The Earth will crack and burn -- [ One Sith vs ACA Dominion of Sev Tok ]

Qun could hear the screech of paper-thin durasteel being wrenched by motorized hammers wielded with repulsor-infused muscles even from inside the temple, but his focus was take by the half dozen Jedi inside. His two assistants were taking half of the enemies while he was taking the other half. Thankfully his armor took the brunt of the blows. Their lightsabers were ineffective, their Force Pushes unable to overcome his added weight. It took him time to find an opening in the enemy's defenses but he did, with one of the jedi dropping their guard after going for his torso. A repulsor-aided phrik-plated punch to the face remedied the Jedi's mistake, knocking the boy unconscious and probably giving him a concussion. One down. Five to go.

I've got this.

She kicked her feet idly as she waited to feed. They were living wounds in the force, slowly sucking sweet succulent life and force from everything around them.

She stood slowly knowing that they were here to grow strong again and take life before they began their campaign against life. She calmly skipped away humming a tune to which she would steal life.

Shuttle Craft

What was she doing here? The thought was ever present in the Baroness' mind as she sat quietly on the old refitted Lambda Shuttle craft. Her hand was keeping itself busy appeasing and keeping her Nexu calm, trying to prevent it from going stir crazy in the shuttle. Of course she also had a couple other guest with her, a few of the Fenrir Guard that were assigned with keeping their Autarch safe as she surveyed the possibility of expanding Magrath Industries to the world below. The shuttle craft was already moving into a higher orbit, attempting to keep it out of the line of fire and away from much of the fighting. It would look back if the shuttle carrying the Baroness went down and a rescue party had to be sent out.

"This is Shuttle Peisinoe, carrying Baroness Magrath, requesting a clear vector for landing."

The Baroness decided that it would be the proper time to make sure that her appearance was one that was befitting her station. Standing up, a couple of the Fenrir guards moved to aid her, though stopped short, seeing that she required none. The shuttle rocked slightly as the pilots kept to the fringe of any form of vessel on vessel fighting. The Baroness ran a hand along her smooth dark purple gown, looking down at the Nexu by her side with her deep yellow eyes. Nodding to it softly to keep the beast calm as her hand ran along its head. As the shuttle began to descend towards the surface, its target was clear. The primary landing zone of the One Sith forces, a place where she would be the most protected.

IN ORBIT OF SEV TOK
THE MACHINATOR

"Sir." TD-18 said for the third time, finally breaking Darth Janus' wandering thoughts off of [member="Natasi Fortan"] and back to he matter at hand.

"Hm? Yes?"

TD-18 indicated the relevant display screen. An image of the planet had several large areas shaded red. "We've identified several deposits."

"Oh, good." He paused, momentarily forgetting why he was here in the first place. "Dispatch the mining teams."

The tactical droid nodded in affirmation before turning away to fulfill its orders, neglecting to voice its contempt of Janus. The Umbaran was right about not having to worry about being betrayed by his droids, but if he kept daydreaming like that he would certainly have to worry about being held in contempt by the ones that had achieved a measure of sapience.

Elara looked on, someone was coming and as her master was working on the new crystal or at least making it larger with blood strengthening it this time. What better way to augment and plot the crystals strength then to make it a stronger force crystal. The hardening from alchemy and sorcery to bludgeon it into place as a power and ammo source in the gun. The metal of that seemed darker more harsh as she watched the third of her masters elite move. Rifle raised and at the ready as she fired into a group and squeezed the trigger stopping when passing a sith soldier before continuing. The force screaming off of her movements to make it faster and sem like a fluid combat motion. Someone else was comign to them, another sith as the mountain of her master pushed the warden's cloak aside and stood there in her full armor walking before she spoke with Elara and the fourth next to her. "Continue forward and exit near me. The apprentice will aiding in testing the new weapon."

Taeli snarled, her eyes blazing yellow as she dispatched a Rodian defender. These people had no idea how to stop the invasion apparently, but they were trying their hardest to fight against the oncoming storm.

"Sith!" a voice yelled, and she turned her head to notice a human male holding a lightsaber. Well, well, a Jedi or some Rogue Force User had decided to stand against the onslaught and destiny of the Sith. Already her troopers were pushing the defenders back, even as her apprentice would begin pushing at their flanks. Her landing zone would be secure soon, and then even more Sith forces would flood the planet. Perhaps they could set up a droid production facility here too, on top of her commissioned shipyard.

