Location: Nar Shaddaa - Marketplace

Grumbling. The child's stomach began to let out a low growling sound, as if within her an unfed animal pleaded out for any scraps of food, however in spite of the noises and the pains that her body gave her, Vulip was unable to give in, as the luxory of food was far from her grip. The Miraluka orphan wandered around a busy marketplace upon the hustling world of Nar Shaddaa, the small naked feet padding along hard metalic ground with all kinds of noises bombarding her ear-drums from all around, the outlandish world that she had found herself upon seeemed to perfectly disrupt any sort of concetration that she tried to have within the force, thus causing her vision to become blurry at best and unseeable at worst. Many merchants of varying stores looked over the lost child, though the sight of a lost child had seeemed to either be a common occurance, or their self-reliant attitude forbade them from assisting in the terrified search for food and shelter, that the child was in the midst of doing. "... Hungry ..." her voice was incredibly weak and timid, clearly inviting assistance from absolutely anyone that heard her pleas, but alas not a single recepient, and so she continued to stumble onward, scared and alone.

Nar Shadda was a place you could wit the right amount of credits find anything and she was well not worried about that. Even the most noble would eventually have to come to Nar Shadda at one point be it to find something or someone. She just happened to be looking for information about some engine components that were not often seen anymore. So some of the older vessels in the debris field above the planet that served as a means of defense in some cases or hideout. Katagiri was going around the marketplace when she heard something the silver haired woman with her white robes turned to look as someone stiffened but didn't react. She looked taking in her appearance bare feet, hungry expression and sash over her eyes. She was moving so she had a means to see without eyes which is why she was moving. THe girl reminded her of her daughters with Jericho when she stepped forward with a look. "Little girl, are you lost?" She stood there offering a hand and held the food pack with a canteen of water."

Arken Lussk

Thrills, Chills, and Kills
Little Coruscant.

It was the little brother that didn't turn out to be as mild and temperate as its sibling. A fetid hive of scum and vermin, all congregating in a singular spot where even the light of the sun failed to reach some places.

Arken loved it.

Besides the massive marketplaces where anything and everything was up for sale, including the people, there was no better place to find something or someone specifically. Outlaw tech, black market weapons, and all of the oldest antiques that one could possibly imagine were housed in these cartel-ridden warehouses. Sure, most of it could be cheap rip-offs, but risk was the biggest part of doing business down here. Folks wanted powerful tools and equipment, so Arken made sure to provide just that; especially to the right people.

---

The Gammorean's hand was far sweatier than he'd imagined.

"A pleasure doing business with you, Gorvak." The young man smiled, "Please contact our support team if you have any technical difficul-"

"Yeah, yeah, I got it." His snout trembled. "I've got a few people I need t' meet in a few. Best make your departure quick."

As articulate and shrewd as Gorvak was, respect and cordiality were far out of his area of expertise.

Arken glanced at Victor before setting his gaze back on the porcine. "Of course. We'll be in touch with you in the near future."

With that, the duo quickly fled from Gorvak's little hovel on Level 13. His mechanics shop was in better condition than most, but that wasn't saying much on Nar Shaddaa. A hasty departure was indeed an appreciated suggestion, though the rumbling of his stomach caught him off guard.

"I'm detecting a calorie deficit, master." Victor chortled at his side as they walked through the level's marketplace.

He snorted. "I assume the growl gave it away." He paused, "Let's grab something to eat real quick."

Eleanora handed the old artifact over to the museum on Nar Shadda. It was a bit weird seeing a museum on a world like this - full of crime, drugs, and so forth. But, who was she to judge? There was clearly respectable people here. There was a police force, supposedly. And other things important. All that Eleanora really cared about was getting her credits and getting the heck out, though. This place wasn't build for someone like her - half human, half horse. She towered over many of the people, took up a lot of space, and felt relatively noticeable in a place she preferred not to be.

In either case, it was time for some grub. Maybe she could find the market place, grab a bite to eat before catching the next star ship out of this joint. Presuming she wasn't murdered by someone between now and then, anyways. The Chiron made it to a market place, looking for some type of food joint. Eleanora noticed a woman and a small child, who looked to be one of the unfortunate victims of Nar Shadda. It looked like the woman was providing the girl with some food. Maybe it was a parent? Didn't seem so, the woman seemed like she had at least some wealth. The kid didn't. Eleanora moved close by, concerned.

This place made him homesick. Sure, some might say Coruscant is better off, and oh have you seen the surface, or the architecture is phenomenal. Yet, Narr shadda and Coruscant were very similar. Coruscant was just better at hiding the filth and unpleasantness under levels and levels of housing and buildings. Nar shadda accepted what it truly was, a cesspool of thieves and outlaws, and other maleficient characters. Still, it sucked how you would meet a pickpocket every 20 minutes, but hey deal with it.

Tavi browsed through some technical documents on a datapad in his hand until something bumped into his hand, almost making him drop the data pad. Tavi felt the data pad slip through his fingers, and he quickly grabbed it with both hands. After checking it over, he turned and gave a frown at a small flying drone.

"Git, back off. I'll let you see the data later!" Tavi said fustrated, as his drone Git was trying to get a closer look at the datpad again.

"Beep de Cheep Beep" Git replied as it started to move closer in again.

"No, I don't care that you are bored. Plus, there is so much to see and do. Look Net and Atom are having a great time." Tavi said as he glanced over at his two drones were harassing some merchants.

"Beep Beep" Git replied spinning in circles.

"Language," Tavi said without looking at Git as he pocketed the datapad 'Don't say that about them, they are your family after all."

Git just sort of rolled it's optic and remained quiet as Tavi started to make his way through the market

"I am up for something greasy and full of meat. Stay in my LOS please." Tavi said over a private com to his drones.

Tavi heard a mix of affirmative beeps in reply as he started to browse through the markets. As he browsed he felt a chill on his back. Tavi turned and looked around for a moment but just shrugged and went on the search for food.

Nar Shaddaa’s marketplace was not the sort of place a Lady ought to attend. Yet, here Baiko Raxis went, walking through the market and attempting to filter through the mire.

A tug caught at her sleeve. The incorporeal motion caused Baiko’s maternal instincts to swell, yet she could not discern why. Baiko ignored it, returning to look at the wares of another merchant. Since taking off from Mandalore with Gray, Baiko released most of her aristocratic tendencies for the life of a spacer’s wife.

A woman in white with grey hair talked to a little girl and the tug on baiko’s chest increased.

It was the girl.

A miraluka? An eyeless one. Closing her eyes for a moment, Baiko opened her Fallinassi senses and allowed her aura to glow in the Force. It was a parlour trick Baiko used for her blind husband Gray Raxis, who had no course but Force Sense to navigate at all.

While the gray haired woman passed the girl a food pack and canteen, Baiko smiled, walked up, and waited.

“If she was lost, she is no longer.”
