The Means of an End

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
"Damn force cant hide you from everything..." Then a glint of metal as her eyes saw a dagger pass while the mandalorian was about to handcuff her. 'No, stop the death.' Her eyes shot open and without hesitation she blasted [member="Vilaz Munin"] in the chest and planned to get him out of the way of the dagger, hoping she had reacted fast enough. 'Make it look like an Accident.' Her eyes shot to the dagger as it flew past, assuming Vilaz was out of the way. She would only then slowly stand, a trail of blood running down her left arm. "Damn that hurt, how about you fight like a man buddy..."

[member="Darth Tsolan"] [member="HK-36"]

Vulpesen hit the ground with a roll and picked out another dagger. "Mongrel!" He could smell the blood on Alexandra's arm and as Vilaz was the only man around, he became the sole object of the Zorren's protective rage. He hurled another one just as fast as the last, and barely taking note of the boom that told of another incoming presence. He would focus on that when the time came, for now, he was focused on eliminating the current threat.

He definitely saw the first dagger coming at him but was somehow involuntarily moved and dodged it. It was a force push sent from his bounty and then replied back to her, "Mandalorians don't do any request for y'all damn Sith." He would never do what a Sith told him to do. he got up and saw another dagger coming at him. He didn't move or did anything and just accepted the hit of the dagger which impacted on his armor and then fell on the ground. Unfortunately for the other Force User he was gonna have to do more than that. "You idiots do realize that this Beskar, right? You're gonna need more than just a dagger to penetrate through this armor." While it did leave a minor bruise on it because of the impact. He then aimed with his bowcaster and aimed it at the other man. "Di'kut," and pressed the trigger five times which sent five bolts to the man from the bowcaster. He did notice that there was another person, droid, whatever it was on his HUD. Hopefully it wasn't another force user that he had to deal with and was something else.

Well looks like nobody caught onto the droid's trap, or they didn't notice, perhaps too busy with the current battle going on in the bunker.

The battle which droid took notice of as he heard its sounds going deeper into the bunker, somebody told somebody to fight like a man, more sounds of a battle, somebody was called a mongrel, even more sounds of the battle between the trio in the banker, somebody mentioned Beskar which droid took notice of, he calculated whether he was going to face the material or have an user of it on his side. Most likely it would be his ally, Sith and Mandalorians did not usually got along nowadays, not with the wars between Sith Empire and the Mandos still fresh in everyone's minds.

Finally he would creep closer to the source of the noises, his appearance on Vilaz's HUD would be faint if it would show at all, sensors skipping the droid due to his cloaking, the movements itself being slow and safe rather than just sprinting down the hallway.
He would hug the wall, moving against it as he, still hidden inside the veil of his cloak, looked into the room and saw the battle, two of the beings inside corresponded to the bounties posted, and the third was Mandalorian, at least he knew who wielded the Beskar there.

Hugging the wall again out of sight HK would grab one of the Anti-Force User grenades loaded with Force-Breaker gas, and with a quick flick he would throw the canister at the wall visible from his cover, staying out of sight the grenade would bounce from the wall and into the fray before erupting in a thick cloud of yellow-green gas, the substance would dull the senses, disorient, knock the air out of lungs, restrict vision in the dense gas, and most importantly, it would cut the connection from the Force upon inhalation.

Hidden in the vail of his cloak again HK would step into the opening, clutching the hand-cannon of a shattergun he wielded at the time, penetrating the dense cover of Force Breaker gas with his sensors and infrared vision to pick up on three targets, based on their previous positions he was able to determine which one of them was the Mandalorian, i.e. which one not to aim at as he prepared to fire at the first sign of an opening he could use to reveal his exact position.

She saw the droid long before she saw the grenade, worse yet is she recognized the grenade immediately. 'No... i need my powers to do what i must.' Her body shot back as the force rending gas moved through the area, one breath was all it would take and she didn't have her armor, she had to try something she hadn't used practically yet. Focusing on her breathing and the air around her once she was out of its current reach. It wouldn't be long though and she searched for something she had left hear long ago, something she would need should ever there had been a cave in, a simple cylinder with a potent mixture of its own. All while she did this, she would be behind the podium in the back of the room, only her shoulder sticking out.