"Finally, a decent challenge," she said, racing towards her opponent and unleashing a barrage of attacks with her double-bladed saber. Her opponent fell back under the assault, barely holding her off as the Sith troopers continued to advance. A rocket flew past and exploded against a sniper nest as her repulsor tanks made themselves more known on the field of battle.

"I hope you are ready to die," she whispered as their blades locked temporarily.

Shuttle Craft Peisinoe - Sith Landing Zone

The Baroness, ever being the curious one, had made her way to the cockpit of the shuttle craft, standing at the door and looking through the view screens. Her eyes moving over the shift world below, watching flashes of weapons fire and the movement of forces on each side. A small grin crossing her lips, though she wouldn't allow others to see that. The shuttle craft made its way carefully towards the landing zone, keeping it from the front lines as it shook slightly from a few missed bursts at it. Perhaps this wasn't the best idea that she ever had, though there were certainly worst ideas that she had.

As a precaution the pilots moved the shuttle in a circle over the landing zone, making sure that it was safe to land, not wanting to set down so they could just as easily pull away if needed. With a slight jolt the shuttle began its landing sequence, the wings slowly folding as it came down, shaking when it hit the ground. With a small smile she turned from the door, smoothing out her dress again as she stepped into the passenger cabin.

The shuttle's boarding ramp hissed as it opened, setting down upon the ground. The first out were the four Fenrir Guards, their armor its own sight to be seen. Once they were sure it was safe, they stood by, the Baroness standing atop the ramp as she began to step down. The wind pressing against her form as her hair and gown danced slightly. Her golden yellow eyes surveyed the area in which the shuttle had landed, nodding softly while looking about. Stepping forward, the large Nexu moved with her, staying by her side.

Under the various Sith Lords and Knights, came shattered elements of the One Sith's naval forces. Small frigates, star-destroyer flag-ships, all serving as suppressors for the initial breach onto the surface. In themselves, they would have been nearly impossible opposition to face for the earth-quake ravaged planet meager military forces to face. But they were not but the main strike - merely an advanced recon force, one that served their role admirably in relaying enemy positions in what remained of their naval assets. Lieutenant Zatrion spoke:

"Hyper-space journey nearly complete, Vice-Admiral. We'll be above Sev Tok in a moment, sir."

In a flash, Star-destroyers and dozens of smaller warships and frigates ripped out of hyper-space, aligned in the coordinated arrow-head formations for maximum firepower delivered forward. As Julius Heydrich's calculations proved to be correct, they found themselves directly above or behind most of Sev Tok's remaining forces. The Vice-Admiral cerebral implants raced, absorbing and sifting through vast amounts of data at a lightning pace, allowing the Sith Officer to make split-second, critical decisions while taking only a few miliseconds to react.

For a single moment, Julius Heydrich reclined in his bantha leather command seat, his latent telepathic powers granted to him by glitterstim addiction fattening himself on the anticipation, fear and eagerness of his largely inexperienced crew. He leaned forth, raised a hand in a melodramatic fashion and after moistening his lips, he spoke a single word that would seal the fate of millions.

"Fire."
As if hell itself had rained down upon them, the fleet of Sev Tok was battered by a single precise slew of turbo-laser and cannon fire into their flanks. The smaller vessels were ripped apart immediately, exploding into fiery balls of death, the screams of their occupants ringing out soundlessly into the vacuum of space. The larger capital ships were almost instantly disabled, their engines, bridges and turbo-laser emplacements blasted into pieces by the fire of the superbly drilled gunners, followed by waves of Sith Marines in transports swarming over to the injured vessels like ants seizing upon the corpse of a beetle, intending to board and capture the ships in order to be turned over for proper use by the Sith.

Even the young and eager Lieutenant Zatrion's mouth lay agape at death and warfare industrialized - how the chaos of the battlefield could be efficiency calculated, solved and mastered as if an arithmetical equation. But for Julius Heydrich, a living computer of sorts, warfare was exactly that. Something to be accessed and solved. As if a machine wearing the flesh of a man, the Vice-Admirals hands conducted a gruesome symphony, directing his subordinates rapidly into re-positioning, re-loading, boarding and firing.

Sev Tok's pitiful flotilla didn't even have the time to put a valiant defense before being annihilated by the might of the Sith Armada.

Julius Heydrich's small pleasure at the efficiency and success this operation was undergoing was interrupted by the fact that he would soon have to report to his Sith Overlords.

I could bombard this planet until it was glassed and destroy every little sithling on the surface. Let us see their occult magicks protect them from that!

