    • Liberty Station was equipped with dozens of hangar bays, most utilized by the stations vast civilian population for either personal, recreational or trading purposes.
    • At the center of Liberty Station was a central, massive open area which housed the heart of the Starbird Museum. This Main Hangar was capable of holding multiple large warships - and in fact did. It contained hundreds of replicas of starships from throughout the galaxy's long history, from unarmed variations of the Mandator Class Star Dreadnought to similar unarmed replicas of the Executor Class Super Star Destroyer to disarmed Donnager Class Star Destroyers. This Main Hangar Bay was inaccessible to public starship travel but nonetheless maintained multiple large entrances for both the general maintenance of the replicas and other starships within it and for emergencies.
  • Maneuverability Rating: None
    • In the event of an emergency, the "Liberty" is capable of firing its three dozen emergency pulse thrusters in order to move its position.

  • Secondary Power Unit: General Hypermatter Reactor Equipped with Stellar Fuel Bottles
ADVANCED SYSTEMS
STRENGTHS
  • [+] City in Space
    • For all intents and purposes, Liberty Station is a floating city, the likes of which rival even the majesty of Duros' orbiting cities. It isn't a spaceport to be certain. Liberty Station was designed to be a permanent home for millions of displaced refugees of the Second Great Hyperspace War and therefore is nearly entirely self-sufficient. It maintains through the Galactic Alliance a well-defended supply line for any items it cannot physically manufacture and has vast hydroponic and agricultural areas. In addition, it has a well maintained system of thousands of prototypers, food synthesizers, garment fabricators and the like to keep its denizens well supplied.
  • [+] Never Caught Lacking
    • Liberty Station is extremely well defended - both by its permanent defense attachment and its expansive defense suite including a number of advanced shielding and armor systems. From it's Xythan Shields to its Ablative Armor, Liberty Station was designed with the intent to survive as long as possible in an engagement, especially considering its a civilian station with no weapons of any kind.
WEAKNESSES
  • [-] Utter Lack of Speed and Maneuverability
    • Liberty Station is a space station. It is therefore incapable of leaving its double geosynchronous orbit above Anaxes except in the rare cases it can use its emergency thrusters to correct its position. It is gigantic and unarmed target.
  • [-] Exposed Hangar Bays
    • Liberty Station includes dozens upon dozens of hangar bays - all of which are unguarded except for the presence of a GADF Task Force designed to protect the station. In the absence of that Task Force, there is nothing the station can conceivably do to stop an enemy from forcibly boarding it.
DESCRIPTION

Specifically designed to accommodate a large population of refugees from the Second Great Hyperspace War, Project E-45a "Liberty" is one of the most advanced civilian and commercial station built by the Zero Corporation and their allies in the public and private sector.

By far one of the most ambitious industrial projects embarked upon by the government of Anaxes, "Liberty" was intended originally to be a simple dockyard to house the planned Starbird Museum which was intended to be launched on the 25th Anniversary of the Galactic Alliance on Unity Day. The Second Great Hyperspace War drastically altered these plans. The attack by the Brotherhood of the Maw on Csilla shifted resources away from Project Starbird - the honorific granted to the museum plans - and towards a strengthened defense posture. What unfolded after the ultimate destruction of the Chiss Homeworld was a humanitarian crisis the galaxy hadn't seen since the Sith-Republic War.

The Second Great Hyperspace War as it would be titled by the self-declared Dark Lord of the Sith of the Mawite Cult would engulf much of the galaxy and bring total war to the world of the Core for the first time in decades. Anaxes was not spared from the carnage, Anaxsi warships were the first to respond to the Mawite Assault on Courscant and the last to stand down during the ferocious Battle of Tython. Anaxsi citizens and nobility alike experienced first hand the brutality of the war and it was decided that Project Starbird would be expanded dramatically in order to display solidarity with the millions of refugees displaced by the war. Enter the Zero Corporation.

The government of Anaxes and the administration of the Anaxes War College - whom were designated the sponsors of Project Starbird - had strong ties to the leadership of the Zero Corporation and at the behest of the Board of Directors, the corporation approved a joint contract to oversee the production of what would become Special Project E-45a "Liberty".

Far larger and more spacious than the typical space station, "Liberty" encompasses some of the most advanced technology at the disposal of the Zero Corporation and their allies, namely the inclusion of a robust synthesization system created via the interlinking of tens of thousands of individual prototyper, synthesizers, garment-fabricators, and roughly a dozen Molecular Furnaces in a highly illogical network overseen by the station's primary Artificial Intelligence itself a noteworthy feature of the station. This was done in order to ensure the station would be capable of manufacturing the needs of its citizens efficiently in order to main self-sustainability for as long as possible.

One of the The "Liberty" houses many hangars and dockyards but the most prominent of these is the central hangar located at the hollow center of the Station. This central dockyard houses the Starbird Museum, an expansive catalog of galactic history that includes exact replicas of some of the greatest starships to ever serve the galaxy - from the Pride of Core of the Galactic Republic to the Starchild of the Corellian Confederation. The "Liberty" would undergo final preparations in 899 ABY after more than three decades of construction under the oversight of the Anaxes War College and by extension the Galactic Alliance Defense Force, set to come fully online in 900 ABY conceding with the nine hundredth anniversary of the Battle of Yavin and the 40th Birthday of the Galactic Alliance.
