Yeah sure that sounds good to me, if you want to write in a large contingent of supporting NPC Infantry, like a platoon or company aiding your character to give the conflict over the rail system a larger scale I'm down. Death Troopers can conceivably handle what would usually be dismissed as overwhelming odds so don't feel like bringing along NPC "help" is unfair for them from an In-Character point of view especially given this story is assumedly going to be written down in a subterranean and close-quarters environment?Nunak said:[Member=Kyli DT-6767]
I'll be tangling at the rail system if you and Rexus want to go at it.
Righto. To fit the narrative I think I'll throw in a bunch of Sullustan rebels and other 'GA' soldiers. I was under the assumption that it might have been a rather open, or exposed, rail system. But I'm down with whatever.Kyli DT-6767 said:Yeah sure that sounds good to me, if you want to write in a large contingent of supporting NPC Infantry, like a platoon or company aiding your character to give the conflict over the rail system a larger scale I'm down. Okay that works better with the narrative rather than being strictly Republic regulars, good idea. Sullust's cities are all in subterranean caverns if I remember correctly? So the terrain around the rail system should vary dramatically, we'll mix it up across the thread to vary the tension and writing possibilities as appropriate? Hell, we could write a part of the story where there's some stuff happening on the volcanic and highly toxic surface. I'm down for whatever, variety is the spice of life and allNunak said:Righto. Righto, I'm down with that. Did not know much about Sullust but I have yet to sit down and read on it just yet. Sounds good to me overall! And yeah, from what I understand the NR is pulling a 'little green men' maneuver. All the NR soldiers are dressed as old GA regulars while the fleeters are using GA ships. It'll be interesting!Kyli DT-6767 said:Okay that works better with the narrative rather than being strictly Republic regulars, good idea.
