Preface
The Manda Ha'rud, or the Sacred Way, is the path that has guided Mandalorian culture spiritually for generations since Mand'alor the First rallied the Clans on Roon. Mandalorians have experienced various interpretations of the Manda Ha'rud, but the Mandokarla is a sacred tradition that has preserved adherence to the old ways. They believe that every Mandalorian soul is born into the world, destined to wax stronger through trials and adversity that they face in order to strengthen the Manda, the collective of all souls in the next life.

The Mandokarla are spiritual guides that help their brothers and sisters to follow the Sacred Way, guiding and protecting them from arcane dangers. Not all Mandalorians believe in the Manda Ha'rud or only believe parts and tenets from it, but the order of the Mandokarla was not made to proselytize, but strengthen their community. With Mandalorians recongregating in the Mandalorian Enclave, the Mandokarla have regathered as well and built the mountain community of Resa as their spiritual stronghold, while Pathfinders and Shamans look to restore the Mandalorian spirit to their lost brothers and sisters.

Structure
Mandalorians who wish to walk the Path of the Mandokarla begin as Hibir, students of the path. They are instructed in the Way and how to utilize their natural talents and learned skills to support Mandalorians everywhere. Once students have sufficiently progressed in their learning, they advance to the rank of Chaaj, or Ranger. The rank of Chaaj denotes members who have been instructed in the Way and can be entrusted to guide others in finding or walking their Path in life. Both Hibir and Chaaj serve as junior ranks within the Mandokarla.

Once a Chaaj has demonstrated mastery within their field, force users become A'srucayr -- Shamans -- while Non-Force Users become Y'ivra -- Pathfinders. Gtinarah may be called upon to exorcise demonic or Sith influences from the mind, or combat ancient spirits. Meanwhile, Y'ivra use their talents to help guide fellow Mandalorians and are specially trained in fighting Force Users and Force Entities, using technology to adapt to their lack of Force Powers.

The Jorhaa'ir -- the Speaker -- serves as the central figure of authority within the Mandokarla, both as the highest figure in terms of knowledge and learning, but also in terms of administration of the Mandokarla. As the Mandokarla are not directly affiliated with the government of the Mandalorian Enclave, the Jorhaa'ir is not a member of the Enclave's administrative government but is often called on by the Quartermaster for spiritual guidance when it is needed.
