Once a bustling Hutt Cartel storage nexus, The Leash is now wrapped in thick durasteel plating, guarded 24/7 by heavily armed Red Scars and surveilled by turrets and Hutt-contracted droid sentinels. Its labyrinthine interior contains armored vaults, trafficked goods, impounded vessels, interrogation chambers, and negotiation rooms fitted with surveillance-nullifying tech. Though grimy and industrial, it's built for efficient criminal enterprise—equal parts fortress and bank vault.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Once a prized logistics center for the Hutt Cartel, The Leash was given over after signing a mutually beneficial deal. It was claimed by the Red Scars Syndicate under the directive of Odrin Rath and his enforcers. Odrin repurposed the location—leveraging its history and existing relationships as a tool of control.
Now, The Leash serves not only as a logistics and asset storage facility but also as a symbol of submission—a leash not just for goods, but for former allies and enemies alike. Under truce protocols, rival syndicates are allowed entry to negotiate deals, store contraband, or settle debts under Red Scars supervision. Treachery is rare, but when it occurs, the offenders are usually never seen again—swallowed by the depths of The Leash's bowels.
