Temple Run [Tython]

Tristan had no focus on what was going on around him he but he had gotten luky enough up to this point to not gotten hit so he grabs a large slate of stone holding it beside him where most of the blaster fire was coming from now that he had somewhat protection he continued to study the door his eyes darting across the door taking in the 1000 year old writing as blaster fire chips away at the rock protecting him he almost done taking it all in as a thermal detonator rolls slowly at his feet Tristan goes into survival mode throwing the detonator back with all his force it being lodged into a trees bark just as he goes off blowing the top half of the tree apart sending wooden splinters flying everywhere mostly into the attackers

Without so much as a care in the world Keira meandered up to the door, reaching up with one hand to knock politely as if expecting an answer. Of course there was none, and so she took two steps back, giving the structure a once-over. That the door was constructed of stone would work in their benefit, given that it would do the most damage upon high-speed contact. The entrance blew inwards with considerable force - or at least enough to crash into the throne and destroy the structure, along with slamming into the wall behind it, resulting in a crack of stone against stone that echoed like a gunshot in the enclosed space. Turning, she gestured to [member="Miss Blonde"] and the others, "Please, come in."

The majority of those guarding the main chamber had found themselves killed or otherwise incapacitated by the blast, but those still left alive were quick to shoulder and fire their weaponry. Instantly her saber was raised to bat the bolts away, and with a flick of her wrist the blade boomeranged, decapitating two of those remaining. As for the other four, well. Telekinesis provided a quick death in the form of snapped necks and severed spinal cords, and like that it was over. Extinguishing the blade, she took a moment to stretch, cracking her neck and the knuckles of her right hand. That had been neither more or less difficult than she had anticipated, and she was satisfied with the results of the firefight, however short it had been.

"I'm going to take a look around here. The rest of you can move on." Dark eyes took in the vast space, looking for something out of order. Sure, the lackeys were all dead, but she didn't expect that to be it. With what they had come seeking, she knew there was something else in store. And if her instincts were correct, that something was in the main chambers. Here was to another fight.

Miss Blonde

Trying to be straight in a crooked Galaxy
"Good murder there, Keira, solid stuff." Blonde said as she stepped through the dust and poisonous clouds of toxic chemicals.

"Could of gone without destroying the door, but hey. Beggars can't be choosers right?" Miss Blonde said as she dropped out the magazine and plopped a fresh mag into the well.

With the proverbial squad now rolling deep into the temple, Miss Blonde looked over to see the crushed thrown and a few people standing around, who they were didn't matter. The only one who did though was standing across the room, revealing himself to them. Vuhan Chen, the king of the Tython underground himself. A bloodthirsty crime lord after her own heart, he was old guard like her and she respected that, this was why she wasn't going to play cat and mouse with him. It was all strictly business between the two of them, sometimes there was honor among thieves.

"Chen." She said with her finger tapping against the trigger.

"Blonde." He said back with a smile under his filtration mask.

"You have something that belongs to me." She said with her tone becoming more firm.

"Last time I checked the Jedi didn't work for you, so how bout you get your ass out of my house while you can." Vuhan said with deadly intent laced to his words.

"Or you'll what, send your army after me? All your men are de-" Blonde was cut off by one of Chen's troopers on the ground weakly lifting a knife towards her in a pathetic display of defiance.

Blonde simply pulled her pistol without taking her eyes off, Chen and pulled the trigger blowing the man's brains out on the floor and wall in flash of light and blood.

"Now all your men are dead. So what are you gonna do." Blonde said as she holstered her pistol.

"Oh I got something in mind. You, deal with them and I'll give you what you want. What you really want." Vuhan said to the assassin leaning in the alcove.

He looked to the assassin and smiled a mad grin towards him on his blood stained face.

"You honestly think I've survived this long by not knowing how to spot an assassin, much less a force user? Deal with them, and it's yours." Vuhan looked back to blonde with that same mad grin.

Blonde was actually surprised, this was an unknown variable. They'd have to play this carefully if they were going to make it out of here in one piece. Perhaps the temple was lost as a secure outpost, but she still had Chen and the package.

"Nothing, take him. Surgeon and I will take the kid and Chen." She said as she dropped the magazine she loaded into the pulse rifle and put in a fresh magazine of Sith Killers.

Ruby got nervous, the gang was standing right there, he had to show bravery though. For if he started to lose he could escape through the hole he made to enter. Ruby took out and activated both his darksaber and white lightsaber. Both of them gleaming in the dimly lit room. "Sir, are you using me as a sacrifice like the others?" Ruby asked, it was a stupid question, he knew the answer and that was yes.

