STRENGTHS

• Resilience: The use of redundant non-dimetris circuitry in the activation loops and reinforced durplast around sensitive electronic components makes the Storm Kiss highly resistant to the deleterious effects of cortosis, Ion/EMP discharges, and other effects that might otherwise short out or overload the weapon. The weapon is also capable of operating underwater. Finally, a molecularly bonded druetium casing imparts the hilt with a strong resistance to direct strikes.
• Rip Shock: The auricite crystal works to impart the Storm Kiss with a hotter, more powerful blade. Thus, its blade can cut through materials much faster than a typical lightsaber.

WEAKNESSES

• Unconventional Weaponry: Like most lightsabers, the Storm Kiss generally struggles to defend against sonic blasts, shockwaves, particle beams, paddle beams, or slugs.
• Breach Strike: Although resistant to hilt strikes, in the event that the hilt is breached, the internal components would be rendered vulnerable.

DESCRIPTION
After losing her first lightsaber to Jakharl during her encounter with the cyborg on Nar Shaddaa, Ellissanthia saw to creating a new one of similar aesthetic design, albeit with new features to improve utility and power output. Gifted with an auricite crystal by Serina Calis, Ellissanthia placed it into her weapon as the primary crystal, giving the blade a higher heat output due to ultra-efficient energy amplification. Due to this, the plasma burns at roughly forty-six thousand degrees centigrade, allowing it to cut through materials faster and with less physical effort than a typical lightsaber.

All in all, the Storm Kiss is a more efficient, powerful, and resilient version of the weapon Ellissanthia started with after her promotion to the rank of Eclipse Adept.
