Saturday | June 6th, 2026

Rules are as follows:

  1. No weapons, no fighting, no fleets, no military, no force powers, this is strictly a social thread.
  2. You may absolutely attempt to spy on another faction, you're gonna have to do it old school by good writing and a select discreet gadgets that won't come across as contraband [weapons, poison, see rule number 1]
  3. You may absolutely strike deals with corporate members, other political personnel from your faction or another faction.
  4. This thread will be two parts, a late morning/early afternoon time at the beach, and then an evening gala. Your character does not need to attend both, but are more than welcomed to.
  5. You may absolutely run off and do a private thread with a writing partner but again please maintain decorum and rule number one [tag me if you do a private thread, too, hello?]
  6. No godmodding anyone's npcs or Commonwealth personnel or some barkeep, simple interactions sure and remember rule number 1.
  7. This is a Commonwealth party, so the music and atmosphere will be moved along by Sovereign Echoes Sovereign Echoes account.
  8. Location headers, drink and food menus will be posted here in this opening post, so please check back and watch discord for updates. If you want to know more details about the drink menu just send me a DM!
  9. Have fun!

A long wooden dock running out over the water, traditional repulsor-outriggers moored along it.
Arrivals by water, and a scenic spot for private two-character moments away from the crowd; good for a quiet walk-and-talk.

The main beach itself: black volcanic sand, warm surf, cabanas and loungers. Where the bulk of the daytime mingling, swimming, and lounging happens, the open social heart of part one.

Header1A.png

A curved open-air bar set right on the sand at the water's edge. Where drinks are served all day; the natural "go get a cocktail and run into someone" spot. Features 3 Daytime Bowl Drinks:

  • The Maelstrom (Rum)
  • The Tidepool (Vodka)
  • The Welcome (Champagne)

Header1B.png

A shaded, open-sided pavilion just off the sand with low tables and cushions. Where the daytime food is stationed and where guests retreat from the sun to eat, talk, or escape the heat quieter conversations land here.

Header2.png
The grand entry hall and staircase guests pass through coming up from the resort, lit and lantern-strung. Where arrivals and entrances happen, the place to make a first impression, be announced, or meet your party before going in. Your "characters arrive in finery" beat.
Header2A.png

The open-air marble dance floor under the sky, orchestra on a raised stage, lanterns and sea beyond. The centerpiece: dancing, the formal heart of the evening where most of the gala plays out.
Header2B.png

A raised, intimate lounge off the ballroom with low seating and its own bar, overlooking the dark water. Where quieter, more private conversations happen mid-gala, the spot for the "step away from the dancing to actually talk" scenes, business asides, and soft-diplomacy moments.
Header2C.png

The evening bar serving the full cocktail program. The evening counterpart to the Reef Bar; the casual mingling-with-a-drink anchor for part two.
Header2D.png

A lantern-lit garden path, open to the night air and the sound of the water. The private, romantic outdoor spot for intimate two-character scenes, a breath of air, a quiet moment with the sea below.