"Maybe, maybe not..." Chen looked at them in his maniacal look in his face.

"Oh god why?" Ruby then looked down, he didn't know if he should run or not, but he decided against it, "alright, give us your all!"

Cyrus charged in after Blonde, the gas taking care of the majority of the scavengers. Surgeon noticed a red haired youth with a lightsaber, his first target...

The LEDs lit up red on his mask and a barrage of energy enveloped .45 calibre rounds shot at the youth mercilessly.

He'd move in at a slow pace, keeping his aim accurate. The youth would need to evade or suffer multiple wounds of plasma enveloped high caliber rounds. Even if there were a way to deflect the rounds, the kinetic energy and size would prove difficult to handle.

Ruby dodged and deflected as many as he could, but still a few hit him. Ruby then started to move closer to [member="Cyrus Falcor"] as well. Ruby did this so he could slice and dice with his sabers but he also did it so he'd be closer to his escape route.

The assassin's stormy gray eyes churned with a look of unmistakable malice as Chen gave him the order to kill. He shifted his position of leaning in the alcove to a full standing position. In a single graceful leap, he hopped off the pedestal to the floor forty feet below. He landed lightly on his feet, something obviously achieved through more than natural means.

As he feet touched the polished granite floor a light telekinetic wave expanded outwards across the room, lightly jostling his opponents. It would only feel like a light shove to them, and most would write it off as mere theatrics, something he would do to plant seeds of fear and doubt into their minds. However, it was a little more than just showboating. He used the teasingly light push as a distraction for a more malicious move. As he sat in the alcove, he had managed to identify a majority of the group's projectile weapons through the force. As the shockwave touched them, he used the Art of the Small to alter the inside of their barrels ever so slightly. The inner workings of their guns were now lined with an extremely volatile material. As soon as they shot- KABOOM! With the distraction, they hopefully wouldn't notice.

A brief glance over his shoulder would confirm that Chen was now retreating deeper into the temple. There, scores of his men would await him in the temple's more defendable narrow corridors and halls. He wouldn't underestimate the syndicate; to do so would be a folly. However, he was sure they would have quite the time hunting their quarry.

He would turn his full and undivided attention to the athletic form of [member="Keira Ticon"]. A critical cybernetic eye would look her over from head to toe, noting strengths and weaknesses. Old scars, broken bones, cybernetic limbs. The custom-made state-of-the-art piece of machinery missed nothing.

His gray eyes would lock with her's, sending a bread message to the black-haired woman. He would be the most challenging foe she ever faced. He was out of her league. He would be unyielding in his aggression, not stopping until she was dead. A slight grin played across his concealed face. Perhaps if she managed to prove herself worthy, he would consider taking her prisoner.

In one fluid motion, he would execute a precise series of motions that even the most skilled of opponents would struggle to match. He would first exploit the weakness in her left leg his cybernetic eye has picked up earlier. He used the force to literally crush her left leg. Armor didn't matter here, the force would do its malevolent work inside of her bone itself. At the same time, he would hit her in the throat with another concentrated blast of telekinesis. No matter where you came from, that had to hurt. As she was hopefully stunned by the combined might of the bones splintering in her leg and her airways being pounded, he fired a small force inhibitor dart from his forearm. Guided by the force, the tiny projectile would try and find its way to a patch of open skin. He was hoping she'd be too shocked from his other attacks to notice or block the small dart. Of course, his entire sequence could go awry if she managed to defend against any aspect of the attack...

Wearing her gas mask the assassin would be able to feel the mental wall that the force fear hit. A buffering fortress of Force Resistance that pushed the wave of fear away and stayed strong against him, he'd learn that these weren't run of the mill criminals who were there to wave guns around and pretend to be tough, they were professionals and as professionals they strapped with the needed gear to get the job done. They weren't about to step onto a planet with a bunch of Sith and not have something to block against mental attacks, and what was better was that defense was stronger when they were together.

"Waste this edgy piece of &@$#, Nothing. I got Chen." Blonde would push forward and chase after the other crime lord.

As she was running forward and down the ancient halls of the old Jedi temple the woman saw the man's purple coat turn a corner. Lifting her weapon she was about to fire, but the force screamed at her that something was terribly wrong. That little crappy little bastard did something and she didn't have time to find out, so sadly she had to ditch her rifle.

