"Rare indeed... and after this..." she gave dramatic pause, "Rarer still." A low murmur began.

"AEL is retiring some of its earlier product lines to make room for the new, and offering a premiere sample of its Winter Line.... this is it ladies and gents. If you've been saving for the Catercoat, for those bracers or need you dose of daily space spam...

This is the last time you will ever get a chance to call it your own."

Mrrew walked into the auction, and literally dropped his jaw when he heard what Danger was saying. Some of his favorite products... from one of his favorite companies... were never going to be sold again? HIs favorite company, other then his own... The company that had been one of the factors that had inspired him to begin the Guild. The company that had been his first major source of credits, by selling a Terentatek hide.

The Togorian picked up a bidding tablet.

"300,000 for the bracers. 500,000 for the duster. 50,000 for the Warden cloak. 2,000 for the trench knife. 20,000 for the Trade Nexus property. 320,000 for the ship."

He could not believe that AEL was discontinuing some of his favorite products...

(And here I wanted my [member="Samuel Malkloc"] harry dresden-esque character to get a Terentatek duster when he got off of Dathomir... )

He really should complete an outfit from AEI.

How curious that so many people enjoyed AEL's products. They couldn't help it; AEL was high in demand. Mighty interested in placing bids, Saffron was the proxy for her mother. So, sitting down dainty, she put in a bid for the following.

In the meantime, she would shuffle the plasteel holocards of sabaac in her hand. What do the cards say about what will happen?

Time to practice a bit, she'd muse, as the Force would bloom within the young clairvoyant.

Mrrew frowned as bids started raining in. He noticed [member="Marek Starchaser"] in the crowd- bidding in the warden cloak. Mrrew had absaloutely no use for it... He was simply buying it becaue it was from AEI, and it would never be made again. More a sentimental impulse buy then anything. He'd let Marek have that one. The Togorian frowned in [member="Arrbi Betna"]'s direction when he bid ten Terentatek hides. How the kriff would he get those? terentateks were incresingly rare- ecspecially with everyone and their brother going into the Shadowlands to hunt them...

"4,000 for the knife... 332,000 for the ship... And for the Tion Trade Nexus property..." Mrrew thought for a moment. "200,000 credits, and a coupon for a free beast, trained or untrained, of any kind." Which could mean anything from a bull Terentatek to a fething Exogorth... He hoped that topped ten hides.