The hiss of a gas release was heard and smelled by Ace long before it had a chance to reach Darth Tsolan and with the double warning, he was quick to protect himself. Reaching up, he clicked a small button on the side of his mask while leaping away from Vilaz's bolts as they lit up the cavern. Instantly he felt it tighten around his face while sending a hiss of clean air through his lungs though he could als feel a burning pain in his lower right leg. "Damn." The armorweave had protected him for the most part, but it still burned. "And now there's two of them."

There was a smile that came across Vilaz's as he scored a hit on the leg of the force user. Suddenly, a gas came into the area and it began spread throughout the room. Luckily, the Mandalorian's helmet had a filter on it so he didn't had to worry about getting knocked out or poisoned and was reaciveing clean oxygen in his system. But, his vision was getting dull as he couldn't see through the gas. He couldn't aim with his bowcaster in this situation. "Now for these two guys," and the Bounty Hunter, and slung his bowcaster and then took out his WESTAR 34 duel pistol and began aiming in front of him and fired. He didn't aim but he hoped that he would hit something since he was firing everything that was in front of him.

Alexandra suddenly felt a white hot pain erupt from her shoulder, looking down she realized her body had been partially out of the range of protection the podium gave her and as such her voice cried out for a moment from the hit. 'Focus, find the mask.' Her body dropped lower and her hands found what she was looking for, the mask and its own private supply of air as she hooked that too her belt. This should last her for more than long enough to end this. Sealing the mask to her face and connecting the oxygen supply she took a minute to make sure the wound wasn't too damaging.

Well with Alexandra either behind cover or down searching on the ground for the fabled mask, that left one eligible target for HK, outside of the Mandalorian, but he was not planning on backstabbing his ally just yet,

And so, under the hiding embrace of his chameleon cloak, modern equivalent of invisibility cloak, the droid trained his heavy scattergun in Tsolan's direction. He would thrust forward the 7 railgun barrels of his hand cannon, moving them past the flaps of the cloak as he pulled the trigger.

It was then that all chaos broke loose, the gun fired its payload, 7 hyper-velocity shattergun pellets aimed at Sith's chest, the largest target on his body, that would be the first thing he would be able to notice, the harsh sting of the 7 bullets that would hit like trains, if they hit that is. Then there would be the thunderous roar of the gun, which would come after the bullets, as they traveled faster than sound, and it would very much seem like a cannon went off inside the room. The very air would shake as the thick cover of green-yellow Force Breaker gas rocked and trembled, it would seem that the earth quaked through the vibrations of the hand-cannon's roar, containing only enough sound dampeners to keep the 7 simultaneous sonic booms from tearing the weapon apart. The sound of the gun-shot itself would have been enough to deafen and stun those inside the room, at least those without proper ways to counter-act that quick enough, the bullets would have enough to bent even Phrik armor, shatter those plates of lower quality, not to mention the physical blunt trauma that would carry with them, they would break bones, strain muscles, they would toss those who came in their path back like a ragdoll.

The droid would feel some of that sting as his form moved back, large claws on his feet extending to strike the ground and dig deep trenches as he anchored himself, still jerked back from the recoil as if it was a moderate Force push, it would usually be a loud scratching endeavor but HK still had his sound dampeners engaged, although his claws dug marks in the floor, they did so silently.

The gas would still be heavy with movement, the droid's chameleon cloak fluttering and flapping like wings as his form would disappear and appear from time to time due to its movement, cloaking systems still engaged, of course that would have been much harder to see through the cover of thick, choking gas, the only reason droid had ability to aim in this sort of scenario with some decent accuracy was due to his advanced sensors and infrared vision.

Going back to the shattergun volleygun, the 7 pellets would be fired in a moderate spread due to the spacing of the 7 barrels and the shake they experienced during firing, having about as much spread as a high-powered shotgun shot, in theory bullets do not spread as fast the faster they fly, due to overwhelming velocity, and from this gun they were fired at ridiculous speeds.

Knowing his position was more or less revealed, the droid stepped into the room, cocking his VG-1 as next round was moved into the chamber, the rails charging up as he reached towards the hilt of his Spear of Rae, still collapsed into its shortest carry form.