Reaching down to her sides she pulled her two Czerka pistols and charged forward, and upon rounding the corner Chen had she found herself staring down at a fair amount of guards in a hallway with the crime lord looking back at her from the end.

"End her." he said as his men lifted their rifles.

"Stall all you want, Chen. You're mine." once she spoke the group of guards started to unload their weapons.

Blonde reached to get tactical vest and grabbed a ray shield grenade, pressing the button and throwing it to the floor causing a bright blue bubble to open up and deflect and absorb the blaster bolts.

This was her chance, with her pistols drawn the woman began to do what she did best, gunsling. With precision accuracy she started to off the guards one by one with a pistol in each hand, the slugs passing through the ray shield. It only took a few moments to drop the guards in the hallways but by the time they were dealt with Chen had moved on and there would be more of them waiting for her.

Cyrus was excited as the Red head moved closer, but when he went to fire, someone bumped him and his gun shot out of his hands. The barrel split like a banana. Shards of metal peppered his chest, a few spots began to bleed. This angered the Surgeon, only his opponents were supposed to bleed. He'd slice them up soon enough. The LED's on the mask provided by Blonde helped him warn the Red man of his intentions, as they too became red.

The feet of fancy the newcomer grey guy performed dos only to show he was a Forcey. The Fear washed over Cyrus and faded as the masks in the room defended the assault. As the red guy moved in, Surgeon pulled one of his pistols in his offhand, and sent a few slugs down range. The Stinger began to twitch, it's syringes extending and retracting indiscriminately. The toxins itched to enter the flesh of his opponent, to force the being to succumb to its biological supremacy, eat nerve endings and render muscle moot. Maybe even stop the heart if there was time.

Cyrus sprinted forwards at a rapid pace, gun raised and Stinger reeled back, waiting for the moment to strike.

Ruby dodged, then he did a Lightsaber throw at the chandeliers right above [member="Cyrus Falcor"]. It hit and the chandeliers started to come crashing down, with Ruby running away as fast as his legs could carry him. 'Why did I accept this, why didn't I just go to jail.' Ruby then stopped at the other side of the room to see what had happened.

Cyrus was nearly on top of the red dressed Jedi when, the youth threw his saber, but not at Cyrus, at the ceiling chandelier instead. It came crashing down, with Cyrus dodging by millimeters, glass shattering everywhere and covered the floor in sparkly shards. The youngling wasn't attempting to truly fight Cyrus head on, so another tactic was needed...

Pulling another gas grenade from his belt, Surgeon tossed it over his opponents head, aimed at the wall behind him. When the grenade hit and dispersed its contents of deadly gas, the youth's back would be facing a falling cloud of yellow gas. The smallest amount inhaled would cause immediate irritation in the throat and nasal passages. coughing would soon follow if he stayed, then blood would start to seep into his lungs as they liquefied, his eyes would begin to burn, blurring his vision, eventually blinding him entirely. And if he still didn't move away, the combined effects would continue until he died, drowning in his own blood, blind to the world and in extreme agony.

This of course would only happen to the most weak of opponents and surely this boy would not stay, which is exactly what Cyrus wanted. Now started a game of chase, in which Cyrus would eliminate the boy's ability to run, eventually, hopefully, cornering him. Then, with nowhere to go, Cyrus could pounce.

Still trained on the boy, his pistol was ready for any gaps he saw in the boys defenses, further pushing him into a corner, again, hopefully.

While there was no doubt that this man was a deadly opponent in his own right, he wasn't quite the most dangerous adversary Keira had faced down in her life. After all, she had willingly given herself up to the Yuuzhan Vong Sith Lord known as Dredge on multiple occasions, facing him down on vastly uneven playing fields and emerging, well, alive - which was more than could be said for numerous others. Besides, recently she had clashed with former Sith Emperor and her father-in-law, Kaine Zambrano. She had also survived multiple encounters with the man who had once been the leader of the Sith Assassins, Darth Ferus. This would certainly be a fight, but most certainly not the most dangerous one she had been in. After all, her abundance of scars were marks of her ability to survive.

Once she sensed the nuances of his first attack a shimmering barrier of energy was erected, a measure of focus strengthening the where he had targeted. When the last tide of his simultaneous strikes had ebbed she held the ethereal shield in place for another few seconds before her right hand twisted, molding it into a sphere comprised solely of that unabated power. Unimpeded she would send it flying directly towards him, tearing up dirt and debris along its merry way. This was nowhere near the full strength she was capable of, but it would still deal considerable damage if it connected in full. After all, no one liked dealing with broken or crushed bones.