Julius pushed the tempting thought of his head, and pulled up his commlink channel connected to the various sith commanders on the ground.

"This is Vice-Admiral Julius Heydrich; Enemy naval forces have been shattered, and by my estimations, will be completely eliminated in the next five to ten minutes. Star-destroyers will be in position to bombard enemy positions from orbit within the next three. Requesting the locations of high priority targets be lazed and transmitted immediately."

Elara looked now, the ship was coming in and the sounds of destruction came to her ears. The foretold prototype was here in armor, simple armor but they could improve that when the time came, there was the fourth and more dangerous of her masters elites who stood there. Her eyes watching on as the soldier closed the cover of the Blastech walker. She had lined up and programmed the Titan's stolen fromthe Republic on manaan to work with her command as the one walker moved leading the two large titans. A grin on the apprentices face while her master stood there snapping a finger for the baroness to follow and join her. They were moving now to put them titan's through their paces and relay the data to [member="Darth Arcanix"] and Krayt to build newer versions of the Republics beasts.

The Dark Matriarch Darth Shōjō
[half way there]

The girl was watchign it now, Sawa moved the woman moved sendding the air around her more and more until it became a visible whirlwind around her body. She was pushing the force and guiding it as the environment altered with the air shaping. She knew what to do and without emotion it was pressing out, an almost whine to the force before she was preparing to release it and looked at the ones comign to try and stop them. The girl was afraid seeing what might be coming next.

Vrag

The Second Seal, broken.
LOCATION: Sev Tok; Zulu 13
______________________________________

The skirmish was a bloody one, but it ended quickly once [member="Xhexania"]'s squadron joined the fray from the south. Their group effort made short work of the enemy outside the fortress, and the Sith poured through like an unstoppable torrent when the doors were blasted open. Vrag pushed forward when the first line of defense emptied their clips and started reloading furiously. Still, the firrerreo was faster, and her Force-augmented movements sent her smashing through their ranks like a durasteel cannonball.

Vrag wielded her lightsaber with precision that looked almost ridiculous for someone decked out in plate armor, but her enemies never had time to laugh. Her fast, agile one-handed cuts made it nearly impossible to oppose her, and even though a few of the soldiers tried their luck at close-quarters combat, the Acolyte quickly convinced them of the error of their ways with her plated fist. By then the rest of the Sith forces joined her, and the remaining foes were quickly decimated.

"Do we know the layout of this thing?" Vrag shouted over their opponents' cries for mercy, turning to face [member="Xhexania"].

Once again, Faye was out of her environment. The ear-ringing sounds of combat were previously limited to holofilms to her, and never once had she imagined herself in such a position. Today, she would be fighting as a Sith, but she knew her inexperience would cause nothing but risk. That was the reason she had opted for a few alternatives than her more 'traditional' Sith counterparts. She, minus the helmet, wore the standard infantry armor and had strapped on her back the blaster that nearly every other soldier had. Of course, she had her datapad in a blast-resistant case on her side, in the event that unconventional methods may be needed. But today, she didn't wish to rely on blasters or slicing, she wanted to try her hand in swordfighting.

With her, she had a vibroblade, similar to the Sith's lightsaber, which she did not yet possess her own. She had a bit of experience, briefly training with other Acolytes, in a much safer setting. But this was her chance. If not to fight for the Sith cause, the very least she fought for her Master's approval. It would be the first story she would be able to tell him, one she hoped would impress the Sith Lord.

Faye would not yet be commanding a squad of any sort, but was instead part of [member="Vrag"] 's detachment. She sought no interest in acting any better than the troops who adorned similar armor to hers, because she wasn't as trained as them. Neither was she as trained as the other Sith on the battlefield. So when orders were given, she followed them. They were behind @Xhenania 's opposition now, and Vrag had given the order to attack. The sheath gave a faint striking noise as the blade slid in, and she instead readied her blaster. There wouldn't be much opportunity for her to swing at opponents from this distance.

The volley of blaster fire was more akin to a firing squad than a battle. This was her first true taste of combat. She took aim at one of the men, firing three shots. The first one missed, but the other two struck his chestplate. A nonlethal hit, but someone else had taken the final shot on the man. The combat was quick, and merciless, but the adrenaline had wiped away any morality that she had previously held so closely to.

The combat was over almost abruptly, and Faye jogged forward to group back up with her Acolyte superior. She was shouting communications over to the other commander, Xhenania. Faye kept silent as she stood beside her, and slung the blaster back over her back. The adrenaline began to wear slightly, and she had realized how out of breath she was. People like Vrag had made armor look so simple, but it was easily twice as difficult to navigate in.

