Planet: Kashyyyk
Location: Outside, a park

-----------------------------------

Being a Healer among the Jedi, especially an order like the Silvers, kept Acadia busy. There was no complaining, one of the greatest feelings in the universe was the feeling of helping or healing someone who had desperately needed it. To see the pain ebb, or the stress eased, to hear a gasp of life or any other number of relieved responses. It was why Acadia did what she did, it was why she had trained the way she had.

However, the greatest joy in her life? Well, that was the squealing toddler, who had just run laughing into her arms. Acadia laughed and closed her arms around the tot, giving her little girl a tight, swaying hug before letting her go again. Once let loose, Charlotte turned away and went to pluck more of the little flowers out of the patch of grass she and her mother had found and taken over for the time being.

It was just a simple outing; something to get the both of them out of the house and out into the fresh air. Cadi took every opportunity she had to go out and do things with her daughter, even if it was something as simple as going out to the park, picking flowers, and making wreaths and necklaces from them. Cadi wasn't picky, she didn't care so long as whatever they found to do was safe, and Charlotte was amused and having a good time. That was more than enough for Acadia.

She did give a brief look around, checking their surroundings for only a moment before her focus went right back to Charlotte, who once again came running at her laughing, this time with more flowers in her little hands to add to the collection they already had.

Planet: Kashyyyk

Location: Exiting, a park

As a member of the SJO, Dopi had to follow their customs when it came to wildlife, specifically plants. He had originally wanted to grow a garden near his small hut in the trees on Kashyyyk, but unfortunately any plants brought by the SJO had to be planted elsewhere, in a public park set up on the main grounds of the order. He walked around when he heard a small child and her mother, with the sounds of laughter echoing around the park.

It wasn't exactly a busy day for Dopi anyway, which was why he had decided to go to the park in the first place; to give himself something to do. He then changed his focus unto what to do, going from just wandering around to meeting new people, with this mother being the first person he would meet. His attire was of his normal grey Robes, with his trusted lightsaber pike by his side to help him around. He knew right where he was going through the force, but the stick helped with things like cliffs and ledges, and mainly to give everyone else the appearance that he was just a blind man, with nothing special about him.

He also would meditate here, but today was not a day for meditation. He approached the woman from behind, after she had looked around, before tapping her on the shoulder. "My apologies if I seem a bit intrusive with your personal business, but you have quite a Lovely Daughter, Miss." He then quickly smacked himself on the forehead and chuckled a bit to himself, before holding his hand out to her to shake hands. "Oh, I'm a fool. Where are my Manners? I'm Dopi. Dopi Bones. I do not you and I have met before have we?"

Hand in hand, mother and son walked.

Well, Celeste walked and Atticus toddled rather amusingly. The three year old boy was more confident than he'd been when he was young, just learning to walk. Now, he ran, jumped, and stumbled quite often. Little feet were eager and enthusiastic, but not completely aware of their surroundings. The uneven terrain and twigs that stuck up from the ground were ready to be trod and tripped upon.

“Come now, Atti...” Celeste said, soothingly. “You're alright, then.”

The small boy rubbed his knee, but soon forgot about his short fall altogether – once the park was in view, that is. Kashyyyk was full of wilderness and Celeste was happy that her little one would get to experience such a world, it was always full of curious things. And, this part was safe – protected from the many beats that wandered the world, for which she was very thankful.

After all, it was hard to keep Atticus cooped up around the Temple all the time.

Spotting another mother and child, Celeste held up a hand to wave as she and Atticus approached. Squinting, she recognized the other woman from the Healing Halls.

“Hello, there!” She called, letting Atticus run for the park.

Normally, having people move around her wouldn't have bothered Acadia one bit. And true enough, it did not. At least not until Charlotte had looked up and realized that she and her mother were no longer alone. And yet the little girl did not seem afraid, no she was immediately curious and that curiosity is what had Cadi turning about just in time for her shoulder to be touched. Her brow creased, but she felt no threat.

"You're not being intrusive at all, Dopi was it?" she glanced down at Charlotte, who had abandoned her flowers in favor of moving around her mother so that she could investigate this stranger more thoroughly.

