Eternal Father

Hello there all my friends, I'm embarking on a small experiment / personal quest to create a functioning small-time Empire that only spans a single star cluster. That star cluster in question is the Pacanth Reach, and this is the Pacanth Empire. Now, you must ask, what is this Pacanth Empire of which you speak? Well, I'll tell you!
The Pacanth Empire is a authoritarian empire expanding the entirety of the Pacanth Reach in the Outer Rim, with it's capital based at Panatha. Ruled by Emperor Kaine Zambrano, more publicly known as just the 'Black Iron Tyrant', the Empire boasts a combined racial force of Epicanthix, Bunduki, and Vanr brought from the ruined Dromund Kaas to Panatha, and has a fleet made up of Fringe Confederate Warships.
A majority of the Empire reveres their Emperor as a divine idol, and thus an Imperial Cult was created soon after the inception of the Empire to spread the worship of the Emperor throughout the Pacanth Reach. This is nothing but a way for the Emperor and his cohorts to brainwash the civilian and military populace into obedient warriors for the cause of the Emperor.
Right now, the only goal of this Empire is to consolidate our current holdings and just get enough members to start up some RP in conjunction with the Fringe Confederacy, whose roof we currently are housed under.

EDIT
There are also various information blurbs to which I have created inside of the faction's main forums, but since I have made it so that it cannot be viewed by guests, I will post them here in a series of spoilers for you to view.
Imperial Senate
The Senate of the Pacanth Empire differs from the Senate utilized by the Galactic Republic, in that with the actual territory of the Empire being rather small compared to the Republic, each planet has it's own senatorial congregation made up of a small number of people that represent their world in the Senate. While the planetary Governors have true executive power over their worlds, besides the word of the Emperor, the congregation is the voice of the people in the Empire.
A congregation is made up of various government officials underneath the governor, and the size of congregation can very from the planet to planet depending on the population size and the important of the world. Thus the congregation size of Panatha and Bunduki are noticeably larger than the congregation of Fornow, Ravaath, and Sorimow. However; each planet is properly represented in the Senate no matter the congregation size.
A planetary vote consists of a majority yea or nay from the planet's congregation, and then a total vote is accumulated by the majority of each individual planet along with the majority of the others. In example, a majority vote from Panatha on an issue results in yea, while a majority vote from Bunduki results in a nay. Fornow and Ravaath also vote yea, and Sorimow votes nay, and the total vote tally would be three yeas, and two nays, and thus whatever issue they voted upon would be influenced by the yea.
At the head of each congregation is a leader appointed by majority congregation vote, who acts as the congregation's voice in the Senate.

Imperial Security Bureau
The Imperial Security Bureau, or ISB for short, is the main executive branch of the Pacanth Empire, and is responsible for enforcing the laws of the Empire, and protecting the Imperial citizens from threats without and within. Guided by the capable hand of the ISB Director, who in turn relays his/her decrees from the Emperor down to the Central Commander, makes sure the Empire's laws are constantly enforced through various holo-programs, and even brute force. Other than a security bureau, they are the Emperor's secret police, enforcing his will upon the populace through any means necessary.
The ISB works hand-in-hand with the Imperial Cult, and uses various methods of manipulation through propaganda and brainwashing to force the general populace to be obedient to it's government. More conventional methods are required, as a majority of the Empire is made up of Epicanthix, who possess a genetic immunity to mind-altering force tricks. The ISB works around this by infusing their daily programs with subtle thought-altering waves of light and sound, or even through a more gruesome method by forcefully altering their brains in various secret holding facilities across the Reach.
The ISB is also tasked with monitoring and controlling the citizens life 24/7, monitoring their privacy constantly and forcing various daily regimes upon them.

Imperial Tribunal
In order to successfully mete out justice across the Empire, the Imperial Tribunal was founded with that goal in mind. The Tribunal work alongside the ISB in being the factor that decides what punishments are to be assigned to individuals or groups who break a certain law or laws. To do this, the Tribunal is made up of a council of specially trained Judges who review all the evidence in a certain case, and decide on a course of action for the offender. The members of the tribunal are rotated in and out frequently to provide new insight to every case, and only the Chief Justice of the Empire retains his/her position throughout these changes.
The Chief Justice is the head of the Tribunal, and oversees and regulates all that goes on within the courts. He holds absolute authority within these court rooms, other than the Emperor of course, and not even the Supreme Commander has any say or authority within the Chief Justice's domain. To enforce the Empire's law alongside the agents of the ISB, the Chief Justice has the feared Inquisitors in their arsenal of resources to punish the unlawful. The Inquisitors are specially trained Dark Jedi that specialize in hunting down and imprisoning criminals and returning them to the various prison facilities established throughout the Empire.

Imperial Cult
When Kaine Zambrano usurped the throne from the monarchy that had ruled the planet before his arrival, he created a Cult dedicated to the worship of the divine. That divine just so happened to be Kaine himself, and with the help of the ISB he's been able to spread his new religion throughout the Pacanth Reach. The Cult is led by an Archbishop, whom which heeds the divine words of the Emperor and transcribes them to the general populace through his literal army of clergymen. These priests and priestesses hold regular masses across the Pacanth Reach completely devoted to the public worship of the Emperor, and it is mandatory that all citizens attend or face retribution at the hands of the ISB.
Any and all blaspheme is punishable by public execution, and includes, but is not limited to; worshiping false idols, rejecting the Emperor's divinity, defacing images of the Emperor's visage, and a multitude of other offenses deemed punishable by death according to the Cult's upper echelons. Alongside the worship of the divine Emperor, the Imperial Cult subtly spreads the reverence of the Dark Side of the Force in those that are Force Sensitive, to select new recruits for the most secretive Dark Jedi organizations within the Empire.

Dark Inquisition
The Dark Inquisition, commonly known as just the Inquisition, is an order of Dark Jedi trained to hunt down and subdue the enemies of the state. They are not trained in the Sith Arts, but just trained in the Dark Side enough so that they can provide a challenging foe when confronted by their prey. They were taught the basics of all of the lightsaber forms, and were especially adept at the form of Niman, but the more powerful ones either learned a new form all together or specialized as a master of one or two lightsaber forms. They were adept in the Force as well, and could use telekinesis, telepathy, and even Sith Lightning to an extent.
The Dark Inquisition answers to the upper echelons of the ISB, the Chief Justice of the Empire, the Archbishop of the Imperial Cult, and the Emperor himself. No one else has the power or authority to command an Inquisitor, hence why they are such enigmatic and feared individuals throughout the Empire. They are taught to be fearless, and have little to no remorse or pity for their actions and those that they hunt.
