The Flesh Stone is a near-ancient artifact, hailing from a time of myths and legends. Due to the shape of the stone, it is impossible to use machinery to get a precise age on the thing out of fear of causing it to shatter. It is a small stone that for all intents and purposes resembles a geode, though once picked up, the holder will realize the stone is much heavier than its appearance may otherwise suggest.

There are two ways to use the stone. The first one is simple enough, and has been revealed by the Archivists of the Knights Obsidian; tethering a Force User to the stone will increase the strength, stamina, and speed of the Force User by three times, and the effect will last for three hours, after which the tethering bond will dissolve on its own.

The second way is to be researched at a later point, and will reveal that with a specific Sith Magic (used interchangeably with “Blood Magic), the stone can be used to move the entire life essence and power from one person to another, essentially killing the drained person. This change is permanent. Godmoding rules apply.

The stone was created thousands of years ago by a cult of Sith Sorcerers in the Unknown Regions. It is unknown exactly when the Flesh Stone made its way to the core, but several historical mentions claim it presence at various points as part of the inventory of the Ancient Sith Empire, the Republic, and the Jedi Order, all during pre-gulag eras.

It was only by chance and circumstance that an Archivist of the Knights Obsidian located an old record that referred to the stone and the signature of energy is omitted. The record was in a language no longer in use, and it took several months for the translations to be complete. What followed was several months of various small core groups of Archivists searching through various parts of the Galaxy, trying to pick up clues as to where the stone could be.

Eventually, with the help of the Witches of Ryloth, the Archivists located the artifact on the planet of Jagomir. Following the events of “Still Waters”, the Flesh Stone will be moved to the Knights Obsidian HQ.