Acadia's attention shifted again however once she heard another voice call out. The woman approaching she recognized at least, though she didn't know her well. She smiled when she saw the other toddler and waved in greeting towards the mother and son pair. Well that was definitely going to be eventful for Charlotte...once she stopped circling Dopi with that air of clear curiosity about her.

Celeste eyed [member="Mr. Bones"] for but a moment, she was the ever vigilant mother bear. But, she soon offered him a nod and smile as she ushered her son past the pair in conversation. Setting her bag down on a bench, she opened it and let Atticus have his choice of toy speeders to bring out to the playground. With a red one and a blue one, he went over to a patch of dirt and began to drive them along the ground. It was quite a simple activity, yes, but it would keep him entertained for a few minutes at least.

Making her way over to [member="Acadia Knyte"] and the man she was speaking with, she gave them a smile as she stood near. Of course, she did not want to intrude upon them. But, some adult conversation would be nice. Thus far, she'd spent the morning conversing with Atticus and some of the other younglings around the temple.

She could only tell them so many times that they were not yet allowed to play with sabers.

“Good afternoon,” She said, finally. “Celeste Rigel – I think I've seen you both around the temple, but we've never been properly introduced.”

Being approached by more adults wasn't just a breath of fresh air for [member="Celeste Rigel"], it was a nice change of pace for Acadia too. There was never a moment where she did not adore the time she spent with her daughter, but with Charlotte only being two years old, conversation was very limited.

When the other woman introduced herself, Acadia took the time to stand and dust herself off, mindful of Charlotte's placement while she did so as to not dust dirt or anything into the tot's eyes. "Things get pretty chaotic, there isn't always time for introductions." She smiled a little easier once she was on her feet, "I'm Acadia Knyte, and this is-"

She had looked down to introduce her daughter only to find the little girl had slipped away, just like that. Cadi groaned softly, though any panic that could have welled up dissipated just as quickly when she turned and spotted her little girl now curiously examining this other, new child and his toys. A sigh left Cadi's lips and she gestured towards her daughter. "That is my escape artist of a daughter, Lottie- Erm, Charlotte."

Ahh the planet of kashyyk

Full of teeming life of different sizes and shapes, also the homeworld of the wookie race. However she wasnt here to go see about some of the dangerous life as she had a few times before, instead she was here bring her daughter [member="Brigh Solus Skirae "]to see the different things and to feel around the planet itself that was plentiful with the force

That and stardust herself needed it, sometimes she just needed to close her eyes and feel the force around her like the river it was. Guiding her daughter through the entrance of the park stardust took a deep breath the exhaled smiling

ahhhh...do you feel that brigh? The force here is plentiful with the light side

Brigh smiled as she nodded, stardust herself sat rather in the middle of it all, neither claim light nor dark. Walking a bit further she nodded to her daughter to allow her to explore the area

Josh couldn't remember how long it had been since he had started taking Jason to the Rest almost every single day. It was even more now that Jason was officially a part of the Silver Jedi Order, being taught as a youngling to harness his abilities. Now that Jason was capable of hiding it, he had considered taking him off the training program. But he knew that Jason could not afford to get sloppy, or he would lose that control again. Furthermore, Jason seemed to be really enjoying his lessons. It had been a breath of fresh air for the boy, who had taken to it like a fish to water. So Josh had decided to let them continue. He would be able to choose when he was older whether he wanted to take those powers and use them as part of the Jedi or not. He would have a choice, and Josh would make sure he did. It didn't matter any who tried to pressure him... Josh would do his job as a father, and fulfill that promise one way or another.

He had been showing Jason the plants in the Rest again when he noticed a commotion. It seemed a few parents and their children were interacting. He recognized Celeste and Atticus, and he was surprised to see [member="Stardust Solus Skirae"] at the rest - especially after... Recent events. Holding Jason by the hand, Josh would approach and greet the group with a gentle bow.

"Celeste, Star" He greeted as he would [member="Acadia Knyte"] and [member="Mr. Bones"] with a gentle smile. "I don't think we've met. I'm Josh Dragonsflame. This is my son, Jason" He spoke, motioning to the five year old who was staring toward Atticus from behind his father's leg.

