SETTING INFORMATION

• Military Base Name: The KM Military-Industrial Complex
• Classification: Military-Industrial Complex
• Location: Nerit, Moon of Ossus
• Affiliation: Koensayr Manufacturing, The Sith Empire
• Population: Large. Around 10,000 Imperial troops and Koensayr Manufacturing personnel live and work within the complex
• Accessibility: Access to the complex is secured. Only Sith-Imperial and Koensayr MAnufacturing personnel are allowed within the complex and those with special permissions.
• Description: Formerly a Republic military complex, the Koensayr Manufacturing Military-Industrial Complex is a massive fortification dedicated to supplying the Sith Empire it's equipment in a quick and efficient matter to the front lines. From here, the Sith-Imperial Corps of Engineers works hand in hand with Koensayr Manufacturing to produce the weapons of war being used by the Sith Empire. The complex is protected by a shield that reaches to several meters outside of the base. The shield lasts for several hours and must be brought down for 10 minutes to recharge.

POINTS OF INTEREST

• Habitation Zone - The Habitation Zone is where all of the personnel who work within the complex, and their families should they have them, live. Each home is outfitted with all of the necessary facilities needed to live happily and comfortably. Entertainment facilities such as arcades, shockball field, and holotheater are also included.
• Manufacturing Facility - Here is where all of the industrial projects are created. Utilizing molecular furnaces, the facility is made to run for an infinitely long time.
• Imperial Armada Station Nerit - This is the Imperial military section of the complex. Taking up almost half of the complex, IAS Nerit is a well fortified base with it's own military facilities such as a hangar, shooting range, and barracks.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

During the times of the Mandalorian Wars, the Republic had a military complex constructed on one of Ossus' moons, Nerit. This complex lasted for sometime before it was partially destroyed by means lost to history. The complex was eventually left abandoned by the Republic for reasons unknown to anyone besides those who were there long ago.

Recently, the Sith Empire's expansion had brought them to Ossus for conquering. Admiral Zahori Denko took it upon herself to see the old complex restored and improved. Utilizing resources from her puppet company, Koensayr Manufacturing, and the Sith Empire itself, she was able to bring the complex out of history and turn it into a massive industrial-military complex capable of outfitting Imperial troops in a much faster pace due to its proximity to the front lines. Albeit rather later than Zahori had imagined it would be, this is the first of many business dealings her company would have with the Sith Empire.

Investigations are still underway to discover what might had happened to the old complex and if it could occur again to the new Imperial one.

Please state in the description that the shield only covers the base, rather than the entire moon as the Wiki would lead one to believe. Additionally, for balance, please put a time limit on how long the shield can stay online at a time.

As you acknowledged, for balance primarily. A large military base with a near impregnable shield covering the entire moon for an indefinite amount of time and no weaknesses whatsoever is not balanced. Canon objects are not exempt from scrutiny when judging feasibility for Chaos.

Additionally, as referenced in your posts in the Links field you make a clear reference to the shield being an area shield. You're welcome to simply state that it's an area shield with the one you have listed, but if reducing the scale of it is not amicable for you, you'll need to choose another model which would be more suitable.
