The Color of Envy (Circe Savan)

"How.....how about how to shoot fire from my hands?" she asked, half delirious from the pleasure she was feeling from Circe right now. "Or....how about ice? I read about ice somewhere and would love to....do that." Her tail suck it's way around until it was around Circe's ankle, almost like a little grip that Sanna was putting on her without realizing it.

Smiling, Circe pulled back. "Ice? Hmm..." She thought back to her brief training session with Yandi Vex sometime back. "I think we can do ice. Or fire. It doesn't really matter which one." She paused, looking Sanna over. Her point had been made, and she returned to piloting the speeder. "Alright... Now, pyrokinesis or cryokinesis. The two are very similar, and yet very different. Pyrokinesis is a wonder for hot-tempered, warm-blooded individuals who enjoy lashing out upon their enemies in swathes of flames. Cryokinesis, however, is much more controlled, for tactical individuals who wish to send shards of ice or blasts of cold air at their opponents. I suppose it all depends on the sort of person you are."

Pausing, she looked over at the catgirl again. "So which is it? Do bear in mind that when you choose one, it'll be nigh impossible to adequately learn the other one."

After it was done Sanna took a moment to recollect herself after everything with Circe had done. If ever there were a moment of self-realization it was during things like that. But Sanna now heard what came with learning these certain Sith techniques, making her think deeply on which to choose. She was a very hot tempered type and yet she wanted something that could be controlled. She wanted control. A good long thought went into deciding until she'd come to a decision.

"Ice then. I want to learn how to be more controlled. Besides, fire's bad for the fur."

"And for plant flesh... I used to dabble in pyromancy when I was in another form, but this one would cause me to catch on fire if I tried now." She sighed. "Anyways... Let's begin. I want you to focus on the coldness of your heart. Bring forth the cold ruthlessness that can only be generated by a heart that's as cold as your hands should be."

This could be difficult. Perhaps she'd have to use a new training method.

Sanna, taking in the method Circe gave her, nodded before looking at her hands. She seemed nervous though since she had no idea how to unleash the cold and cruel side of her. She sighed before trying to focus. She tried thinking of something cold or something that made her feel cold. Snow? Winter? Ice? The stasis pod she was kept in for hundreds of years? Anything like that? A cold act? Killing someone in front of a family? Killing in general and not feeling bad about it? As much as she tried nothing seemed to be happening on her hands.

"Okay then... I forgot. You're a Jedi. No cold hatred or anything there, I suppose." She paused, thinking carefully. "Perhaps a different approach. Focus on the water vapor in the air. Allow it to build up strongly on your palms, okay? Now, focus on lowering its temperature and crystallizing it. When you've done that, you should have a thin sheet of ice on your palms. We can start making bigger things when you get that."

This was not going to be simple training.

Sanna huffed a little, seeing as how the usual way to do it wasn't working for her. With the new set of rules from Circe she tried again, taking little breaths as she breathed. In and out, in and out. She was trying to think of the cold of her stasis pod. And it was very cold, even more so for having sat in it for hundreds of years. As such when she breaths her breath started to become visible. Her hands flinched a little as the cold sheet started to form on them. Little by little. Even up to her claws which became like icicles for a moment.

"Ooooo. Good job." She smiled, giving a soft chuckle. "That's good. Now place your hands together and push forward. I want you to take that frost still forming on your hands and focus it as a blast of ice directly in front of you." She focused, levitating a small object - a glass orb. "Try to blast this orb with your frost."

Of course, it would never be that easy.

Looking to the orb Sanna closed her hands and, focusing, tried to shot a bolt of ice. The first shot missed it, going overhead. She huffed before putting her hands back together and trying again. Another shot missed, just drifting too much to the left. The third time she rubbed her hands together before firing, still missing but managing a little closer that time. By this point Sanna was beginning to see how the aim wasn't so much the key as it was visualize the orb and the ice meeting. With another deep breath and putting her hands together, Sanna closed her eyes before releasing the ice. It went straight at the orb and hit it dead center. Hearing it Sanna opened her eyes and smiled at her success.

