SSB Auction - Mandal Hypernautics

Rygel Larraq sat on an over padded chair and listened to one of his well-paid employees talk to the crowd. Mandal Hypernautics droids of various sized and types stood on platforms around the showroom floor. On the walls and on huge stands hanging from the ceiling, videos showing demonstrations of various Mandal Hypernautics product played for the benefit of the crowd as the speaker introduced each product and gave a brief description of each.

Larraq glanced up at a video monitor that displayed the unclassified specifications of the Skira-class Heavy Cruiser and showed video clips of the ship flying over a planet. Looking on the other side of the room, Larraq saw another monitor displayed similar information and graphics for the other starships that had been approved for sale at discounted prices. It almost sickened him to know that his products were going to be getting sold for less than they were worth. But he knew that getting the company's name out there and letting potential customers see his products first hand would help increase sales across the board.

In the long run, it was simply the best option available to him. The potential return from an event like this could prove to be five times what he could have gained from an equally expensive advertising campaign.

So he sipped his whiskey and watched his young, well-endowed employee attempt to convince the audience to start the bidding.

Mandal Hypernautics Products
Standard Values, Stock Volume, and Opening Bid

"Three HSD Collars, starting bid each, as well as the Skira and Nynirs." This was one of the Auctions he had been waiting for and now he opened up the military funds for his empire, it was cheaper to buy a ship than build on, for now that is and atleast until something ends up happening.

Aedan sat in the back listening he was only interested in one item and that just so happened to be something that someone slightly familiar was bidding on. With a shrug he raised his hand and called out calmly. "Four Mil for one of the light frigates and 2.8 Mil for the sensor frigate." @[member="Captain Larraq"]
