from fighting to survive, to fighting to keep moments like these." He held her a bit closer as he finished talking and kissed her again.

She smiled at him as he pulled her closer and saw the first star appear after the kiss. "Looks like its dark enough finally..." She laid her had in the room between his shoulder and head, breathing softly as she stared at the sky beside him. "A beautiful sight, arent they..."

He nodded and enjoyed her body laying against his as they stared up into the sky, watching the lights slowly appear one by one. "I've always thought so. Every year the Amarans would hold a festival for the stars. Zarro loved it because the best goods were sold in that time, but me and my friends would run down the streets, checking out all the amazing things that came from off world."

"I still try to imagine you as a young one running around with the amarans and curious how funny it would look like to see you like that." She smiled and looked at him now, trying to imagine him much smaller and running around with a bunch of Amarans, thinking about how funny it would be.

He grinned down at her as she spoke of it. "Well, I can make that a bit harder for you. Back then, I didn't have the white streak so try and think of that." The streak was, of course the same one that he had owned for eight years, ever since that fight on Nar Shadaa where he was first reminded of his mortality and that even the trickiest of men could be caught in a trap.

"Ya no, that just makes you look weird without it, it would be like if Ace suddenly turned red." She smiled, knowing such was impossible, none the less the point was made about how differetn Vulpesen would look without it.

He let out a small laugh and resumed his star gazing. "Yeah, I've really gotten used to it, but I must say that I wasn't happy to find it after the night I got the scar underneath." He reached up with his free hand and pulled at the strands, bringing them over so that he could see them. "But after a while, I figured that I could enjoy knowing what it looked like."

"It makes you look like you bleached it for what ever reason... i have a question Vulpesen, what was your mother exactly?" She hadn't noticed what his mother was exactly, her own being a half blood made her curious if he knew what he himself knew if anything about his heritage, likely not though.

He grinned and ran a hand through her hair at the mention of the bleach. "You're one to talk, my lady of the white." He let out a small laugh but shook his head at her next question. "You're guess is as good as mine. That time you saw her in my dreams, was the first time I had ever seen her as well. I might be part human, but for all I know, I might be part of some other race that only looks human, kinda like you."

"Mines genetic mister fox face." She stared at him as she then smiled and leaned her head against him. "Ya, i expected that answer, was curious if you knew anything at all was it." She leaned against him, having completely forgot about her plans.

"Mine came from some toxic cocktail that Gamoreans can somehow stand." He laid his head against hers as she rested on him. "Maybe one of these days I'll figure out exactly what I am, but for now, I'll just stick with the fact that I'm half zorren. Seems to be working well enough for now."

"You sure you are not a full one, that seems like some pretty interesting changes for only being half blooded." She rose a brow and looked at his hands again, checking the way they had changed themselves and her eyes focusing on them in the low light."

He gave a nod and lifted his hand to some better light for her to see. "I don't have a tail. While my dad might have been older, I don't think something like that appears in just two years. Same with all the other Zorrens we saw. Too bad though, I would really like to have a tail like that." It was to be expected of someone raised on Amar. For him, a tailw as a way to express, a thing to keep you warm, and a thing that was a natural piece of ones body. It had always made him feel strange to live, surrounded by Amarans, yet missing that one crucial limb.

"You are a strange man, makes no difference though. That very personality is what made me fall for a moment like this." She smiled and looked up at the stars again, how she was going to hate losing these emotions and memories and as she thought of that her smile lessened and a sense of grief came back.

He smiled and held her close before resuming his gaze. However, he quickly sensed when her sadness started to came back and he cast a worried glance to her. "I wish you'd tell me whats wrong. You know I can feel that there's a problem. I just can't see what."

"Im sorry Vuplesen, i wish i could tell you, i really do... i just can't." She bried her head against him and sighed as she felt sick again as she began to feel even more saddened by keeping this from him, it was like a disease, growing the more she did nothing to stop it and eating at her insides. Her sorrow only made worse by the fact that he was so close to her and could tell she was sad.

He frowned and wrapped both of his arms around her, holding her close to him as e did his best to comfort her. If only he knew what was going on, he would do anything in his power to help her. As it was, he simply did all he could to cheer her up as she turned into his chest. "Whatever you need Alex, I'm always here to help you."

"Dont say that, just... lets just be quiet for a moment." She was already crying and head head buried itself further as she said that. "Talk to Eve... next time you see her talk to Eve and she will explain what i can't." She said this, her words crossed with sobs and her mind once more broken as she just started crying over and over.

He nodded and held her close, uncaring that her tears were going through his robes. All he wanted was to have her smile back and every sob that moved from her broke his heart. He loved Alexandra. He wanted to see her laugh, smile, joke, have fun, all the tings before his lfe and hers got so star damned complicated. All he wanted was to see her smile again and as soon as he could, he would make sure that the tears stopped. All he needed to do was find someway to help. But for now, he simply held her close to him and let her cry into his chest.