It seemed more parents were finding their way to the park, and it was something that actually eased Acadia a bit. It was nice to see other adults around who had children close to the age of her own child. It was hard to be a single parent after all, especially when most of the people Cadi knew didn't have kids - whether they were her age or not. It was frustrating sometimes, when people just didn't understand. Cadi couldn't just randomly go out whenever she wanted to, or just do things on the fly if it was something Charlotte couldn't be involved in. And with a two-year-old? There was plenty the tot couldn't be involved in.

So seeing these faces with kids? It was a breath of fresh air for sure.

"Seems to be a day for meeting new people," Cadi stated, "I'm Acadia."

She watched as Charlotte had seemed to abandon her pursuit of whatever Atticus had been doing when a new child had come around. She was ever curious, especially with new faces, and without a shy bone in her body the tot toddled her way right up to the front of Josh's legs so that she could dramatically lean the way only toddlers can in order to see around the man's legs at the boy hidden behind them.

"And that," she gestured to the tot. "Is Charlotte."

Celeste offered the other woman a warm smile, “Very nice to meet you Acadia, and you too, Charlotte!”

She watched as Charlotte went to investigate Atticus, and she furrowed her brow slightly as her son drew his toys closer. Yes, sharing was good – but, it was still something that they were working to perfect. However, the young girl soon moved on. Celeste turned her attention back to Acadia, and the others that had joined – including, Josh Dragonsflame.

Good afternoon, Josh.” She said, cordially. And she gave a small wave to his son, Jason.

Celeste opened her mouth to say something, but was quickly interrupted. “WAHHHHHH!”

Turning, she spotted Atticus sprawled out on the ground. Dashing over, she knelt down next to her wailing child. “What's wrong, Atti? Did you fall?”

I fall down.” Came the tearful reply.

She rubbed Atticus on the back, and let him calm down. “You're alright, then? Up you get.” Celeste held out her hand to help the toddler to his feet, and brush the sand off his clothing.

Jason, while older, was still getting used to dealing with strangers. Charlotte was a stranger, though Atticus was not. But his eyes widened when Lottie would come closer, and he whined a bit. Josh would place a hand on his head and ruffle his hair, doing his best to calm him down. "Don't worry, Jason. This is Charlotte" Josh spoke softly to the child as he slowly peeked out. But Jason would let out a yelp when the crying came from Atticus. He was back behind his father's leg as Josh's attention turned to Atticus. It seemed he had fallen, though Celeste was already on the case.

"Is Att okay?" Jason would whisper to his father, who smiled in turn. "Of course. His mommy's got him" Josh promised. "Hey... Why don't you show Atticus and Charlotte what you've been learning, Jason? I think they might like that."

"O-Okay!" Jason would respond, seeming to get his confidence back a little. "Show them what you can do with your toy speeder" His father encouraged softly as Jason would pull out a little toy speeder from his pocket and show it to Atticus and Lottie. "I... I can make it fly" Jason would stammer, eyeing Charlotte warily as if she might suddenly grow a second head. Jason held it in his palm, before he started to focus. The toy speeder would begin to levitate just over his palm, though it was clearly a bit shaky. Inexperience, plus nerves taking effect. The little whine that Jason gave out during the attempt was an indicator of the latter as well, which Josh quickly picked up on. "It's okay, Jason. Just imagine the speeder" Josh would continue to encourage, and the shaking slowed a little as the speeder would levitate a bit higher. He was still clearly in the early learning stages of the ability, but Jason was learning faster than Josh could have anticipated.

Some might call this training, having him suddenly try this in front of an audience. But truthfully, Josh was hoping that with a topic he was familiar with, Jason might open up a bit and settle down.

Brigh was off a little ways looking at some flowers, stardust turned her eyes to see Josh as she offered a smile and stood nodding to him...yes even with recent events stardust was here...she needed to be anyways, someone had to. In any case stardust looked around now seeing a few new faces including celeste! Her first meeting with the healer went well and stardust was happy to see her again. She went to go say hi when she heard atti cry and turned quickly. Little tike had fallen rather hard it seemed.

Moving over to them she crouched to be at attis level and offered a kind smile

you fell, but got up again, remember that in the future, if you fall just get back up again and keep on

Little bit of wisdom..maybe? Either way star stood and looked to Josh and his son, she watched the little speeder unsteadily float higher and higher as she nodded

oh that is very impressive
