Description:
Snipers are miracle workers on the battlefield, a single man being able to hold back an entire enemy company, pick off enemy commanders in the midst of chaos, and cause paralyzingly fear to the enemy. Knowing how important a role the sniper plays on the battlefield, Spaarti Creations pushed forward with a comprehensive sniper program for the clones tough enough and skilled enough to become said miracle worker.

First Phase: Advanced Infantry Training

Like all other Spaarti clones the snipers go through infantry school to learn Mando'a, mandolorian culture, combat skills, shooting,battlefield tactics, and hand to hand combat. The snipers of course spend their first year of development and training having the virtues of the mandalorians instilled within. However Snipers within the infantry school is a lot harder than it would be for most clones in the army, they are pushed to the breaking point every day with almost non stop combat simulation missions, classes, and a complete lack of sleep, food, water, and other resources. This of course Is to push them into becoming becoming better than their non infantry counter parts and prepare them for sniper school.

Second Phase: Advanced Mathematics and Meteorology School

For the next year of their lives actual schooling for the clones isn't to be considered a break now that they have moved on from advanced infantry training. While they are in school for learning these two subjects they still undergo rigorous PT, drill, and other discipline building exercises to not lose what they have gained in pushing through the first phase of training. During the first six months of schooling clones learn the basics of meteorology. Weather patterns, humidity, rain, sleet, or snow these clones learn about how the weather will impact their shot, their weapon, and their bodies. The last six months of training are dedicated to learning physics, geometry, and advanced algebra. All of which will help the clones in their third and final phase of training.

Third Phase: Sniper School

The last two years of the snipers training is easily the hardest they will have to face. Constant grading, stress, abuse, and discipline turn these clones into the perfect sniper to be bought on the open market. The two year sniper school is just short of a commando program with snipers being forced to endure inhuman conditions and environments. Whether it's being forced to crawl through bogs and swamps or routinely shoot animals for target practice. These clones are made to be the toughest in the standard clone army without having to be put up for more advanced commando or special forces training. The sniper school teaches them how to be noise and light sensitive as well as of course being able to shoot their weapon at varying distances. The Spaarti sniper school is the last and final step to each sniper becoming the best the standard Spaarti Clone Army Program has to offer.

General Description:
Spaarti snipers are the angel of death on the battlefield, they are professional, highly trained in what they do, and will not hesitate to pull the trigger. They can go without sleep or food and water for quite some time and are able to perform well for whoever purchases a an individual clone or unit. However as there clones are pushed harder often some lose their humanity, they become cold or exhibit sociopathic behaviors. While this is not clone madness and does not happen to each clone, a good chunk of clones do come out scarred from their training and sometimes never fully recover. It's a price to pay but sometimes when the galaxy is on the line sacrifices need to be made and Spaarti makes them.

Looks good to me. My only complaint is that snipers rarely operate in dedicated sniper units and are instead interspersed among other units as designated marksman, but that's by no means a deal breaker.
