The Final Touch (Silver Jedi Only)

Voss-21-500x281.jpg
Silver Temple
After many months of blood, sweat and tears, the Grand Temple of the Silver Jedi was completed. Standing within the entrance hall, Rasu watched as the final racks of scaffolding were hauled out of the temple, leaving the hall as clean and pristine as the Academy had been on Tython after its completion. Taking her time, the Shi'ido wandered through the hall, gazing at the sheer artistry of the entire chamber. From the carvings in the floor tiles to the sculptures that lined the walls, it gave the Jedi Master goosebumps.

Blue radiant light was cast from a massive crystal formation in the centre of the hall, the ceiling lamps light, refracting off the lattice of the enormous gem. The Jedi had discovered this piece among the ruins of the old temple, fractured and dusty. After hours of cleaning and carving, the crystal now sat in the center of the room, the heart of the entire temple. Its light would shine over all who passed through the temple, filling them with its pleasant glow. The Crystal is the heart of the Jedi. Normally referring to the construction of a lightsaber, it had now been put in context of the entire Order. This crystal would become not only the heart of the temple but of the entire Order, acting as a symbol of the Silver Jedi throughout the entire galaxy.

Although this would not be the only plan for what was to be the symbol of the Silver Order. Rasu had been studying up on the technique for the past month, perfecting the foundations on what would be the most extravagant Force ability she had yet to achieve. A Wall of Light. By connecting the minds of all the Jedi on site, they could focus their power upon the crystal, imbuing it with enough energy to act as a barrier. Normally a wall of light would be used to expel the dark side from a specific dark side user, however in this case, the light side energy would be trapped within the crystal, allowing it to release its contained energy to any enemy of the Order who would set foot within the temple. Although this was just a theory, she had no idea if it would work to that extent.

She was willing to try of course, as long as others would also like to test her theory. Imbuing the crystal with light side energy would indeed become a great defense for their new temple and perhaps bring them one step closer to ridding the planet of the dark side for good. Who knew what the future would hold.

Moving towards one of the ramp columns, she placed her back against the stone pillar, awaiting any who would be willing enough to act upon what was only a theory.

The artistry is extraordinary, every detail perfect even in the smallest degree. They had opted to use to old art and design of the old art work of the Voss peoples, who had .. have thousands of years of art history. Iella had walked every last inch of the Temple and through her walk she had felt the presence of the sentient beings past and now the presence of all the members of The Order of the Silver Jedi. The Temple had already began to embed their signatures within the walls, strengthening the Force around the structure.

Her walk had finished was she stood on the upper level, her only path now was to ascend the sweeping stair case, a stair case with no steps. Her head turned as she walked, her eyes on the majestic blue crystal standing tall and large within the main room. She had come to aid Master [member="Rasu Gan"] with a further protection of the Temple. Iella had done something similar in the past, when the Jedi Temple of Coruscant had been attacked and the Masters gathered to form the Wall. Today, however, was not because of attack but to try out Rasu's theory and if it was to succeed then .. well, this would be a feat for them all. It was very possible she only thought that it would be down to the strength of their collective.

Finally, Iella stood on the lower floor and turned to gaze once more at the crystal, it held in awe, the beauty of it indescribable. She sensed the familiar presence and without turning to look over to Rasu, "Magnificent", she said to her.

She had loved the Temple from day one, since the moment Master Gan had led them to the spot where they would begin rebuilding. Since those days - not so long ago, though she can't believe how much they've accomplished in such a short time - she had strolled it's slowly blossoming halls with abandonment. It was so different than the temple on Coruscant, so inherently peaceful. It made it even easier to connect to the Force.

She was doing just that when she came upon [member="Rasu Gan"] and [member="Iella E'ron"]. After a short, respectful bow to the Masters she moved to look up at the recently placed crystal. It was a beautiful thing and reminded her of all the reasons she was a Jedi in the first place. Perhaps that was the point - she hoped others felt the same way, that they remembered seeing the crystal that would become their lightsaber for the first time, or the first time they truly understood what it was to touch the Force. She hoped it would remind every Jedi of why they loved what they believed in.

She nodded, catching Iella's comment as she came to stand and look up at the crystal. "It's amazing to see it so beautiful after how it was found," she murmured, as if being too loud would shatter the illusion of beauty. She could vividly remember entering the old Temple ruins and seeing the dusty crystal looming large in a room devoid of much life. But the Force remained strong in the old Jedi ruins and the crystal was born again...ready to shine for another generation of peaceful beings.

Aika Kawakami

Can one find true light when shadowed in darkness?
Things weren't complete, but they were moving along quite rapidly, especially the construction on the Temple. That isn't to say that she'd been spending her days assisting in the building. There's no point in even telling that lie. The large part of her days had been spent getting acclimated to Voss, centering herself, and simple enjoying the wonderful sights the planet had to offer. It constantly looked like a fall painting, a sight that wasn't hard for anyone to get accustomed to. And yet, there was work to be done. One could only hope it wouldn't take up all her time. The thought of napping on top of a bed of leaves of mixed colors was just too alluring to resist.

