Korar Murrak

BACKGROUND

Korar Murrak was born among the Benathy, a species known for their immense strength and warrior culture. Among his people, size and physical power were seen as a measure of worth, and losing a limb was considered a great shame.

When Korar was young, he lost his left arm during an encounter with a wampa. It was not a hunt or a challenge, simply a child trying to survive against a dangerous creature. Korar did not defeat the beast, but he survived, managing to escape despite his injuries.

To his people, however, surviving was not enough. The loss of his arm made him seen as weak, and he was abandoned. For a time, Korar lived alone until he was eventually found by Ontogr, a Mandalorian warrior.

Ontogr took Korar in as a foundling and raised him as his own. He taught Korar the ways of the Mandalorians, giving him a new family and a new path. Korar adapted quickly, finding a place among the Mandalorians despite his unusual size and species. Years later, Ontogr fell in battle. With no strong connection to his old clan, Korar chose not to continue carrying their name, instead becoming clanless and forging his own path.

Now, Korar seeks to continue the path Ontogr set him on, to be a warrior and protector. He has joined the Iron Covenant to learn more, find his place among other Mandalorians, and continue growing as one.

PERSONALITY

Korar is a surprisingly kind person despite his intimidating appearance. Standing nearly three meters tall, many assume he's just a brute, but he's much more than that. He's usually friendly and easy to talk to, though he can still become serious or aggressive when the situation calls for it.

He's a proud Mandalorian and takes the Resol'nare seriously, especially the idea of family and protecting others. Because of his own experiences as a foundling, Korar has a strong respect for those who have been abandoned or have nowhere else to go.

In combat, Korar is exactly what most would expect from someone his size. He's powerful, direct, and overwhelming, preferring to face problems head-on. Outside of battle, however, he's much more relaxed and enjoys simply spending time with others.

Korar is still learning what it means to be a Mandalorian, but he's determined to become someone who lives up to the ideals Ontogr taught him.

Due to him being furred he much prefers colder planets.
