Med-bay, Unknown Ship
Finally. He had woken up. Something had happened before, though he could not remember. The only thing he knew was that someone had knocked him out. From there on, nothing. Now he was somewhere. He could hear the gentle droning of a ship engine. He opened his eyes. The intense gleaming of lights blinded him for a moment, so he moved his hand up to shield his eyes. Good, he still had control of his body. He could still move it. Then, slowly, his eyes adjusted to what was around him. It was a Med-bay. He didn’t recognize what ship it was from, but it was certainly not his. No one else seemed to be here and no one seemed to be guarding this place, so he decided to stand up. Though as soon as he did, the doors shot open and a man in a white coat came storming in. ‘’You’re finally awake! Good. How do you feel, sir? Uhm, I need to ask you to keep lying.’’ his voice started to have a slight hint of fear in it ‘’Sir? Could you please sit back down?’’ then it became more apparent ‘’Sir, please!’’ His voice was filled with fear. Something in the eyes of the man who had woken up had scared him. It had deeply terrified him. What was that thing? The sudden sound of a bone breaking, followed up by the sound of a body hitting the cold, metal floor interrupted the atmosphere in the room. The man who had woken up left out the door of the Med-bay, the man who had come in was lying around, on the floor.
‘’Our patient has attacked his assigned doctor. All security guards look for the man. No lethal force allowed as of yet, but if he makes any trouble, shoot him.’’ The man’s voice could be heard throughout the ship. The escapee didn’t listen though. He had only one thing in mind. Escape. He wanted off this ship and back into freedom, back to doing what he had been doing before, or at least, back to finding out what he was doing before. The man made his way through the empty corridors of the ship. He didn’t know where to go, or where to look for a way out of this situation, he only knew that he had to continue moving and hoping that he would soon find a way of escaping the ship.
Footsteps were growing louder. Those were footsteps of strong leather hitting a metal floor over and over again in a rhythmic pace. It grew louder and louder, until it was stopped and replaced by a sudden outcry of surprise, followed by a cry of pain and then by the sound of a body hitting a metal floor. Then a couple more footsteps could be heard. It were those of a man walking around on quiet bare feet.
A while later the escapee found a place called ‘Storage’. Maybe he could find the things that had been taken from him here? He moved to the door as quickly and quietly as he could, then a short ‘swish’ made by the door and he was in. A couple of seconds of walking around and he found what he was looking for. A pair of trousers, an object that looked like the hilt of a sword, shoulder guards, a piece of blue cloth and a hairband all stored on top of a small crate that was standing near the middle of the room. The man quickly changed from his current clothes, which consisted of a simple white tunic, white pants and a belt made of a single woven string to keep the bottom part of the tunic and the pants in place. He put the things on the crate and instead put on the clothes that had been lying around there. He had instinctively known those were him. The connection he had felt to those objects was a deep connection, one that could have only been established by having some history with those objects and now they were back in his possession. He hoped the rest of his memories would follow soon.
An escape pod had landed somewhere on a world that looked very similar to Kashyyyk. It had crashed in some of the deeper parts of the jungle, where almost no one lives except for maybe a couple Wookies or Jungle creatures. The escape pod had sent a distress call when it was launched and it had sent one after it had hit the ground. Someone must have escaped from some crashing or exploding ship. Or there was a completely other reason as to why it had crashed here. Whatever reason it was, the person who is most likely inside the pod needs help. That was the most important thing at the moment.
