Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
She couldn't speak, chocking on the words in her throat as she was trying to find something to say that would meet what he had said but the only thing she could do was nod. There as a invisible pain though, a pain she would not let Vulpesen feel as she held it deep in her heart. He had told her something that she would have no equal of ability to compare to, unless she told him her own plans to remove her memories from her mind. "I... wow."

He let out a small laugh and rolled over to his back again. "So, will you run with me?" He rested his head on his hands at he grin0end at her. It had killed him to keep these secrets and now that he was finally able to tell someone that he trusted more than any mere friend, it was an unbelievable burden that had finally been lifted off of his back.

"I will my friend... no matter what happens there will be a time in which you call and i shall answer." She smiled back at him as she stay there, her eyes focused on the man without an inch more movement than she would allow from them. "Im sorry if something stops me from joining you immediately, don't worry, ill never be gone its just something i must do alone, you will understand next time we meet Vulps after i do such."

He nodded and smiled at her. It wasn't his normal grin, not the roguish "I'm up to something," grin. No, this was a genuine smile of joy and a look that people rarely got from him. Especially in these times. "I hope so Alex. I suppose its worth saying I trust you far more than any other friend I've had and likely will ever have. Well, perhaps Ace that is but he can't hide much from me anyways."

The smile was something she didn't ever want to stop seeing the moment it had appeared. She had never seen this and it was something that etched its place there... the problem was the more she heard the harder and heavier her heart became. All these words tore apart at her soul, making her want to stop from her plans but she knew if she did she would only harm everyone she knew. She had to do it but everything he said brought her closer to the end of the secret. "Thank you Vulpesen... your trust is something i would never wish to forsake."

He smiled and took her hand, bringing it to his lips in a light kiss. "I should hope not Miss Cinthra. " He smiled up at her while a voice went through her head. "Vulpesen is a man of schedules. I said he would reveal everything in time, and perhaps now you can understand his motives." Of course, it was Ace, speaking through Daeda and as for what he was talking about, he could only hope that Alex would remember their starlit discussion.

Alex said nothing, did nothing, infact she even went alittle pale between the words and Vulpesen's own action. "W-what was that for?" She stared at the spot she assumed Ace was in, then back at Vulpesen, and back at the spot. So many things went through her mind, but the greatest was a fear of what would come from either one of them, she didn't want to hear it but she did and she tried with every fiber of her will to keep those fears underwraps, she would not let her emotions rule her, not again.

He smiled and gazed up at her, keeping a light hold on her hand. "Alexandra, the Jedi said that I should avoid my passions and the things I loved. The sith said I should rule them. I say I should encourage and accept them. Thus, I will say the truth. [member="Alexandra Cinthra"], I love you." Ace was right, he did have his own schedule, but the times had passed, his plans were set in motion, and it was time to reveal them, all of them.

Like that everything shattered, her mental barriers, her will to hold everything back and for that short glimpse of a moment a mountain of fear, pain, and sadness would drop from her even in a place like this. Everything that had built up in the past weeks, every bit of pain and sadness over what she was gonna do overflowed hearing those words and instead of responding tears rolled down from her eyes as she closed them and looked upwards, trying to still hold back pained gasps of sadness from her.

As the tears moved down Alexandra's face, Vulpesen's brows furrowed and he felt a panic spreading through him. "Alex, whats wrong?" To be honest, he had hoped for a far more positive answer and when a declaration of love caused a woman to burst into tears, ti wasn't always a good thing. He guessed that one of those non-good times was happening right now.

Her words were lost in her throat and she only clenched her jaw as she heard him speak. "I-im fine.... " The words barely even left her throat as she finally spoke and her eyes opened slowly as she looked up at him. "S-sorry... im happy... its just hard." She couldn't stop the tears, couldn't stop the pain, it was breaking her bit by bit to hold in what she wanted to tell him, what she wouldn't tell him.

He shook his head, sensing her through the force as he searched from the problem. "Alexandra, I've seen tears of joy and sadness as a jedi and a sith. I know the difference. Please, just tell me whats going on. I want to help you." It pained him to see her like this, but he wanted to find some way, any way to help her past it. He knew she would do the same if she sensed the same in him.

"Please Vulpesen, please let it go." She closed her eyes again, focusing on literally bursting into tears fully, trying to imagine she had heard something else so that the pain would go away. "Its nothing, i just need to take a moment, just need... i dont want to explain it." She couldn't stop it as she just broke down and once more an outburst of pain and sadness left her and for a single moment an image would accompany them, the rainbow gem in her robes would blast from her mind, a shard of her full plans.

Vulpesen wrapped his arms around Alexandra as she cried, hoping to be of some comfort. He didn't know what to do and he prayed to the force that she was alright. However, as the final image ran through her mind in the force, Vulpesen took a large note of it. Still, he once again obeyed her wishes and dropped the subject, waiting out her grief as she cried. He wanted to speak to her, but instead he simply kept his silence, waiting for her to take the first words when she was ready.

Alexandra's body fell limp to a degree, head on his shoulder as he closed his arms around her and she just cried for first a few seconds, then a dozen, then two, and then onwards past a full minute and so on. Even when her tears did stop she shook and her body quaked from the emotions, only stopping once the overflow of emotions finally subsided. She croaked out, her voice hoarse and broken as she had made her throat sore from the outburst she had just head. "S-sorry, no-not as str-rong as i thought."

Vulpesen continued to hold her throughout the time of her crying, happy to at least be with her while she showed her weakness. As for when she acknowledged it, he cracked a small smile. "That's why you've got me." He had little to no idea why she was in this state, but he did now that if there was any way to ease her pain, he would do it. All she had to do was ask, and he would be there.

She smiled and rested her head against his neck, as she sat there in his arms. "Vulps... i do too... im sorry." She would mutter this, quiet and strained as she tried to keep from her mind collapsing in again. It was easier though, most of it drained from her system and him sitting right there before her, she was happy for once, happy things were as they were. "You suck though, you know that, making me cry."

He smiled and held her close to him, listening to her words and enjoying the lack of tears in them. "I'll try to avoid such things in the future." Surrounded in a lightside nexus, and holding the person he loved in his arms. Carn would have had a stroke, but Vulpesen was happier than he'd been in quite some time. For him, this moment was enough to keep him fighting for quite some time.

"You better, i dont want to be crying in your arms from now on, what would my students think." She smiled and for a moment did nothing before looking at him and biting her lip before reaching up to kiss the man, that would be the end of that though as her head returned to his shoulder and her body still felt limp as she sat there. Things had ended so wrong and right at the same time her mind was trying to cope with the thought of losing this moment, she would have to though, no memories meant none.

[member="Darth Tsolan"]

He flashed another one of his usual grins at that statement. Then, he happily accepted the kiss, enjoying every bit and every moment of it. That was the terrible thing about having schedules and plans and agendas... they postponed moments like these. For Vulpesen, it could have lasted forever and he could forget every plot, every plan, and every little scheme he had cooked up in the last few months. However, as such things do, the moment ended and Vulpesen was once again contented by her head on his shoulder. "Your students? Sith or not, if Carn were to see this, he'd whoop my rear from Fringe space all the way to the Levantines."