No other weaponry was sought out, saber held in a loose grip in her left hand, humming idly. "Come on, then. Let's do this properly."

Although the masked man was hopeful his attack would be successful, he wasn't foolish enough to lean on such an easy victory. He quelled his attack after his first strike failed, so as not to waste any unnecessary energy. He cocked his head. It seemed she would prefer to engage him in single combat, blade to blade. He was more than willing to meet her request, but not before trying another trick up his sleeve.
As the ball of pure force energy shot towards him, he cupped his two hands together at his chest. Utilizing the art of Tutaminis, he absorbed the energy sphere into his own being. The kinetic force was enough to send him skidding several feet backwards, but he contained the energy before it could do any real harm. His gray eyes flashed gold for a brief second, a residual effect of the new energy he had just absorbed.
As quick as a ravenous viper, his two arms shot out from his sides in a blur. Two knives rocketed towards [member="Keira Ticon"], both on course to pierce her through the torso. Each knife was coated in a different deadly neurotoxin that would kill the victim in less than five seconds. However, that's not what made them special.
Each blade was fashioned from Yorik coral sharpened enough to be able to cut through steel. They were disguised to look like ordinary knives, a perfect tool for assassination. The force-dead blades would not be hindered by any force barriers, therefore making them an effective weapon against any force-wielding opponent. By the time his enemy realized the blades were different, it was generally too late. Many a Jedi had fallen to this weapon.
Taught by Darth Ferus himself, Ajihad was perhaps the most skilled wielder of the seventh form in the galaxy. Not even Ferus could outperform him when it came to Vaapad. He was able to channel emotion like no other, part of the reason he was such a successful bladesman. Drawing both lightsabers from the interior of his sleeves, he ignited the two black blades. He forged a link with every living being in the temple, drawing off of every emotion they harbored in the deepest corners of their hearts. Whether the emotions were positive or negative; it mattered not. He molded the emotion into sheer energy, the weapon of a true Vaapad master. He shot forward like a railgun, moving with speed unattainable without using copious amounts of the force. Using one blade to defend against her's, his second weapon would move to slash her in half diagonally from the shoulder down.

Miss Blonde

Trying to be straight in a crooked Galaxy
Now I'm full on chase mode, the tiny crime lord sprinted down the hallway chasing after her target and what he held. As she did so the occasional guard would lean out of a doorway attempting to fire on her only to be greeted with a slug to their face. She had it about up to here with this entire planet and the people who inhabited it, any normal person would of simply left by now. But Blonde like many other people in her crew and across the galaxy were far from normal.

"Vuhan!!" she yelled out whilst shooting one of his enforcers in the gut making sure to plug his chest cavity with extra rounds on their way to the floor.

Once she was done executing the man the two's Chase lead outside towards the far rear of the temple where she corned the man against a cliff that fell deeper into the mountains, a fall that next to nobody could survive.

The two eyed each other down and Miss Blonde kept her guns trained on the man in case he decided to make a move on her. Hopefully he didn't and the conflict would end soon, because this was not how she envisioned this job going down. Things always seemed to be complicated when the Sith were involved.

"Chen. You know it doesn't have to end this way. I'm still willing to let you go." Blonde warned Vuhan one last time and hoped he would wise up.

"I suppose you have me at a bit of disadvantage. But you know me, always one to go out with a bang." The man said as he slowly reached into his coat.

"Chen! Don't do it Chen! I will blow you away! I swear!" Blonde yelled out with tensions with almost a bit of sadness in her voice.

Chen was a psychopathic scum bag by all means, but he was still one of them. He was a seasoned crime lord and one that was not only feared but more importantly, he was respected. Even though this was how business was handled no one ever said you had to enjoy it. No one ever said business was good for morality.

"Goodbye, Blonde." He said in a cold and emotionless voice.

But despite Blonde's pleas the man sunk his hand into the purple lining of his coat and gripped at something.

"CHEN, NO!" But it was too late, Blonde did what she had to.

Her pistol barked only once and the slug hit the man dead in his gut. The .45 caliber bullet tore through him and he paused standing there for a moment, his face remaining in a neutral state. He looked down at his wound for a moment and with his free hand he lifted it up to see it soaked in blood. He let out a small chuckle as he began to stagger backwards slowly.

With each step back the man dribbled blood onto the mountain stone until his legs gave out and his body dropped backwards directly off the ledge. The hand that was in his jacket came out and it released a small item that dropped onto the stone as he fell off the cliff and into the abyss.