Vulpesen's force sense lit up as the gun was pointed at him and he immediately new that A: he was in trouble, B: This was gonna hurt, and C: Get ready!" Following the force's guide, he called upon a plethora of stones and hurled them in front of him. Instantly, many were turned to powder but still, several pellets lanced through and immediately, the jedi felt a burning pain in his side , chest, and gut. A moment of checking and he could tell he wasn't fatally wounded, but he'd certainly need some time in a bacta tank as well as a migraine pill for his SPLITTING headache. "WILL YOU STOP!" Pain! Pain was in his body, as well as rage, and protection for Alex. Passions that fueled his power in the darkside ad holding out his hand, he lit up the cavern, following sound and pain of the blast, Vulpesen send both a flurry of lightning bolts and a triad of daggers at his newest attacker while leaping behind another large rock to escape the remaining assault.

[member="Vilaz Munin"] [member="Alexandra Cinthra"] [member="HK-36"]

Thank Manda that he did not encountered or experienced the scattergun that was fired from its user. He heard the sound when the the trigger of the scattergun was pulled and made loud sounds that it couldn't be conquered or be contested with any other sound. The pellets that were being shot from the scattergun was probably faster than the speed of sound which meant that this was one hell of a weapon and could overpower any Sith lord no matter how much power he or she had. Heck, those pellets could put a dent or worse, penetrate his armor. From the flashed that came from the scattergun he saw that the pellets was meant for the other force user and also saw that the scattergun was at close range to the force user. This would definitely take a huge chunk of juice and energy from Tsolan

Vilaz knew where the new attacker was after the savagery of the scattergun but didn't had a good visual on how he looked like. The Mandalorian doubled his guard after he witnessed how extremely powerful was the scattergun. With his HUD he saw where his bounty and the other force user. Then he saw blue light enlighting the cavern and heard a noise that came from lightning or electricity. It was a good thing that it wasn't heading towards him and rather to the new player of this hunt. Rather than focusing on the male force user he returned his concentration to his primary objective.

He ran through the wide space between the male force user and the mysterious attacker to reach his goal by following his HUD. Through the gas he could see a podium in front of him as he was close to his target and knew that Alex was behind it. With his foot he kicked down the podium and would crash on top of the bounty.

"Let's try this again," the bounty hunter said as he put away one WESTAR pistol and reached for handcuffs.

The sound was the single loudest thing she had ever heard as it revirberated through the walls of the bunker, her hands on her ears and trying to stay sane as it hit her like a train. She was deafened for the moment but Alexandra's hands found the sabers the moment she had a feeling crawl over the back of her spine, then the air shifted around the podium as it came crashing down. She darted to the side with reflex that were fueled by the force and experience, but even then nearly found herself flattened as had she had to cut the robes before sending her sabers to her belt. Her hands found the collapsible staff she kept with her at all times before extending it into its full size.

With a smile she nodded her head. "Lets." She shot out with the staff, aiming first for the forehead as she jabbed in a quick motion. She then turned and brought the force of the staff across at the side of his legs, careful to watch the now obstructive podium that had been collapsible next to her.

The podium didn't do its purpose as Vilaz thought it would. He though that the woman would use her lightsabers on him but he was wrong. The staff did impacted on his forehead but his helmet help protect him so he wouldn't receive any stingy hits or be unconsious. The waves from the hit did made him go dizzy but it didn't last for long. Then the staff found itself hitting on his side of the leg which was covered by beskar. It didn't hurt a lot but it did put a minor bruise on the leg or something. Then he grabbed onto the staff while grabbing onto the cuffs in his hands. Then his attack would come at her. He raised the WESTAR 34 pistol and aimed it at her chest and suddenly 'BANG' 'BANG' 'BANG'. Three bolts were sent at her chest which would be difficult in Vilaz's mind to dodge or deflect since both he and the bounty were close and the bolts were sent at close range. "Di'kut."

The pain, that was something she had not expected as her body fell back against the wall and she coughed as she could feel the pain. The shots had hit and with so much force from the point blank distance that it was a wonder she could even stay conscious, her breathing growing faster as she looked at Vulpesen and tried to cry out but couldn't. 'Don't die Alex... don't... Daeda... relay this...' Before she would let death claim her, not realizing that the shots had caught in in non vital areas, she smiled behind the mask and raised her hand. From the hand she would try to push the man through the force into the droid on the far side, she had to get them together and Vulpesen away from them, they were after her and the Mandalorian had made that clear by taking an interest in her, she had to make sure Vulpesen was safe.

