Literally if you’re running a Major Faction, or any group ever in life, or aspire to… Stop using the position to feel important or not alone or whatever warped reason you’re using it for. Stop resisting change. The world will change with or without you, there is no negotiating with it.
Your leadership, if you pursue it, is not about you. The day you pick up the mantle, it becomes about them. And it will be about them until you quit. Nobody gives a fuck about you. An unnecessary lesson that took multiple months, multiple leaders, and dozens of warnings to learn that had the most obvious, inevitable ending most of us saw coming from a mile away.
Also, if you’re not a leader, but are running opposition for your propaganda in Discord DMs because… why? I have no idea. Because you’re a gatekeeping RP leech that depends on others to do the heavy lifting to protect your imaginary fake social position, then I hope this march to this moment now has convinced you to forever shut the fuck up in the OOC and just roleplay. Or to leave the community and let us get back to enjoying roleplay because you suck the fun out of it.