"Chen..." She said with a sigh afterwards.

Walking over to the small item she kneeled down and knew what it was at once. Wrapped in Terentatek hide the woman opened it slightly to gaze at it momentarily before putting away. This was supposed to be the part of the job that felt the best, but right now she only felt numb.

"Package secured. All Syndicate members fall back to the speeders and head to the evac zone." Blonde spoke with a sadness to her voice as she placed her pistols in their holsters and began to walk around the temple back towards the speeder, only to look down at the darkness that was the void Vuhan had fallen into.

The mouse sprang the trap, and Cyrus loosed a handful of slugs down range. Two more gas grenades left his hands and impacted on either side of the Jedi youth. Three sides now filled with gas, Cyrus moved in on the boy until he heard the telltale voice of one [member="Miss Blonde"].

This time though, sadness filled her usually confident voice. Something was wrong. Cyrus dropped on more grenade in front of himself and made for a retreat at the entrance of the temple, awaiting Blonde and anticipating the quick end of Keira's duel.

Ruby saw [member="Cyrus Falcor"] leave, "well... That's my queue." Ruby then shot a grappling hook up and surprisingly hit the right spot and blasted out of there on top of the roof. "I have to stop getting myself in these situations..." Ruby then boarded his X-Wing and left the area the only trace left behind was the chandelier.

--End Scene For Ruby--

Her first instinct upon the knives being thrown her way was to reach out with the Force and seize them in midair, redirecting their path with a flick of her wrist and sending them back where they had come from. However, given their rather unique properties, that was impossible. Upon this realization her eyes widened slightly, and she conceded to rolling to the side in order to avoid the attack, quickly finding her feet again. Once his blades ignited Keira seemed to become more aware of her own she held, switching it from her left hand to her right seemingly nonchalantly as if to adjust for comfort and personal preference for the fight ahead. In reality, it was more than that.

When his first cut with the blade came she reached up with her cybernetic hand to catch the blade before it made contact, and assuming it went unimpeded would tear the weapon from his grasp. Given that the odds of someone reaching out to catch a lightsaber as if it was nothing were slim to none, she was counting on that aspect of surprise to work in her favor. Should it prove successful she would retaliate immediately with a cut of her own meant to sever his head from his shoulders, quickly distancing herself once the call from Blonde came through, curious to see how he would recover while also knowing she would regrettably have to end this fight before it ever began. A pity.

"Don't be a stranger." She offered a crooked smile and, should he do nothing to stop her, would take her leave with a speed augmented via the Force, her destination the designated evac zone and the speeders waiting for them. As much as she would have liked to stay and hollow out his throat properly, that would have to wait for another time. For now, they rested and recouped. There was always another day for the fight.

Miss Blonde

Trying to be straight in a crooked Galaxy
Meeting Cyrus and Keira at the speeders the crew of criminals hopped into a single speeder and made sure to bolt, the Sith they brought with them was of course not one of them and he was a member of the One Sith. Their agreement was of course that they'd lead him to a Jedi temple, and in exchange he'd help them out with the situation while they recovered a precious artifact. Besides, no one from the One Sith was hurt and they assisted in removing another beacon of light from the planet. Whatever the assassin dudes beef was it really wasn't a concern of Blonde.

With the speeder blazing forward the woman sighed as they left the temple in the dust behind them. Hopefully the assassin would realize that the day was over and everyone should go home, they could always meet up in another future plot to steal something or murder whatever.

"Okay, so someone explain what the hell just happen." Blonde said as she took a sharp turn left.

As the speeder exited the mountains ravines and cliffs she would take it and shoot straight up until the shadow of a dropship lowered itself towards them with its rear opening up. With some expert precision piloting the woman took the air speeder and parked it into the gut of the drop ship. This was an adventure to last a life time but a criminals work was always just beginning. So with the drop ship's door closing behind them the dim red light flickered on and illuminated the room.

Reaching into her pocket Miss Blonde produced a small cylinder shaped object covered in Terentatek leather, and as she did the door to the cockpit opened and the co pilot aka Orange stepped out to look at the crew sitting in the speeder.

"What's that?" he asked whilst leaning in the doorway.

Miss Blonde paused for a moment and began to unravel the item.

"The beginning." she replied.

"Beginning of what?" the man said as his curiosity continued to peak.

The Terentatek hide wraps came off and it revealed a single silver lightsaber. But it wasn't any lightsaber, it was the starting point of every single one. It was the first blade.

"Everything."
