Good point, and I should have done that, but really, there code of no killing or willingness to kill means nothing since both Spiderman and Batman are blood lusted and doing whatever it takes to kill the other. Batman had never heard of spiderman, nor had Spiderman ever heard about Batman. They just came up on each other and felt like killing each other.