Entering into the Temple with almost a skip in her step, her feet came to quick halt a few feet back form the others. Aika's eyes bulged slightly as her head rolled back slowly, taking in the sight that was the enormous crystal. Part of her wanted to ask how it got there, but something told her she didn't want to know. She whistled slightly, raising her hand to point at the huge formation before her. "That thing....is huge. Not to mention incredible." Her gaze drifted towards Asaak, grinning slightly. ""I guess this was what she meant by 'finishing what we started."

Sunlight bathed once again on her face from Voss planet side, it always a welcome feeling. Stopping at the foot of the now rebuilt temple. Could it really be this short of time that one could get so much constructive. With all around them, those welling to follow the path of the Sliver Jedi. Each day it seem more come where the wind now blows towards the new beginning. Wiping from her hands the rich soil upon her hands, from where had found the peaceful place to put a faithful friend to bed. In her heart still bleed of sorrow. Knowing that could happen one of those days, the Vine cat that had always been at her side was not more. On her last under cover mission, there happen to be a sith, who's name did not know of but would never forget his face. It had been this one that had killed her Heta. In that moment a weakness showed, if only she had been quicker with the blade could the Vine cat been saved.

Having not step foot into the temple as beginning to climb up the crafted stone and marble steps. Its beatitude only second to that of the planet own nature live that was around plant life, and wild life. Bring each step of hers closer to entering the great temple of the Order. Before doing so, trying to keep herself calm show no emotion. Knowing all that had been was left at the door when she enter, Heta being a part of the force now.

Slowly her head look up to see the radiant blue light shinning brightly as a beacon of hope for all that enter. Even so couldn't help but have her mouth open, it washed over her as if to give her the strength renew. It shown in her face now whispering to her as if to let her heart free make it light heart as always been. If those with in only knew what life lend before being lend her by the force. Would then still look upon her as they did now. Knowing with the whisper of her mother, to be fully bathed staying there for a while, just drank of it. After some time making her way up the stairs to where it felt others had gathered, had they been watching her all this time. Knowing that she still wore her traveling clothes not having time to change into her robes.

Maybe they could tell that it was something about her that had change as if she had grown, even those she had help with what asked but manyly making trips to get what called for knowing that the wood from her planet had came in play being one of the most prized by some in the galaxy. On her lips she wearing her smile of peace even as came carrying herself. Giving the respectful bows towards the Masters [member="Rasu Gan"][member="Iella E'ron"] Next came [member="Asaak Tey"] over joy took over as becaming closer to Asaak these past few months bring herself to step quickly to give her hug whispering to one could trust the most. we have much to talk about.

[member="Aika Kawakami"] was next giving her a playful wink as if welcome, not remember if she had seen her before, or on one of there mission. Still a welcome in her way. making her mind to come back two the two Master along with the others. Surely I say to this, that I felt the peace and hope that blue crystal put off when one like me enter truely I'm blessed to have this to welcome me back after such a journey knowing what every is to come this is the beacon to come back to. Holding back any more giving them both a tight hug. Thank you.

Punctuality and precision, two qualities that Vex valued the most... but lately, due to several situations and Council matters, the Silver Master has been quite busy and arriving late at certain ocassions... including a brief meeting he had with Master Gan and the other members of the Order.

The corellian arrived dressed in his darkbrown robes, robes that he was thinking in replacing... but not for the moment. He had a longer hair than before and his beard was not as trimmed as it used to... but still he was there.

With a steady pace, yet a neutral and calmned demeanor, the young man gazed at the huge crystal and the small gathering of Silver Jedi.

"Well, it does look beautiful... finally we are getting results and we can see the fruits of our labor." a smile showed in his face at the moment he realized he didn't introduce himself properly "How rude... Greetings everyone, I hope that the Force is shinining upon all of you today?"

The Kiffar walked in slowly, almost hesitantly as she looked around, scanned the room and its inhabitants like a prowling animal, an odd feeling emanated around the newly constructed temple that made her uneasy. [member="Vexander Graves"] , [member="Maya Whitelight"] , [member="Aika Kawakami"] , [member="Asaak Tey"] , [member="Iella E'ron"] , were all present and on Vexander's cue she exclaimed, "May the force be with you all..." her tone a waning testament to cordial niceties, smiling at Asaak Tey continued, "An interesting experiement, I have only heard of such force ability in words, to witness this in practice, should prove educational, I will bow out of this endeavor as I beleive my inclusion would be a detrament to all your efforts, this planet has an odd interest in my racial skills, it has sought them out once before."

Chani's smiled returned, "My name is Chani for any of you present who I have yet to meet" nodding to each Jedi individually.

