My character owns a company that performs espionage and black ops stuff. Looking to use more of that

basically division x is a top secret group who used to be controlled by an overseeing organization that kept it in line. But it’s gone a little rogue so it’s operating in that moral grey area. One of my characters used to be an agent but she fell in love with a civilian who was only supposed to be her cover story. The agency killed him because this is a breach of security. Now she’s out to take the agency down.

so my plan is to do a few spy style missions and have this rogue group try to ruin the missions. Eventually one side will take down the other and the narrative will be concluded.