A new Shuttle hovered in the distance, closer Gazes one could see it was not just a Shuttle but a Gunship. Large and Opening Fire on Outer Forces of Sev Tok. The Particle beam Cannons of the AEG-77 Gunship roared and pulsed penetrating the Enemy lines. This Gunship held no marks of the One Sith Empire but it emitted the same frequency that the other One Sith Shuttles did. A Raw Darkness emitted from the ship, Wild, Untamed, Blood Thirsty and Full of Malevolence in full. The Gunship moved towards the Frontal Assault where all the action was, pounded and rocking back and forth the ship was under fire but the Shields Held Strong. The Bottom Ramp Opened up and a large spiked boot thumped, Standing on the edge of the Ramp was the Source of this raw and untamed Presence... Kezeroth the Malevolent had returned from his Exile. For a minute he gazed over the battlefield holding his Hammer Bone Crusher in one Hand like staff.

" Enough Games..." he muttered and with a sadistic smile he stepped off the edge and started into free fall from 20 meters. Pressing a button near his neck his Armored Mask folded over and in a Roar his Jet pack Ignited and carried him to the Line of Battle. He Looked like a Hired gun for One Sith but he was far from that, Turning on Bone Crusher the Power Hammer Glue Purple with an Energy and Kezeroth slowly charged forward. Growling lightly he swung his Hammer in large Kinetic sweeps knocking Sev Toks Resistance around causing them to fly several feet. The More he Attacked and moved around the more Resistance he got, Blaster Fire bounced and absorbed into his Armor. He could feel the impact of the bolts on his body without harm. " You karking Wurms!" he shouted and slammed his hammer down on a group of enemy troopers.

Smoke, ash, agony & the screams of the dying filled the air. He Relished in the Glory of his killing spree. The sound of three lightsabers igniting fresh came to the Gen'dais ears quickly as he searched and witnessed 3 Force Users charge at [member="Darth Arcanix"]'s Forces. A squad she could handle but that would be no fun! Especially when Kezeroth was a mere Leap Away from it all. Crouching down he started off in a slow jog and suddenly Leaped a Into the air, In a slam he Landed Beside One of the Charging Jedi causing him to loose his balance and fall into a roll. The ground quaked and cracked from the landing and the Remaining Rogue Force users eyed the 8'5ft Monster in Blood Red armor.

" Attack!" One Shouted raising his Lightsaber high into the air and charged in. His Saber was met with the phrik shaft of Bone Crusher, Kezeroth chuckled as he remained still watching the humanoid struggle against his might. With a quick stove the Gen'dai knocked the Jedi on his butt and snatched him up in his grasp. He screamed for help and mercy as he rose sever feet from the ground only then to be Thrown toward Arcanix's Direction for fun. The Sound of Lightsabers clashing with metal was clear as Kezeroths battle raged onward with the two other remaining Force Users.

The Baroness gave a silent nod, her hand brushing against the head of the Nexu as the beast followed its mistress' side. The four guards also moved with the Baroness, ever alert, even with the members of the One Sith around the area. They had their job just as any other soldier had theirs. With quiet contemplation she brought herself to the side of [member="Darth Praelior"], turning her sight upon the walkers that lumbered forward. Moving along the horizon, her eyes stopped at a sightly building. Standing there quietly, she motioned with her hand, bringing her arm up and pointing the building out before speaking.

"If you could be a dear, and it's not too much trouble, I would like to request that building remain intact. It could prove useful to setup a branch of my company here."

The Baroness brought her hand down, finding it was quickly met by the soft fur of her Nexu as it sat at her side. The four Fenrir Guards had in the mean time moved into a loose formation about the Baroness and the Sith Lord. They were not worried about the Lord being unable to protect herself, far from it. They knew what a Force User could do, they were just zealous in their own duty to the Baroness.

The soldiers continued to watch her, sections of the ones fighting against them taken away while she tested the different drugs. Some had induced fear, some sickness but it was concentrated doses after all. Another derived from an herb left several there smiling while the soldiers had directed them to stand still and not do anything. That one seemed to have the best results while their commander was moving. SHe might be a force user but she never seemed to use the force against these ones. That changed as he saw it, her throw of the scalpel almost guided by magic into the eye of an enemy soldier.

