The Color of Envy (Circe Savan)

Utapau. One of the more interesting and diverse planets within the Confederacy's territory. Some say for it people, others for its cities. But for one like Sanna Legra, it was for the thrill of riding one of the large dargonmount creatures called the Varactyl. As a child she'd always seen these creatures in stories or in sporting events like racing, but never actually seeing one in person. Now that she was older, in a very grand sense of the word, it was her own time to take a look for herself.

Sure enough when she finally had one to ride for the day it became a joy ride to her while a major pain for others. The first ten minutes were spent for the Togorian-Human hybrid girl to get proper control of the creature, leading to a number of shopping stands being kocked over in the process and the Pau'ians running for it. After that she was just too busy having fun at riding the fast lizard-bird monster that she didn't care for the restricted areas, often leading her to run into military hangers and kocking over perfeclty good ships or disorganizing troops in training.

But of course Sanna was having far too much fun to notice, not until she'd finally made her way back to the pens to return her creature that the authorities had her arrested for causing such damage. Now she was sitting and waiting for whoever they contacted, a Templar or one of the CIS officals most likely, to retrive her and discuss the subject of payment.

During the entire time waiting Sanna was either not fully attention, slumping aganst the wall while her hands were cuffed, or waving to some of the people whp passed by and saw the strange cat girl; one being a little girl who gave a friendly wave back to Sanna, making her think of when she was that age.

Circe had arrived on Utapau under her more common pseudonym of Polarine. In a few hours she would be speaking with Myra Subach, a fellow from her corporate work, with regards to the opening and implementation of new Subach factories on other worlds within the newly independent reaches of space. Hence her being here. But when she sensed that a familiar face was nearby, she turned, eying the woman and choosing to, for the time being, follow her. A voice would speak into the half-Togorian's head, a friendly voice.

Hey there... Mind waiting up for me?

While sitting and waiting Sanna perked up when she heard the voice. Her ears twitched and she sniffed around, sensing something familiar. Looking around she didn't see anything until she stuck her nose in the air and sniffed again. During this time her mind was trying to remember where she'd heard that voice before. By the time she found the soruce was also the moment when she remember. Looking towards her direction Sanna could see the green woman who was present when she was awoken. The Sith lady who'd she'd tried to kill out of anger before she'd comforted her after nealry breaking down into a sobbing baby. She was surpriased and worried to see her here. As such Sanna looked away, not sure what she would do now that she knew they made eye contact. In truth Sanna was still nervou around sith no matter how nice they were.

Smiling, Circe stepped ever closer towards her. 1 hour and fifty eight minutes were left. "Well... Are you gonna just sit there, or do you want me to take you out for a bite to eat?" She smiled, placing her hand in her wallet in order to make sure she had her card. "I was gonna go get a good steak before my meeting. If you want to come along, I'll get you the best nerf filet you've ever had.

Considering she was half-cat, hopefully she'd like the idea of chowing down on a good hunk of meat.

Sanna looked up when Circe was right there in front of her, hearing her offer for food. Looking towards the authorities, who hadn't noticed the green woman, Sanna looked back and said "In case you haven't noticed I'm not exaclty able to go anywhere without them taking a stun-gun to me." She even indicated her cuffs on her wrist to show she was under arrest for the moment. The only thing that kept her from going to jail was that she'd said how she was a Templar, but that only saved her so far.

"Well..." She sighed, raising an eyebrow. "Maybe if I talk to them for a moment?" She smiled, turning to the authorities. "Gentlemen, what would I have to do in order to get my good friend here out of the lock and key?" She truthfully had no idea what they'd say, but hoped that they'd understand whatever Sanna had done, it was an accident and she didn't need to go to jail because of it.

Wasn't that a little excessive, after all?

Hearing her trying to talk to them, Sanna rolled her eyes. As if that was actually going to work. Even the authories looked at her oddly, both for what she was and for the fact that she'd just asked for a juvenile girl like her to be realeased for no reason.

"Are you....one of the Templars, here to take her away?" the cheif asked, looking back to Sanna.

The cat girl just sat and watched waiting to see how Circe would get both of them out of this....if she could.

"I'm here to take her away, yes. If there's bail I need to pay, I'll gladly do so as well." Pausing, she pulled out her card, ready to pay for Sanna's bail, whatever it would be. "I'll make sure she gets to her court date as well. Don't worry about that." Pausing, she looked over to Sanna. "I expect better from you, next time. You can't just go around and causing mayhem whenever you feel like it. It makes you no better than your typical Sith Apprentice."

Sighing, she turned back to Sanna. "Well, at least give these officers an apology, will you?"

@[member="Sanna Legra"]

The authorites were convinced enough when Circe said she would pay for anything. They took the card and took out a good sum to cover for her bail as well as the damages, Circe's money likely still plenty to spare after that. Sanna, on the other hand, was surprised by how in-character she was getting. She looked away when Circe scoulded her, trying to add to the act herself, before being told to apologize. She stood and walked over to the authorites and sighed before holding her wrists up.

"I'm sorry, officer. It won't happen again." she said with little enthusiam.