With that she stood slowly, assuming the force push had worked, and looked at Vulpesen. Daeda would relay the message a second before Alexandra screamed out both in pain and sorrow, gripping the ceiling above them, knowing where the structure's weaknesses were and the moment before she collapsed it two words would leave her mouth, silent words, to Vulpesen before she would collapse the ceiling and split the room in half, Vulpesen on the side of the escape tunnel that would bring him several miles south, and her and the other two on the other side. Once done she looked at them and fell to her knees as she tried to even stay awake. The words had been simply, "Good Bye."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vodd6C5ryUU

Vulpesen's eyes widened as he saw [member="Alexandra Cinthra"] get slammed against the wall by several blaster bolts. "ALEX!" Immediately he leaped out from his cover, uncaring about the droid or if the hunter could attack him. All he cared about was destroying this damned mando upstart that hurt his Alex. "BURN AWAY!" He flicked up both his hands and this time, there was no mercy in his gaze under the mask. Pure murderous intent, something that had not been seen for seven years and suddenly it was unleashed in a storm of gold and red lightning, followed by twenty five daggers which ripped form his clothing. He wanted Vilaz DEAD! However, Alexandra seemed to have to her plans as she collapsed the roof, causing his murderous onslaught to be cut short as only half of the daggers made it through and only a part of his electric burst would be able to hit the man.

Once the rocks had settled, Vulpesen was left in the darkness. He heard the final good by and he immediately flung himself at the wall of stone, digging at it with his claws while feral snarls ripped form his throat. "GIVE HER BACK!" Stone after stone, he started to break down te wall but he knew it wouldn't do what he needed. They had taken her.. why had they taken her. His fist pounded against the stone as he cried out again. "GIVE HER BACK!" A tear started down his cheek and again his fist slammed into the rocks. "Just give her back..." A few moments, and he made himself a promise. He would get her back. But for now, she was gone and that was what tore his soul apart. Lifting his head to the sky, Vulpesen started a mournful howl, amplified in the force and his promise he wouldn't stop. The foxish cry of a child of Amar ripped out into the air, filling it with the soul rending promise of the blood wolf's rage and sorrow.

Before the Ceiling Collapse,

As Vulps reached his arm towards the droid he would drop the VG-1 Handcannon, the heavy weapon hanging to the droid's side by a strap that kept it attached diagonally about his torso. As lightning shot forth the droid had the hilt of his lightsaber in one hand, the Spear of Rae in the other, and the white blade of his energy sword would erupt, emanating in its light to illuminate the area and part the cover of the gas, clearly spreading its Aura of Lightside, as the lightning clashed into it.

Like a shield the white blade would capture the electric attack thrown by Vulps, not the first Sith to attempt it against HK, and not the last, the force-imbued crystal in his lightsaber protecting him as electric arcs danced about the blade of light, and reflected back. Of course this reflection of Dark Side energy was general as it would spread in an arc of effect, while the lightsaber had the power of shielding the droid, HK did not had the Force to focus its abilities and use them to the full potential. The few lightning arcs that did make it past the imbued defenses would bounce off the droid and dissipate as blue glow of an energy shield shimmered around him, clearly he had more than one defense.

Meanwhile with a hiss and scratch of metal against metal his Spear of Rae extended to its medium-length, with quick movement the polearm would swat away the daggers flying at the droid, guided by his high-quality trackers and sensors to calculate their trajectory and intercept them with correct movements.

Clink-clink-chung

Most of the daggers would bounce onto the floor or impale a wall somewhere but one got through, jamming itself between the plates of the droid's outer armor it would penetrate the first layer of metal but not the body itself beneath it.

"Fool of a Sith."

The droid muttered, using Vulps' own lightning against him as with another hiss the spear extended to its full polerarm length, two barrels would extend from the forearm of the droid's hand clutching the spear as he was about to initiate another sequence to finish the fight, when suddenly-

During the ceiling collapse,

The Mandalorian was suddenly thrown at the droid, which clearly interrupted whatever he had planned against Vulps. With quick movement the droid met Vilaz's flying body with his palms, channeling his momentum to the side, instead of knocking their bodies together he would let the Mandalorian continue to fly past him as the droid just altered his direction.

He gave out a mechanical snarl, looking to Vulps once more as the ceiling begun to collapse. The machine tumbled and rolled on the floor to avoid the falling debris and any other possible attacks.

After the ceiling collapse,

"Good Bye."

Chi-glunk!

That was the sound of spear penetrating the metal wall and stone of the bunker's wall.

