Something of Value

Oh there were so many options and things for them to do while the CEO was looking over the different things. Some of the counter measures sounded quite nice for things they could use. Some of the deals sounded good while she was bringing up her information and signing Damorian up for working with Satochi. She could supply them with ships for transporting creatures, there was Shion and Saori she could use for celebration. Her engineers could party and enjoy themselves as she went down the line working on some of the contracts. "Damorian will be happy to provide ships and components to some of the companies here. We have been rather enjoying getting commissioned to make ships for you."

Ultimatum was surprised at the hug, he understood the reason and he hoped that it was somewhat comforting to the organic. He returned the gesture and gently embraced her as back. He could never fully comprehend what she was going through at the moment, being abandoned by those that she had worked tirelessly for. Nor did he truly want to go through such a situation. Considering the pain that it had caused to [member="Lady Kay"] he felt that it was not something anyone would want to experience, but he felt that that wish was somewhat selfish. It would not harm him to go through such a situation and it would help him further understand organics.

"If ever you need a hand or a safe place you can count on me." Of course, Ultimatum assumed that he would not be the first place for Kay to look for aid. He guessed that she would go to James first, but he could understand that. After all, those two had been friends longer than Ultimatum had known either of them.

Watching Sanya head back with a woman raised her brow. They seemed to be in conversation so she mostly kept to attending to the stal and taking in orders for stuff. Although it didn't take long till she had been drawn into the conversation. Most of the stuff sounded achievable but one thing stuck out like a saw thumb. "Well I can issue my people jobs to protect the mines although they would have to be on rotation quite often. So travel expenses would need to be included. Also bounties are best left to bounty hunters if I'm not wrong that is their area of expertise. We perform jobs either more dangerous or the simple things. While some of our people may devel in that area the organization we operate dose not. We may be able to track the bounties and gather Intel but we can't officially go any further than that. Stand alone contracts how ever is different. We keep an update of all jobs on our boards for all members to see." As for location that was tricky. She would like to expand but investments where scares and funding locations would be hard. After all they where new. "As this is for making deals and all. If you are able to help us financially and with a consistent flow of products then we can place your name and company as important jobs. Our best will be the ones to take those jobs too so no one who is fresh out the pack could go wrong and mess up."

"Bounty hunters do not typically like our jobs. Animals are less important then people for them to go after." She said it while listening to the rest and there was plenty there they could do with all of it. "As for the rest it is easily handled, we might pay your people for field testing new equipment." She was looking at soe of the things there as a few of the contracts were being signed. "We aren't the biggest but we go for being the most varied you can get plenty of financial support for all of the things you need from us just draft up something and we'll work on making it so. Our caster assault rifles are stronger than most will get."

There was a moment where Heinkel caught a moment to breath. This may have been a small expo, but the locals and tourists still caught it as an occasion to gawk and he'd been kept quite busy answering their questions. But now he could look out over the guests and see that his boss had drawn quite the small crowd herself. 'This is good,' he thought to himself, meant more business for the company that'd treated him so well. Of course he hadn't been paying that kindness back much so far today. So he did what any great showman did, he advertised. Tossing back his head, he bellowed out "Come! See Phenex's booth of many great deals! Experience the latest and greatest! Ship suits to keep your crew alive and fighting even after your hull has been cracked open! Bombers to break even the mightiest of ships spine! Most powerful on market! From the best protection, to the best destruction, Phenex has it all."

Kay smiled as [member="Ultimatum"] returned the hug. And his sentiment was well noted. "Thank you. I greatly appreciate it. I will come by for visits, I promise." Most especially as it would be one place that the Sith and others wouldn't think to look for her in.

She looked over towards [member="Heinkel"] as he shouted. Hmm. A space suit could be useful. She hadn't had one of those before. So she wandered over to take a look.

With the embrace complete and the parting words given Ultimatum gave a slight nod to [member="Lady Kay"] as she walked away. She would not likely see the gesture, but it struck Ultimatum as something to do. It was in that moment that something struck home, something that he had thought endlessly about before, but had only just now sunk in. This galaxy could not be saved the way he wanted to, not without causing such harm that he would not be able to live with himself. He had been pushing away such thoughts for a long time. First he had tried to focus his attention on the loneliness that had been a part of his being when he had had no other true friend, so long ago. Then he had put his attention into Mustafar, forcing his mind to try and build a better society for the natives and to hopefully leave an example of what could be possible if organics worked together in a more complete manner.

