Teckla Tane
decided that her aide Skyria had proved she could be more than an administrator and field officer. Skyria was to be an unofficial Crusader. As her aide lacked Force-Sensitivity Skyria would need to be outfit with equipment that would be able to combat the weapons and tactics of Jedi and Sith. These gauntlets/vambraces were created cast from phrik and augmented with a combination of ionite and cortosisSPECIAL FEATURES
- Though the gauntlets contain no technology the natural properties of phrik, ionite and cortosis make them the perfect defense while combating a lightsaber wielding opponent. The ionite component also allows the wearer to disrupt other electronics within a 30cm proximity to the gauntlets.
- Resistant to lightsaber and blaster strikes due to phrik and cortosis
- Interrupts the function of basic lightsabers
- Has EMP affect within 30cm radius.
- Wearer cannot use electronic devices
- Though sturdy the gauntlets have a breaking point