While it was clear he wasn't convinced, the cheif was satisfied enough to let her go. He uncuffed her and handed her back to CIrce and let them go off, keeping an eye on them as they did. As they kept walking Sanna looked back and stuck her tounge out while giving him the stink eye, the cheif just shaking his head at her.

Afterwards she looked back to Circe and said "Nice work. Could've passed for my mother if they made you do anymore."

"Yu still need to learn control." She sighed. "I'm a Darksider and I'd never do something like that." taking the girl's hand, she turned, bringing her over to her speeder and motioning for her to get in. "What exactly did you do?" Circe cringed, already knowing that it whatever had happened, it certainly wasn't gonna be good.

Well, she'd done worse in her lifetime, after all.

@[member="Sanna Legra"]

Sanna looked oddly at her holding her hand, almost like she was treating her like a child. Though to Circe she probably was for what she got herself into. Anyways she answered with "Nothing. All I did was go for a ride on one of the lizard creatures. I had some trouble getting control of it and MIGHT have run into a few things. But then I got it all under control, really! I was....just having to much fun to care where I was going." she said with a little awkward tone. SHe leaned against the speeder waiting to hear what she'd say to that.

She sighed... "Sanna... don't do that without supervision next time, okay?" She wrapped an arm around the half-Togorian, giving her a firm side-hug. "You're too cute to go to jail, and you'd be surprised what sort of messed up people you could run into." With a chuckle, she gave the cat a kiss on the cheek, running a hand over her exquisite fur.

"Now, do you want free dinner, or no?"

@[member="Sanna Legra"]

Feeling her hug her was one thing, but when Circe kissed Sanna on the cheek a shiver went up her whole body that her tail went stiff. She was a bit tsurprised by that move, even though she'd had an idea of what Circe was into when she'd shown interest in Sanna back when they first met. Yet here she was, a green Sith woman who'd kissed her on her furry cheek. She glanced a little when she asked about dinner.

"Uh...yeah. Sure." she said before walking with her. "I, uh, didn't know you were...well...that you liked girls."

@[member="Circe Savan"]

"Well, you know what they say. You can't spell lesbian without "Bi." I like both genders, but prefer females, as I can empathize with them more, not to mention understand their rationale for doing things." She smiled, placing a hand on the Templar's shoulder. "You're an attractive female, that I can admit. But why stay so stringent to the Light Side when even the Jedi now understand that the philosophy of "Dark Side bad, Light Side good" is incorrect." A true fact, ironically enough.

"Besides, there's so much the Dark Side can teach you."

@[member="Sanna Legra"]

Hearing the explination made Sanna see a little of what she said, but it still felt odd to be attracting a woman to her when she'd never exaclty thought of anything like that. But when the subject of the force and the dark side came up Sanna crossed her arms over her chest as she felt a little uneasy talking about it.

"What can it teach me? How to be evil? How to be cruel? Huh? That's all the dark side has ever done for anyone as far as I've seen."

@[member="Circe Savan"]

"Look at me. I'm not evil, nor am I cruel. If I was, I would've laughed at the situation, killed the police, and turned you into a Dark Acolyte. That's what any Darksider from your era would've done to you." Pausing, she chose to let those words sink in. "I'm a Darksider of a different type. I don't support wanton slaughter of innocents because it's a foolish decision. I don't support 'loyalty through intimidation.' That only leads you to betrayal later down the line." A truth.

"Let me teach you what I can through the methods I enjoy using. After we eat the steak, of course."

@[member="Sanna Legra"]

Sanna did take what she'd said to heart. As much as she hated to say it, it was true. The Sith had changed a great deal from her time. In fact Sanna had heard rumors of those in the CIS, counted among Templars or on their own, who'd been Sith. As such Sanna did take note to reconsider some things. But then the offer of being taught in the ways of the dark side came up, making Sanna's ears perk like the rest of her.

"And....what sort of powers have been discovered by the dark side while I've been asleep? Have you gone beyond shooting lighting from your hands?"

@[member="Circe Savan"]

"Sorcery. The ability to bend the world to our whim. Of course, only a few know how to properly utilize it. But I'd be glad to teach it to you." She smiled, giving a soft chuckle as the two of them entered the restaurant. They were escorted to a booth, in preparation of the food, and Circe ordered the biggest, juciest steak she could possibly get. "Mmm... tasty."

She looked over at Sanna, eager to see what she would order.

@[member="Sanna Legra"]

"Magic?" Sanna sked when they entered. She shook her head and said "I don't exaclty believe in that srot of stuff. I just see it as more complicated ways of the force, nothing more. But if you can teach me something like bending the elements to my whim I'd be more impressed." When they ordered and Circe got the steak Sanna ordered herself the biggest fish platter on the menu. When it arrived she wasted no time in stuffing her face. She tore at the flash and her claws helped to cut little peices off that helped scoop more into her. Given how she ate some of the people looked oddly at her habits.

@[member="Circe Savan"]

"A hungry girl, aren't you?" She smiled, gently stroking Sanna's shoulder. "There's one thing I don't understand, though - why the pointy ears? Neither cats not humans have them." An intriguing question... "Are you going to want any dessert?" She was being exceptionally generous, though she did look at her chronometer. 90 minutes? Still plenty of time until she had to meet Myra.

"Or are you ready to get to the important stuff?"