Rasu turned as more Jedi entered the hall, first among them was Master E'ron, coming to a stop beside the Shi'ido. Rasu turned to face her fellow Master, smiling as she too, basked in the crystal's radiance. Bit by bit more and more Jedi entered the Temple, all in awe of the artistry that was enveloped upon the structure. It pleased Rasu to see so many of the Order, appreciating the time and effort that went into the building's construction and that all had shown up to test the Shi'ido's theory. It was not numbers that determined the success of wall of light but instead how well the contributors were connected to the Light side of the Force. It did not matter whether Padawan nor Master, as long as a contributor was well attuned to the Light side then a wall of Light could be produced.

Having been beaten to the introductory announcements by Master Graves, Rasu chose to follow up after him, allowing those to take in his words before speaking up herself. Making her way up the nearest ramp, she stopped a couple of steps upwards, before turning to face the Jedi who had arrived.

"To carry on from Master Graves, I'd like to welcome you all to our newly completed Temple. Thank you all for contributing in whatever way you have thus far to our precious Order, and I hope that this Temple may shine like a brilliant beacon across the galaxy, making all aware of our presence." she said, smiling down at those around her, picking up on a many familiar faces, with few that she had yet to become acquainted with. "Now I am sure you have all witnessed the jewel of our temple," she said, bring her hand to rest upon a jutting spear that erupted out of the main body. "And it is this crystal that will hopefully place our name in the history books, for what I have planned has yet to be attempted in the era of Force-using sects. We will produce a pillar of light side energy and entrap it within the lattice structure of our Temple's heart, thus acting as a barrier to all dark side presences that set foot upon the stone floor of this structure." With the explanations done, it was almost time to implement her theory.

"Now if there aren't any questions, we can begin." she said, looking out at the Jedi, wondering if anyone's curiousity had yet to cause a question to enter their minds.

Placing one foot before the other, Iella mounted the platform on which surrounded the Blue Crystal. She will let the other Masters speak this time, as her mind is already focused on the task ahead. Instead of moved to stand by Master Gan, she moved slowly around the huge crystal, her eyes looking over it as she proceeded. Now coming to the back of it, she placed her lightsaber in her hand and ignited it. For her, it is the final check of the crystal. Inside her the hilt of the blade is not only her pale blue focusing crystal but the pearl of the white female Krayt dragon won in a hunt that seemed like an eternity ago. The Krayt Dragon has the ability to sense and is attracted to the darkside, this ability on the day of constructing her blade had embedded within the blade. Iella's connection of the lightsaber is strong and the essence of the White Dragon connects to her each time she ignites her blade, it tells her if there is the presence of the darkside about.

As the White Dragon snapped open and the blade extended, she felt her connection, a small growl formed in the back of her throat as her 'love of the hunt' began to rise to the surface, however the white blade pulse and hummed in it's usual way, but there was no call to hunger of the darkside. The told Iella the Crystal was free of any presence of darkness. A smile formed on her face and she extinguished her blade and replaced it on her belt.

However, she remained behind the crystal, and now centered her concentration on all present within the temple.

Aika Kawakami

Can one find true light when shadowed in darkness?
Her head nodding as the others spoke, Aika began pacing around the massive crystal to its left side. Her eyes remaining fixed on the formation before them all, she began to block out the potential distractions around them, her concentration locked on to the crystal. It was the only time she had ever seen something of such a scale. This would not only protect the newly built temple, but it would, in a way, become their signature. After all, who else in the galaxy had such a thing t heir disposal? Better question; how many have such a thing and use it for the betterment of the galaxy? It was what made the Silver Jedi different from others, and it was what would put the final exclamation point on what they were to call home.

Her steps came to a halt as she reached the crystal's side, lips curving into a wide grin. "This will be interesting.."

She turned to give [member="Aika Kawakami"] a smile, even allowing herself a little laugh while she stood in awe of the crystal in front of them. The Knight always managed to make her laugh, a phenomenon she was just beginning to get familiar with after leaving Carn’s Republic.

And next came [member="Maya Whitelight"], the familiar embrace warming her as the Zeltron’s arms engulfed her. Asaak hugged her back easily but left the embrace with a curious expression on her face upon hearing Maya’s whisper. She nodded, indicating she wanted to hear whatever it was that needed to be shared. And then [member="CHANI"], a firey spirit that Asaak found she enjoyed more than was probably safe, came to join them as well. She gave her a nod too, welcoming her to whatever it was they had all felt the call to gather to.

She listened closely to [member="Vexander Graves"] and [member="Rasu Gan"], nodding and wondering what it would be like to touch – even for a moment – on perfect harmony with those around her, united in a single goal. It piqued her curiosity far beyond normal levels and she moved forward eagerly. She was ready to add her efforts to the final touch on the Temple.

Chani loves crystals, the massive geode sitting before her must have weighed a few tons, probably more, the gem of this Jedi Temple represented a large leap forward for force users, the progress of the Silver Order was hoist upwards into success by every little effort from each member, it only made sense to protect those labors. Master Rasu Gane asked a question of everyone and Chani was dumbstruck by what was about to be created here, a little laugh escaped her throat in response and she closed her eyes, reaching out into the force and finding each connection prodding back.