As Alex uttered her words of fare-well the droid used his Phrik-tipped polearm like a spear, propelling it in a good short throw towards Alex, aiming at her abdomen. If she somehow had enough energy and speed to roll out of the way and dodge the fast attack well then it was the sound of the spear missing her as it hit the wall, penetrating deep enough for a rather large enough of strength being necessary to pull it out.

However, if she failed to dodge the fast throw from HK's augmented mechanical body, well that was the sound of the spear piercing through her abdomen, throwing her back with the force of the javelin, and pinning her to the wall as the spear impaled both Alex and the hard surface behind her.

Whichever it was, the droid would close in on her, his lightsaber held in sturdy grip of his mechanical hand.

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
Alexandra's eyes focused just enough to see the spear coming, but her body wouldn't move, it couldn't, even as she willed her muscles her body had suffered too much damage and time slowed down for her. She had to try something, so she nudged the spear through the force, the air around it lifting it as much as she could and trying to push it off course... she did just that, but not enough. As her shoulder instead took the hit, her body flying back and the spear impaling her by the shoulder to the wall, her own scream crying out as her pain was no longer held in check... She heard the howl and the only thing she could return was that pain she felt, that was the only indication of her fate for [member="Darth Tsolan"], as her mind and body slowly drifted off she tried to sustain her very being but could only look on herself with blurred eyes. 'Don't die Alex... i... i had thought.... is this the end...' She looked up and tried to focus on the droid coming towards her. 'The blade... i was right... the force showed me my death...' She didn't realize they would take her alive for the bounty, to her she thought death had come, but she wasn't done fighting, grabbing a stone and tossing it at the droid, but very weakly and off target.

The droid slightly stopped as Alex threw the stone, thinking it to be something more powerful and impressive, but as it cluttered weakly before him he just shook his head. He would step forward to her, his free hand clenching into a fist as arcs of electricity danced around his Electro-Cestus for the final blow.

But then-

He forgot about the stone in his path, as his foot stepped on it the stone slid sideways, causing the droid to wobble and loose his footing. He slightly waves with his arms, kind of like a penguin, but it was too late, the large double-armored being collapsed forward onto pinned Alex.

But that did not change much for her, the falling droid body knocked into her with all of its weight and enough speed in a head butt sort of way, the two skulls clashing together, metal and organic, as Alex would most likely receive a pretty good hit.

The result should be the same, Alex knocked out so that she could be captured, but it would not have be done in as elegant or impressive fashion as HK would like.

In fact it kinda made him look like an idiot.

There is something frightening about having a droid collapse right into you, and if it hadn't been for the pain she was already experiencing the falling droid would have caused scream. But there was just too much pain and head butt or not it drove her to state of unconsciosness that left her silent to Vulpesen now. The only thing that would be left to communicate was Daeda, and he only just then appeared from out of the shadows and walked by Alexandra, climbing up and nudging her as he tried to tell if she would live. He was no threat and he looked on the droid with a quiet and composed expression, one filled by the question of why he had to go to such lengths to disable her. He would simply rest beside her, until the droid and Mandalorian would take her, to which he would follow upon disappearing into her robes.

There was nothing he could do to avoid the force push but it did prove to be beneficial to avoid getting crushed and being attacked from the other Force User who was angry. The daggers and the lightning was still coming at him but then the other attacker helped him to avoid that by grabbing him and throwing him in another direction so they wouldn't collide with each other. He fell on his left side of the body and was safe from getting hit by the daggers and the lightning. Vilaz got up and put away his WESTAR 34 pistol after he twirled it around on his index finger. The Mandalorian heard the howl of the other man, lamenting that he was away from the woman, and begging to give her back to him. This made Vilaz happy and put a smile on his face. "That's right, cry you damn dog! CRY! And I wanna hear ya beg more!" He yelled back to the male. He loved making both Jedi and Sith angry and depressed. The Bounty Hunter was done with upsetting the the depressed male and looked back at both the bounty and his ally which appeared to be a droid. He wasn't surprised for he has seen the war droids that the Mandalorians make which were smart and deadly.

"Well, let's go and drop her off to the Republic and receive our paycheck. Big time," the Mandalorian said as he picked up the droid and set him up on his feet. He looked at the Echani Sith woman and said to her in a harsh tone of voice, "I hope the Republic torture you and disect you, alive." And he bent down to put the cuffs on the woman's wrist.