Now the thought was back again. The only way he was going to accomplish his goal of finding true peace was to find a clean slate upon which to work. There was no other option. He had to focus his efforts on the goal. No more distractions. Now was not the time to try to understand organics, now was the time to help them in a way they would never fully understand. Perhaps someday they may agree with his thought, but not now and he resigned himself to such a fate.

He walked towards the stall of Sasori. This would be the beginning. He would need much in order to begin his plans, but it would hopefully not be difficult to come to agreements for what he required. He decided to wait until the woman in front had finished before talking. He needed time to figure out the full list of what would be needed.

Cynthia smiled at how she turned around the bounty hunter part. "Well going after people and going after animals are different. If it's hunting then that we can do. Beasts present less of a challenge with a better reward. The hides of most are useful and the meats from them some spieces may hold as a delicacy. So there is coin in that. As for assault rifles I don't handle them well but I'm sure the others would no problem and field testing a lot of mercs like to use new toys. Still we are looking to gain some jobs more divers and helpful to the people." She said in an informative tone. "As for financial support that would be appreciated. At the moment we are looking to have a big headquarters built for us. We'd need defended though and enough stuff to make sure the rooms have beds our armory is stocked and a good supply of fuel for our mercenaries to keep there ships topped up for missions. As for the building and location Sanya here has offered to pay for the building and gave us some land to have it on. We just need stuff to fill it. I'm also looking into small stations across the galaxy to be a resting point for travel and to keep our people topped up."

More people were coming over as she looked at the mercenary bowing her head. "We produce stations and have something in the works for new one to put over planets. Just a matter of getting all our funding secured among some of the things." The stations they had to work on with Phenex and Saotome was the ultimate goal. To really beef up the hard work they were doing as her attention went onto some of the things. "You'll have with the legion more then enough as we want to get soldiers to help field test some of the more advanced weapons we have been developing." She turned to see ultimatum and Kay checking out things while speaking. "You two should enjoy a few of the things, the droids we have developed for deep space mapping and self manufacturing factory ships to help colonize planets are good there is also all of the equipment."

Ultimatum looked through a few of the information datapads before asking, "Sorry to bother, but what sort of power generators and powercells would you have for sale?" He admitted to himself that the self-manufacturing factory ships were most interesting, he had made one himself and that was now his flagship. He wondered what other ships he could add such a capacity to. He hoped to ask about it, but for now he wanted to take care of the power supplies of things that he wished to make. That came first and foremost, the ability to power the productions that would need to be made.

Isis saw more business happening as a nod of her head came from it. She had ships for sale and some nice things like rail guns for ships you could use on the ground... just to mess with people and have that massive range. Or missiles and some fast fighters. The projects to rebuild the carrack had stalled as had the engineers armor for herself and others given all of the things. With more of her attention she remained in her stall next to the Sasori one but was happy to help out the free colonies that [member="Lady Kay"] was here for with [member="James Justice"]. She had heard good things about them and the Mercs legion were always great for testing or protecting facilities.

Heinkel gave [member="Lady Kay"] a cherry smile and a nod as she crossed over the threshold of his booth. "Hello there Miss! Welcome to the great Phenex booth. If yous of needing anything please ask away without hesitation! I will stop all confusion." Well, his heart was in the right place even if his basic wasn't and he was clearly enjoying himself at the fair.

Kay smiled a little at [member="Heinkel"] 's broken basic. It wasn't too bad. She understood him for the most part. "Well, I heard you mention space suits earlier. I had never had one before, though I probably should. What would you recommend?"

Matsu looked at the droid and smiled as she spoke. "We have, a nice new power cell and generator. With isotope five that we have been able to use. That we got as much as we could it a benefit as well." SHe smile presenting. "We use it at most of our facilities in many of the things, your droids could find a great many things to do on these contracts. Including just general expansion or in the case of our raxus facility helping develop a stronger droid foundry to turn the piles and piles into material."

