- 100 metric tons of cargo space, or 50 metric tons and space for two speeders.
- Dorsal and Ventral crawl spaces that double as smuggling areas.
- None
- Thick hide: The Slate Runner has a custom hull job of Durasteel that's lined and reinforced with Titanium, for completely stopping small arms and some fighter fire, with minimal corvet coverage that's also accompanied by a rather high output deflector shield with a standard recharge rate for the larger ships.
- How fast?: Even though the armor is rather unique so is the engine, fitted with two massive Engine blocks, the ship can certainly pick up some speed.
- Cozy: while the ship's main function is a Light Freighter for cargo transport it also serves as a rather decent living ship, having a small medical bay and common area.
- Room for more: The cargo bay in the aft of the ship has enough room to fit about 100 metric tons of cargo, or typically, 50 metric tons and space for two speeders or 75 metric tons and one speeder.
- We can fit: Dorsal and Ventral crawl spaces to access electrical and mechanical systems can double as smuggling space and could easily fit three Togruta males in both crawl spaces.
- Embers: While the Slate Runner is no slouch in speed or armor. The firepower is lacking with only a total of three canons, two of which are fixed bow-facing. Taking on anything larger than a cruiser would be suicide, and even then a cruiser is pushing it.
- Not very discreet: The ship has zero stealth capabilities, anyone with a basic radar system would notice her.
The Slate Runner was Handed down to Kain when his father passed away, although he could never really tell what the original model was, what’s apparent by the room in the back is that the ship was probably a Light Freighter. Slate Runner has a boxy design for the entirety of it. On the outside beside the cockpit are the two fixed cannon’s, followed by the dual barrel turret laser canon on the ventral side of the ship, and in the aft are the two massive box engines with the shield projector running up the dorsal spine.
For the interior in total, there are eight rooms and two different decks, the cargo deck and the main deck. Starting from the aft a loading ramp leads to the cargo room which is a big open space straight back in the center of the room is a small hatch that leads to the ventral crawl space, to the side of that is a ladder leading up to a catwalk where the Dorsal crawl space access hatch, to the right of the access hatch in the center of the catwalk, is a blast door/airlock section, leading in from there is a long hallway with seven doors, three on each side of the hall and one at the end of it, there is also a hatch in the floor that can be opened to reach the ventral turret. These are the main sections of the ship; the doors on the starboard side from aft forward are the armory and staging area, the common room/lounge, and the kitchen. The Portside hallway doors are the Engine and hyperdrive room, the medical bay and airlock/boarding tube, and the bunk. At the end of the hallway is the cockpit inside are three seats, the front is the pilot seat, the back left is for shielding and power, and the back right is the comms and system status consoles.
Each room has its uses some rather obvious, the kitchen and bunks are self-explanatory, the common room where there are couch’s and holo-tables for various use, the medical bay is attached to the airlock with glass paneling to allow for a view inside and on the outside of the airlock is the boarding tube, the engine, hyperdrive, and shielding are all together in one room. Across the hall from that is the armory where different weapons, armor, and gear can be kept safely stored until use there is also a holo-table and radar scanner inside of the armory.