Warok's triumph proved short lived. No sooner had he rag-dolled the first saber-wielding scum, when a second and a third set upon him. Having no skill with any of the forms, Warok was quickly pressed back, only saved from death by repeat blocks from his cortosis-woven gauntlets. Their blades hammered into him as they struck in rapid succession, each trading off with the other in the perfect tandem of a mind meld.
The Ewok uttered a guttural growl of frustration as he stumbled back, nearly tripping over a potted plant that had rolled onto the ground. He received a thrust to the side for his lack of grace. The blade sizzled into him, searing fur and flesh.

Warok hopped backward, howling, black eyes full of pain and searching desperately for a means of trickery. The plant.

A wicked smile born of impish intent blossomed like a blood stain upon his face.

He cast out a hand and willed the spirit within the plant to obey him. The plant grew exceedingly fast. A root sprung from the soil of the pot and ensnared the foremost combatant's ankle. The fellow tripped forward, right into Warok's punch. His skull split open, spraying bits of brain matter across Warok's fur.

The Ewok used the corpse as a shield, punching it once to send it careening into the other opponent. Warok full-body tackled the stunned human around the ankles, toppling his larger foe who'd underestimated the teddy bear's agility. Warok finished him with a punch to the chest that stopped his heart, then he set a hand on the corpse's head and began to chant in the Old Tongue.

Elara looked at the woman as the lumbering walkers were barely noticing. The titan's were six meters tall and armed tot he teeth to take on sithspawn.. or now republic divisions with their weapons. A small grin on her face while her master stepped forward and gave a small nod. The baroness might be important to some but sector fives soldiers answered to only one person... and the four that were standing around with weapons or blades, their fists and walkers were only answering to Balaya. "Master is it done." She looked at the gun, the feeling of the darkside coming off of it while her master held the blaster up. The light from the crystal in its chamber coming out the sides as she focused on it and Elara could feel the darkside and force energies within the gun while it charged up.

Manaan, and the waste lain in it's place, found itself in the rear view mirror, mixed deeply into the image of contrails across the star specked night. The One Sith had set their sight on a new location, another world to break upon the anvil and that was a good thing, cause this Sith Lord just so happened to have a hammer he was looking to try out. And that wasn't the only thing.

The drop ship swung heavy upon it's axis, nearly splitting in two from the extra weight, as it was commanded to hover above the city. It was remarkably...unstable. Defenders swarmed with inaccurate weapons and people clamored for shelter behind duracrete structures and durasteel vehicles. The side panel of the drop ship slung open with the crash of steel as an armored figured revealed himself, weapon clutched in right hand. As the servos kicked on, feeding power through metallic spine and limbs, the Sith Lord launched himself towards the streets below. The ship recoiled from the change in payload distribution as the armor came crashing down to the street below. It was fortunate that they had done so well in the infrastructure development on Sev Tok, otherwise large gaping hole would be found in the place of where dented street now presided. And as Gabriel lifted his head, staring upon the innocent civilians before him, his mind took note of the workings of the machine that encompassed him.

The HUD kicked on immediately, automatically transitioning to infrared as the world turned to shades of green and orange and yellow. The geothermal pumps were firing silently behind their dallorian plates, pulling heat from the joints and servos into the power sink. The internal cavity of the suit was surprisingly comfortable, the heat pulled from bodily activity allowed for a certain coolness across his skin. And most importantly, he felt powerful as blasters deflected from the outer skin. A line diagram of his cardiovascular health blipped across the bottom of the hud, the power systems fluctuation with the convex nature of his own heat production and the inertial energy from his suit. In the cabin of his armor, a feint odor of mildew spread as he as he kicked the SCBA on. Someone had forgotten to check the cartridges for moisture, spoiling them in their absentmindedness. Every action was a new development, as he leaned forward and kicked on the shoulder thrusters.

With a lunge and the spark of phrik plated boots across asphalt, he veered both hands out mid lunge, and swung the hammer violently towards vehicle. The repulsor technology of the weapon kicked on, mid swing. Atop the vehicle, a man mounting a light machine gun with the trigger squeezed down. But that was soon to change.

[member="Darth Carach"]

Sierra watched it, the foretold moved and smashed in the armor striking the building. its massive fists smashing through the duracrete wall and grabbing one of the defenders. They were having quite the sight while she fired the rifle into the chest of another. OTher sith were on the beach moving, some were coming in with dropships but she had a few ideas of what they could do to face off against them. Who knew she might get lucky and find a master to replace alexandra while she moved swiping her wing down as she spun and smashing it into the throat of the man. His gasps coming before she fired into his knee until it was two pieces. She wondered what the others were doing more bringing her wing around to drape her shoulders like a cloak.