That was exactly what the droid wanted to hear. He had been looking into Isotope 5 power generators for a project he had had. An entire line of combat super droids, a term he had decided best fit what he had in mind. "How many Isotope generators could you potentially supply? What would you want in return?"

He had found that his goal to help organics required many preparations. A ship was definitely the first and most key part, but it was also the longest in building, it would need to utilize some of the most advanced technological achievements to accomplish what Ultimatum had in mind. Then there were the droids, which was his main concern at this time, building droids that he could use to defend the ship and set up his own order. Then there was the massive computer system he would need to contain all the organic information he wanted to save. It was a complex plan that he had to pull together and he planned to tell those he trusted of his intentions, just not now. Not until it was closer to completion.

The expo was going well in her opinion at least, she had Damorian, the others were signing up for things and the mercs legion had agreed to several jobs and protection. She could spare plenty of financial support to them to make sure they were up and running nicely as needed. Heinkel was making a splash as the booth babe for herself and some of the other products while she was getting attention to some of the other groups around. They hadn't bought a booth but here was fine to get products as she was noticing one of the reps from Chiewab Amalgamated Pharmaceuticals Company had stepped up lopoking over their different things.

"So what can you tell me when it comes to signing up so contracts with all of Sasori?" He was looking at her as Matsu raised an eyebrow letting herself move to the side to offer a look over the different things. "Well Sasori is big for moving out and exploring new worlds with our seeder and cartographers in many of the things. We can survey it and mine it as needed, search for anything of medical importance or if needed search for new places we can set up locations. Document the creatures. Signing with us allows you to catalog a world and break down what is there to see if it is important to you. Your searching for chemicals on worlds can be done ten times quicker and discounts as well as ways to protect yourself or your supply lines."

The man was looking at her and she smiled watching some of the other things. Giving him a good view and he seemed to be getting interested in some of the thing there. The idea of getting paid vacation on some of the worlds and staying on Spira with some of the different resorts. There was the really interesting things they were working on when he seemed enticed by all of it. Signing up for several of the contracts needed to get medical equipment just in case at a cheaper rate for insurance with the company, getting the mining equipment so they could process and seperate the chemicals. Even the things to work on replicating and making synthetic chems for the stuff they needed was there.

"You look like you are going to enjoy the things then yes?" Matsu asked it while he nodded in agreement with some more. "We can get a free almost vacation with party planning and write it off with the main offices as a business expense it is looking to be very nice in the future and might hit up looking at that free colonies booth to try and work with them to sell a number of things." Matsu offered a bow of her head when he was finished and moving off to join Lady kay with a few others coming up. Signing for contracts or buying things from the booth gave them all a sense of wonder since she had Heinkel modeling the protective and sultry hardlight wardrobe.

((Sorry for basically disappearing for awhile, life has its fun little turns))

Space suits? "You mean like the ship safety suites to survive in a vacuum? Or the pilot suits to save you after the fighter goes kaboom like landmine father find in field? Both are very nice but methinks the lady would prefer style offered by advanced ship suit as exterior layers are option and isn't stiff armor or weighted like pilot suit. Also designed for lasting comfort over long time."

[member="Heinkel"] 's small grasp of basic, plus his accent made it a little difficult to understand him, but she managed. Kay offered him a small smile.

"The advanced ship suit sounds wonderful. I would need something that allows me freedom of movement, but also protect me without weighing me down. I have been in a number of ships that have crashed and would prefer to be able to keep surviving them. How much are they?"

He named the Lady a price, it wasn't a small price but it wasn't overly large, probably that of three regular skin suits or thereabouts. Of course for that price Lady Kay was getting one with armor and a whole plethora of extra features like full biometric support and a music player, along with a host of other things to keep a person alive in a rapidly deteriorating space ship, all in one comfortable package. "I would also recommend scheduled maintenance plan for prevention of further crash. Check with dealership." Public duty cheerfully discharged, Heinkel cued up the Cyclops demo droid to scan Kay's measurements and retrieve an appropriately tailored ship suit.
