I REALLY like this idea. Many reasons are behind why I feel like the site needs this.

1. We have so many factions that are related to "Rogues only/Jedi Only/Sith Only" and not enough where "Anyone can join"
2. Authoritarian government hasn't really been done, correctly, before on the site. Or at least, if you don't count the old Protectorate before it fell.
3. I can see so many of my own characters fitting into this from many different vantage points.
