I haven't played it long myself, just under a week, You buy cards with earned credits and other currency. Then build a battle formation...fight npcs and pcs...a d lvl up. You can be either light or dark side like in KoTOR. As in your choices define your alignment. Thats really all I got so far.

I played for about five or six months, got decently leveled, and then hit the same plateau everyone hits: if you're not willing to spend money, it is highly improbable that you will be able to compete at the higher tiers. The drop rate for the better 5 star cards was so abysmally low that it really put a cap on how strong you could get without regularly spending money on card packs.

This was well over a year ago, so they might have fixed it. And it is a fun game, just be aware that it gets frustrating once you hit that plateau.