The glass orb, frozen by the ice, was shattered and dropped by Circe, falling to the ground as nothing but a pile of frozen pieces that seemed to slowly fade away. "Good job. I have to say, I'm impressed with your aim and newfound abilities. Now, care to try them out firsthand against an actual opponent?" Circe smiled, doffing her robes and, wearing pretty much what Sanna herself was wearing, stepped into a fighting stance. It was time to show her exactly what a sorceress could do.

Though she did admit that Sanna's ice abilities were a nice touch.

Seeing Circe prep for battle made Sanna instantly jump into a somersault to get away from her. It had been her reaction should she think Circe had tried to surprise attack her or anything like that to begin with, but it did indeed help to get her into a more fighting mood by the time she landed a few feet away from her. Sanna stood at the ready, no real weapon available to her except her natural talents and this new ice ability. Her feet her positions while her hands were out with one back, a more karate like style, as her tail flicked back and forth behind her.

Circe smiled, then paused. "Wait... Don't you have a lightsaber? If so, please, feel free to use it. If not... Let me get you one." Pausing, she felt around and picked up one of the lightsabers in her pair with the Force, tossing it to Sanna. "Here you go, darling. Something a bit more familiar to fight with. It's only fair that we fight with what we know how to, after all."

Circe was... oddly fair and honorable when it came to training her apprentices.

Before Circe gave her a lightsaber Sanna gave an awkward look and then shrugged, indicating she really didn't have one at all. It was true though since most times she used one was one she borrowed from somebody else. She gave Circe a quick thanks once she received the slightsaber from her, but she activated it and saw it wasn't a double edge one. She felt it a shame since that was here favorite type, on the grounds she'd never seen anyone use it before. Regardless she took the saber and held it upside down in one hand while keeping the free one poised for attacking as well. She could still fight without the saber if it came to it she figured.

"Oh. So you're one of those saberstaff specialists." She brought the other lightsaber of the pair to her hand and, swiftly taking the saber from Sanna's hands, connected the two together, handing the saberstaff back to Sanna. "There you go... That's better, isn't it?" She gave a soft smile, then jumped back, getting into her fighting position as she prepared to engage her apprentice in combat.

This was going to be fun.

Sanna perked up when Circe somehow figured she was a saber staff enthusiast. She nodded for a moment before the big switch was made and now she had a saber staff instead. Activating both sides she began twirling it a big in her hands, showing how she had a somewhat natural feel for it. Back when she was younger that had been one of her favorite toys to play-sword battle with, the long staffs that she could use both sides to engage an opponent with. Once she was satisfied she held the saber out while keeping her other hand free, an indicating she was ready for the fight too. (Think Darth Maul style holding it lol)

"Alright..." Circe gave a grin. "Make the first move. I'll be waiting for you, darling. Or are you so busy with your current stuff that you're going to wait all day for me to make the first move?" A little goading would hopefully go a long way with regards to Sanna. Her intentions were to use a little Dun Moch to rile Sanna up, to show her that being unfocused is a key mistake. Not to mention the powers of Sith sorcery.

And sexy outfits.

Circe's goading had gotten to Sanna, making her strike first. She changed forward while swinging her saber staff in one hand until meeting Circe. She came in with a overhead strike before trying to use her other end of the saber staff to turn and strike from the left after the first had made contact.

"Ah ah ah..." She raised her hand, forming a pair of small staffs that blocked the blows of the saberstaff. "Now, let's have some fun." With a shove and a push, she Force Pushed in the direction of Sanna. Likely the woman would either dodge it, or be sent back by the blow. Regardless, Circe had some things prepared for her, focusing energy in her hands as she prepared to electrocute her newfound trainee once the woman had recovered.

After all, the pain makes you learn.
