Sakadi held her breath as the repulsors of her speeder lost their contact with the ground. The heavy winds tugged at her vehicle, yanking the nose from left to right. She could barely keep it stead as they dove toward the other side of the massive chasm. The speeder made it, briefly skidding over the frozen terrain as the repulsors worked to push the vehicle up again. Only after she regained control over the speeder again, did she breathe out.
Trusting Taliya to take care of the communications, Sakadi maneuvered the speeder in front of the two others. They were closing in on their destination and while Mathieu's speeder was damaged, she had grown confident that it would work out. The Force had been with them so far, and her prescience told her of no immediate dangers in the future.
Maneuvering the speeder toward a great depression in the terrain caused the marks on her holomap to light up. They were in the vicinity of the Barsen'thor's final resting place. All that was needed now, was to go down into the ice.
Sakadi scoured their surroundings for an opening in the ice. One less dramatic than the chasm they had found, but big enough to pass through. When she found one, she immediately steered her speeder in its direction, slowing down as they entered.
"From here on out, we'll have to proceed on foot." She relayed to the others, aware of how arduous this journey might be.
