The Iron Horn is a custom heavy blaster pistol commissioned by Ontogr for his foundling, Korar Murrak. After taking in the young Benathy, Ontogr recognized that standard Mandalorian weapons were not designed for someone of Korar's size and strength. Rather than forcing Korar to fight with equipment meant for smaller species, he had weapons created specifically for him.

The result was the Iron Horn, a weapon that resembles a compact blaster cannon more than a traditional pistol. Its oversized frame, heavy barrel, and reinforced construction allow it to fire powerful shots while remaining reliable in combat.

Despite its intimidating size, Korar uses the weapon as a sidearm. In his massive hands, it appears almost normal, but to nearly every other species it would be considered closer to a rifle than a pistol. It is most commonly used during boarding actions, close-quarters fights, and situations where Korar needs powerful firepower without carrying his larger weapons.

The Iron Horn represents Ontogr's belief that Korar's differences were not weaknesses. Instead of making Korar fit existing equipment, Ontogr helped create equipment that fit Korar.
